We would like to express our gratitude to Mikhail Sergeevich Tyutinov, he is a high-level specialist, very polite, kind, responsive, attentive, which is an important feature for a real doctor!!! A doctor should not only be a professional in his medical field, but also, first of all, he should be an understanding person. Mikhail Sergeevich fully delves into the patient's problem, listens to all the details, gives useful advice that helps not only physically, but also mentally. You want to come to him for an appointment, even if nothing bothers you. Mikhail Sergeevich is a young, modern and very promising doctor. " Low bow " for the human, kind attitude, for the treatment and good results. And of course for the positive .
With great respect, the Barefoot family
I bow low to the doctors for their attitude towards people, everything is really good! But we invite the Minister of Health to visit the toilet for the sick (what should be the toilet for the sick, you can look at the Vitebsk Markov Monastery) and for this ... clearly the Lord will not pat the whole country on the head!!!!! Think while we have peace! To despise the sick is the last thing!!!
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the oncologist of the WATERS Prokoshin A.V. for his golden hands, the highest professionalism, and kind, noble heart. If all doctors were like that, we would have defeated this terrible disease.
Health, happiness, and career growth to you!
From August to January, it is not possible to make an appointment for a colonoscopy. On the day of recording, someone resets the call all the time, there is not even a dial tone. And 5 minutes after the end of the recording time, you can get through, but there are no more places. It's the same thing every month. Recording is only one day per month. There are no such coincidences.
Well, the doctors are really very good, attentive,
sensitive, and highly professional. Thanks a lot to them for that!
On December 10, 2024, she applied to the clinic for a repeat appointment on the recommendation of a doctor. The appointment was conducted by Dr. Fedorenko Sergey Ivanovich. After talking with tears, she left the office. Indifference and unwillingness to save a person...The management of polyclinics should think about whether such a person is capable of treating people! You don't just have a hospital, people come to you hoping for help!
I would like to sincerely thank Mikhail Sergeevich Tyutyunov, oncologist surgeon at the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary. You are a wonderful person, kind, sympathetic and able to sympathize with people. I am one of those people who believe that there are no random encounters in our world. So, in a difficult time, I was lucky to meet you, exactly the kind that I needed in this situation to understand, cope, overcome. Please accept my sincere gratitude for your kind deeds and intentions. May luck always smile at you, be healthy and happy. May your noble work be recognized and adequately rewarded. All the best!
Chukhankova L.A. I express my gratitude to the staff of the Department of chemotherapy. I sincerely thank Dr. Shcherbach Anastasia Evgenievna for her high professionalism, attention, patience and humanity. My humble obeisance to the Mediocre Zhanna Alexandrovna, a doctor from God. I thank the nurses for their attention, patience and forbearance. I wish you good health, good salaries and capricious patients.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the oncologist Andrey Prokoshin for his high professionalism and sensitive attitude to patients, and also thank all the medical staff of the Department of General Oncology and congratulate YOU all on your professional holiday! Health, happiness, peace, kindness!!!
We went to this clinic, so my mother was diagnosed with cancer. Faced with incompetent staff. They will lose the card, then I will forget to leave the medicines, although we pay for it beforehand, since my mother is a citizen of another country. Every time I come to the accounting department to pay for everything, no one knows anything. Of course, this is a separate topic for an accountant. There's dirt everywhere. The gynecology tents are unsanitary!!! People write written complaints, no one changes anything! People come here for help, look at the staff with great hope in their eyes, nurses can yell at sick people. It's just awful!
I would like to express my gratitude to Anastasia E. Shcherbach, a day hospital doctor, for her professionalism, attentive, friendly attitude. Thank you for your hard work and caring for the destinies of people. Thanks to you, I have a positive trend in treatment. Further success in your work, and most importantly, good health! Special thanks to nurse Irina Olegovna Kondakova!
We express our great gratitude to Nikita Alekseevich Nesterenko.
An otorhinolaryngologist, a true professional in his field. Attentive, friendly, tactful.
Thank you very much for
saving human lives.
A bunch of incompetent doctors and just plain scoundrels. God forbid I get here. They simply won't treat you. They will stall for time, apparently hoping that they will receive money, or just out of laziness, until it's too late.
My mother, Zoya Lupinovich, is undergoing treatment in the first radiological department. Our whole family expresses gratitude to the head of the first radiological department, Svetlana I. Prudnikova, and the attending physician, Maria Bronislavovna Sevko. Thank you for your patience, hard work and indifference to the fate of the people entrusted to you. You are indeed the first after God. I wish you to continue to bear the burden of saving people with honor and dignity.
I want the administration to pay attention to the employee Tyutyunov Mikhail Sergeevich .
How are such employees allowed to work at all !!!!! I sent my father home with a fever that lasted for a long time , and with 2 st of lung cancer .He said there are no places , you are 4 in line . After going to the head, it turned out that this Doctor did not even show a desire to call and clarify about the places they WERE. Thank you very much to Alexey Leonidovich Obokhov, for his understanding and prompt assistance, thanks to him, my father went to the hospital.
God grant him good health ⚕️
Many thanks to the surgeon of the Department of General Oncology Andrey Vladislavovich Prokoshin. Very attentive, conscientious, punctual, professional in his field. The staff of the department is young, cohesive, smiling. Many thanks to all the nurses, nurses, nurses, distributors.
I would like to express my gratitude to Oleg Sergeyevich Zhovnitsky, a wonderful oncologist surgeon at the urological department! A doctor of a rare soul and a professional in his field! Such attentive attitude to patients is very valuable, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Further success in your hard work and good health!
Yerushevich Andrey Vladimirovich, thank you very much!!!!! For 25 years, you gave me a gift to "Live". Cancer is not a verdict. After that, 15 years have passed, I live and enjoy life. Thank you very much!!!
Golden hands. 💓🙏💐
It is not possible to get through! The number is 2 in turn, they promise to connect in 4 minutes and 5 seconds, as a result, 12 minutes of waiting and endless long beeps... When will there be at least some reaction from the higher authorities, when they finally notice ordinary mortal people?
By the will of fate, I had to undergo hospitalization at the Vitebsk Regional Cancer Hospital. Within the walls of this institution, I came across the paid work of the medical staff of the Department of general Oncology. Every employee is really in his place and with great dedication, they save not only lives, but also people's souls every day. Helping them to live a full life in the future. I would like to express my special gratitude to the attending physician, Evgeny Alexandrovich Shlyakhtunov, for his tremendous help, for his responsiveness, for high-quality treatment, for medical ethics and for professionalism in his field. I would like to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart, Evgeny Alexandrovich, for Your job. You are a talented doctor from God with golden hands and a warm heart. Being a doctor is your calling. But you are also a wonderful person, kind, sympathetic and able to sympathize with people. You are an excellent specialist who knows your business well. You are confident and determined. These are good qualities for a doctor. I wish you health, well-being and success in Your difficult and noble task. Thank you for your endless kindness and warm attitude. And many thanks to all the medical staff of the hospital. God bless you.
I would like to express my gratitude to Marina Mikhomenko, the Nurse of the 7th office, for her attentiveness, responsiveness and just a human attitude.Thank you very much and happy 8th of March!Good health and prosperity to you for many, many years!!!
Congratulations to the entire highly professional staff of the Department of General Oncology and PROKOSHIN A.V. happy Medical Worker's Day! THAT'S IT!From the food department to the nurses, nurses, and especially surgeons, they are highly competent specialists, dedicated to their chosen cause, humane, patient, attentive and merciful...- the degree of my gratitude to all of you and ANDREY VLADISLAVOVICH is great...I wish you all happiness, prosperity, and further successful professional and scientific activities. BE HEALTHY AND GOD-PRESERVED!
I don't know anything about doctor's care, but it's impossible to get through! First they reset it, and then they don't pick up the phone at all, is that possible
I thank Andrey Vladislavovich Prokoshin, a surgeon in general oncology, for his excellent attitude to his work. You can immediately see a professional and a master of his craft. Thank you for your sensitivity and attentiveness.
Good afternoon, it's really unexpected to encounter such queues at the reception, it's wild to look at it, I've been here since 9.30 and there are no changes, two windows out of four are working, where it says those are a break, for an indefinite period /(
And at the moment there are People in line, it's sad!
I asked the health representative how their call center for the reception of the population works , if I call them, I make an appointment , then I come and stand in line , since recording by phone is a formality, according to her/
Further, it is more difficult to stand in line for half a case, they finally said that they do not carry cards to doctors, but a person gets it in his hands)
After going to the first doctor with a coupon for 10.00. The doctor says where were you before, the answer is: I was standing in line, he shrugged his shoulders.... But accepted! At least thank you for that!
And about ultrasound it's really interesting here, I'm not an expert, but if you take a queue by 10.00, then you'll get to 12.00)
I want warmth from the staff and courtesy to the patients, but so far only sadness from the same greeting of the work of the call center!
I hope everything here will normalize in the future, starting from the fact that this is an anthology and people are not here to see a therapist!!!
This is the only city where I saw such queues at the reception, I was passing through.
Thank you all!
I want to wish the doctors all the best in their work, and most importantly, be friendly to those who contact you!
Many thanks to Dr. Sapezhinsky Nikolai Alexandrovich for his professionalism!!! That's what A MAN IN HIS PLACE means!!! Special thanks to the nurses and nurses for their sensitive attitude to patients!!! Good HEALTH and well-being to all!!! Sincerely, Igor Orekhov.

We made an appointment in advance and brought our grandmother from Polotsk. 94 years old. Walks with walkers.
The first unpleasant surprise was the inability to drive up to the entrance to the clinic. Entrance gate No. 2 turned out to be closed, there is no guard, cars are parked. My grandmother had to overcome the path from the gate to the entrance to the clinic. It's a marathon distance for her. We went to the clinic to get a chair and take her there. They said that the chair can only be used in the clinic.
The second unpleasant surprise was the expectation. The doctors waited in the corridor in the heat and stuffiness for an hour and a half. An hour and a half.... And this is by appointment. Office No. 20.
The third. The inability to get through to anyone in charge of this institution. After the set, he sends it to some kind of entertainment portal. How is this in general????
This information applies ONLY to the clinic. There are no questions about the work of the hospital.
Doctors are professionals in their field. Individual approach to each patient. Separately, I would like to mention my attending oncologist, surgeon of the Department of General Oncology Nurmemedov B.S. Doctor with a capital letter. That's what it means - a man in his place.
Tyutyunov Mikhail Sergeevich is an oncological surgeon, a terrible doctor, a boor.
"HURRY UP AT 16:30 TO GO HOME," his words to the patient. Incompetent, rude, arrogant.
Today I went for a walk with my mother, she is in the hospital after chemistry. The fresh air makes her feel better. We were late, the janitor closed the door. They knocked, APOLOGIZED, and asked for help to get into the department... And then it started... There is no point in telling the details of the verbal altercation, so she decided to take revenge. We asked, tell me how to get to the elevator, it is difficult for her to climb to the 5th floor, her head is spinning... AND THEY ANSWERED US, DID YOU ALSO WANT AN ELEVATOR? HE'S NOT WORKING, GO ON FOOT! I barely got there... In a corset... With a fractured vertebra after loss of consciousness. AND THE ELEVATOR TURNED OUT TO BE WORKING! I haven't seen such a boorish attitude in my hometown for a long time. WATCHMEN, ARE YOU GODS?

I am very grateful to the doctor Soldatenko A.A. and the nurse who performed the FGDS procedure. for me, it's like a panic attack comes at the sight of this hose, but the doctor and nurse calmed me down perfectly and talked to me the whole procedure. I am very grateful to them.
I would like to express my gratitude to the doctor Andrey Vladislavovich Prakoshin, who was treated, very attentive, conscientious, good doctor, polite staff
Many thanks to Ruslan Balashov, surgeon of the Department of General Oncology, for his professionalism, kindness, support and understanding.A wonderful doctor and person.Thank you for everything.
It's bad that it's impossible to get through, I call from my mobile, they greet me, they tell me the number of the call queue, you wait 4 minutes, then the call is reset. Probably, a contract has been concluded with a cellular company to extort money from the population.

It's impossible to get through here!! The number is the same, first you stand in line, today the waiting time took me 10 minutes, then Lo and behold!!! there were long beeps and ... silence in response. No one answered! Is this a way of earning money??? Or bullying?
RRS was examined by Dr. A.A. Soldatenko six months ago. A very polite and attentive doctor, communication with such professionals in itself contributes to recovery!
It was very successful to get through to the reception . I asked to be connected to the day hospital. We did it quickly and without delay. Thank you for your prompt response.
My father had a successful melanoma surgery there.. And thanks to this, he lived for another 4 years...I might have lived longer if I had been more attentive to my health. So take care of yourself people. One should be sensitive to one's own health!!!!
This is not a hospital... And the devil knows what!!! My husband has been lying on the 4th floor for almost a month. Ivs were installed during this time 5-6 pcs Approximately. there is no more treatment, as if the results of onalysis from Minsk are waiting, it's just terrible. He has suspicions of pathology, lung problems....every day he gets sick, everything starts to hurt inside, they will take painkillers and that's it. How many times I passed the examination, I passed different tests. And they can't prescribe treatment for him. I'm just in shock. Can you advise me what to do in this situation???
Unfortunately, people get here....late. When a person has been smoking for 20 years, it's probably too late to complain that he has a lung problem...Doctors are not gods, they do everything in their power, and sometimes more than a doctor can do in a critical situation with the patient's health.
Mom is being treated at a day hospital...Thanks to the doctors! attentive HUMAN attitude towards an elderly person. But in the treatment room....the nurse dug out a capacity of 30 min...as prescribed by the doctor-12 minutes...the end of the working day (13.10 Fridays 22.06.18) I ran around changing dubious leftovers of medicines...It's underdone.another patient...This was very surprising and outraged....Please pay attention to such moments......
