She was in the hematology department in March. Special thanks to the attending doctors and the endoscopy department for their excellent attitude and professionalism.
My son was in ward 8 (cardio-rheumatolgia) for two weeks. There are many good things to say about the department.excellent staff.the doctors are experienced.doctor Lyudmila Georgievna kadiologist is very responsive, kind, and competent. She told me in detail about her son's illness, and gave me good recommendations for further treatment.the head Natalia Fedorovna is a good specialist from the very beginning of the disease explained everything in detail about the upcoming treatment.nurses always do a great job.the junior staff is also conscientious and responsible (the rooms are clean, the toilet is clean!)they were discharged with good indicators and mood.of course, I would like not to go to the hospital at all, but since it happened, there are no complaints except thanks to the doctors and all the medical staff.A playroom with tutors and outdoor walks are also organized for children.
But of course there are things that should not be kept silent about, but they are not very important and are independent of the hospital staff:It's the seagulls outside the window.they are screaming like mad))))and the mattresses on the beds, of course, are terrible.but not everything is critical, as the main thing is health. There are enough outlets!! it is very hot in the wards-the sun is shining all day.but in winter, this is a plus.
I often visit this hospital. An administrator sits on the ground floor and fills out a log of visits. He always knows where to go, where the elevator is and which floor. And also immediately on the ground floor there is a pharmacy, very convenient. The hospital has a huge range of services, on a paid and free basis, by appointment. The visit is only directed by a doctor, and it is also recommended to take previous statements, if available.
I don't want to say about all the doctors, I was probably unlucky, with a paid consultation with a specialist, I received a transcript of the MRI data on the disk from him, thank you, but then after I asked about taking medications, which ones to take, since it was too early to do surgical intervention, and the pain did not go away, I listened like a schoolboy to his indignation the fact that I turned to a PAID CENTER before contacting him, his words - "The diagnosis from such centers tells us nothing, it means nothing to us that you come to us, pay money there and then come for free consultations." He got up and left, I stayed alone in the office, collected all my documents and left. Something I do not understand is the behavior of the doctor, Firstly, I paid to get to him on a paid basis at the hospital's ticket office, secondly, as it is officially diagnosed in a paid center ISSUED by the STATE AND THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH PROTECTION on an official letterhead with the seal of the doctor, IT DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. I can personally answer him - yes, I leave money there and not only me but also other people - firstly, there is a different ATTITUDE, secondly, such an attitude as your doctor makes you go to such medical centers.
Everything and everything is terrible ! There are so many patients going out on the street, so many visitors, but there are just three shops for the entire territory, as many as three for the entire territory, but just a week ago they put four more portable benches, a total of seven three-person benches for the entire WOKB. And in general, in such and such a regional clinical hospital, it is high time to make repairs, not only from the front side, but also from all other sides and first of all indoors. And yes, about the elevators: two elevators for the entire hospital, on 9 floors-it's TERRIBLE! There are two more elevators in this building, but no one cares about them, it's easier to hang a sign saying "THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING" and forget about it. And the fact that patients after severe operations stand waiting for the elevator for 5-7 minutes, few people are interested. In general 1🌟
As part of the in.citizen service, everything was fine. The only thing is that not all the equipment is there, the beds are old, and it seems as if I got into old Soviet films.
Excellent medical staff. Professionals in their field. She was in purulent surgery and 2nd traumatology. Nurses and nurses are attentive. The wards are in good condition.
In BSMP, assistance is much better and faster. In the regional hospital, a person with a suspected stroke was tortured for more than 2 hours, and this considering that there was only one person in the waiting room with whom the doctor on duty confused my father ten times, although it took me once to remember that the first patient was born in the 50th year, and my father was born in the 70th... The nurse, removing the ECG, was able to fix the sensor only from the fourth time. The only adequate person on shift was a neurologist nurse. I bow low to her.
It just so happened that I ended up in the burn ward. However, only for five days, but I want to say a huge thank you to the nurses, nurses for their sensitivity, attention and understanding. Special thanks to the head of the department - Pavlenko Alexander Valentinovich. Everything is at the highest level that can be done in the current situation.
What can I say. I was lying down, I was treated. I feel good. As for food, the food is excellent, there is enough without home. The only thing that pisses me off is the restrictions on walking. Three times an hour in the morning at lunch and in the evening 😔
We would like to express our gratitude to the head of the second cardiology department Kutko S. Vetlana Evgenievna, surgeon Andrey Petrovich Logvinov and all the service staff for their understanding, kindness, sincerity, support, high professionalism, kindness of heart and great skill. Special thanks to Svetlana Evgenievna for her great skill.A low bow.You are a wonderful doctor, from God. With gratitude to you, the patients of ward No.8. Vakar Tatiana,Nina Sushchinskaya, Tamara Blokhina, Lena Deryuzhkova,
Many thanks to the head of the surgical department, Ukrainian Evgeny Alexandrovich, and the entire staff of the operating team on July 26, 2023 (from 9-00 to 13-00) for their professionalism and your honest work! 💐
It is very sad to see the complete lack of repair. The walls are peeling everywhere. And the dining room, which discourages appetite.
I did not receive medical help, I do not know about the service.
You can't evaluate the entire hospital. There are many departments, doctors are all completely different, there are really specialists. Of course, angry people work in the reception department, dissatisfied with either the life or the work of a woman. If you approach them with a question, then by their answer you can already regret that you even addressed them. The nurses are always unhappy, if they brought a person to the ambulance on the night shift, then they will impose obscenities on that patient. The tests are taken without observing any sanitation: the nurse is already walking down the corridor in disposable gloves, opens the door with a dirty handle in them, and then takes blood. This is probably how they develop immunity among patients
I arrived one day in June with a terrible eye, with an allergic reaction and swelling of the conjunctiva, as a result, they wanted to inject prednisolone and suprastin like. I didn't come by ambulance, but by myself. As a result, they did not have injections. How is that even possible?? You are a hospital, you are an ambulance!!! So I had to go and maybe ask for these injections in another office or somehow get them. But I'm amazed. In fact, it turns out that they helped only in words! I'm shocked!!!

Pavlenko Alexander Valentinovich is the head of the burn department. An excellent surgeon and a specialist in his field. The man has a very kind heart and golden hands. Thank you Alexander Valentinovich for giving me a chance to live without pain.
I was treated in 2 cardiology a month ago...I would like to express my gratitude to the cardiologist Sabina Ibragimovna Alizalova....Clever...beauty...He knows his job perfectly well.....
They're being discharged from the hospital tomorrow. The doctors are good, the nurses are too. The expectations were terrible, but they were not fulfilled. The food is quite tolerable, most importantly, dietary. It does not cause heartburn and belching. The ward is spacious and bright. The toilet is with her.
It's not bad at all. During my stay, I had a fight once with a nurse. Well, this category is known as bosses number 1.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the surgeon, Igor Alexandrovich Lyutsko, for his sensitive and attentive attitude, for his high professionalism during the operation. I believe that you are a doctor from God! I would also like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff who participated in the operation and helped in the subsequent recovery during the postoperative period. I wish you good health and success in your hard work!
With the deepest respect, Ruzhinsky Viktor Mikhailovich
Everyone is healthy, conscientiously treated, everyone is at the highest level, all the staff is responsive, they will help everyone, show them, tell me I really liked everything
They say the doctors are good. But inside everything is old from the time of the USSR. It's pathetic.
There is a pharmacy, a buffet, coffee machines, a large foyer with tables and seating. A small kiosk-type store.
The staff is excellent, the nurses are responsive and smiling, the doctors, as usual, are very busy, so everything is strictly on business. Unexpectedly good food and comfortable conditions.
They plastered the exterior, but inside everything is old and rotten. My father was infected with covid, although he arrived healthy and no one in the family was ill. I understand that everything happens, and doctors are not gods, but in traumatology they are terrible bribe takers. They didn't want to do the operation without a bribe

Many thanks to the entire staff of the 2nd surgical department (9th floor). For meniscus surgery . Professionals!!!
It's time for me to write a review about the Neurosurgical Department of the WOKB.The first moment:we come here for TREATMENT, and when the food really hurts, repairs fall into the background.the department is complicated. I came in with very severe pain , the pain was operated on and gone .the tandem of Dr. Blokhin and Kubrakov is a well-coordinated professional team who professionally perform their work, do not forget about the human factor:support, optimism, and hope. It's worth a lot. of course, the staff is tired, but all these are small things.I wish that your hard work is really evaluated on its merits, and of course understanding patients.
Excellent regional hospital.Excellent and talented doctors.A lot of necessary equipment. It's a good trip. There are queues, but this is normal. The logistics of the hospital are well thought out.
We were in the ophthalmology department, the building on the left. There are still specialists in our country, but....from the sight of the walls and the corridor, the child cried and said that he urgently needed to go outside, I'm scared here
The ground floor was renovated and that's it, then it's like you're in the basement. There are terrible conditions in the wards, there are not enough specialists, students work
A good regional hospital, experienced specialists, friendly staff, good attitude towards the hospital's clients.

By the will of fate, I managed to end up in the dental department and get an operation. The highly professional level of the staff, especially the surgeons and the head of the department, immediately catches the eye. There has been no repair in the department since the opening of the hospital, but I think this is temporary, because other departments have it and it is not bad. In general, they fixed me perfectly.
I want to warn you about the possible danger. He was treated at the regional hospital in Vitebsk. I woke up at night and saw that a quartz (or otherwise ultraviolet) lamp was turned on in the ward.
It is dangerous, you can turn on the quartz lamp in the ward only if there is no one in it. The ultraviolet lamp in the ward was turned on by paramedics by mistake, since 2 switches are placed side by side in the corridor near the door of the ward: the switch of the quartz lamp "corridor", which is turned on at night in the corridor, and the switch of the quartz lamp "ward", which is turned on in the ward during the day when no one is there. Such placement of switches is not everywhere, but only near some wards, usually the extreme ones along the corridor.
After this incident, I taped a piece of paper near the switches in the corridor with an inscription: "Quartz switch in the ward! Do not turn it on without warning!" I recommend paying attention to the placement of quartz lamp switches in the hallway.
WHAT IS THE DANGER?
You can not look at the included ultraviolet (or otherwise: quartz) lamp. Even if the ultraviolet light from the lamp affects the eyes for several seconds, this can lead to eye burns.
Also, ultraviolet light from the lamp can cause skin burns. Ultraviolet exposure to lamps provokes the proliferation of neoplasms and tumors, and can lead to malignant tumors.
During the quartz process, ozone is released into the air. It is poisonous to humans and can cause poisoning. Therefore, it is impossible to stay indoors during quartzization, and after quartzization it is necessary to ventilate the room well without the presence of people.
A health care facility that provides high-quality medical services, the warm and tactful attitude of medical staff, and the care of attending physicians. I would like to especially thank the Department of Pulmonology, as well as doctors Yulia Anatolyevna Kashtanova and Hakob Achikovich (unfortunately, I do not remember the last name, due to poor health at admission, who knows - please tell me).

Well , what a hospital .good.attentive doctors, especially the neurology department..the attending physician.Gulman.There would be more of them.and in general, the attitude of nurses and nannies deserves only the highest assessment.
Nightmare. Has the Ministry of Health ever looked there? After operations, people lie in the trauma center on the 5th floor without the opportunity to go outside, because the elevators do not work. Surprisingly...
Unfortunately, my mother was brought on Friday "on her own feet" to this hospital, specifically to the department of vascular surgery, and was taken away on Monday in a coffin, thanks to the negligent attitude of the head of the department and lack of experience, knowledge, but with great unnecessary ambitions of a doctor / orderly with a diploma of higher education Shibeko. At first, we were told that everything was fine, the treatment was conservative, we were treated on time (thrombosis began), then on Saturday the doctor began to say that he could not diagnose, "she" did not say anything (my mother), etc., then the operation at night and death. Mom turned 60 years old just less than a month ago. There are a lot of questions for Shibeko, if the operation turned out to be difficult, deep vein thrombosis, and 3 years of experience after university, what are you doing? I repeat, ambition? I would like to wish these "workers in smocks" ... the same year as I have without my mom.
I would like to express my deep gratitude
to the head of the Department of Vascular Surgery Vyacheslav Chueshov and the attending physician Vladislav Andreevich Shibeko for their high professionalism, attentive and human attitude to patients.
You give people an invaluable service, you bring happiness to many families, you make whole generations healthy! Keep it up ! Bravo! I would like to wish you satisfaction from your own work, grateful patients, warmth and understanding with your family and, of course, good health!
I would like to express my gratitude to Dmitry Shchelkunov, the attending physician of the Department of Otolaryngology, for the operation and treatment he performed!😊❤️Thank you for letting us breathe and hear cleanly, thank you for your work, for your hands, for your heart, for your patience!!! 🙏 . I would like to say thank you to the team of assistants during the operation. For their sensitivity and heart and affection, they know how to calm down, which was not unimportant for me!!! Thank you Dmitry Sergeevich!!! I wish you success in your difficult task!!!
One of the largest hospitals in the Vitebsk region , the main review I want to say about the ophthalmology department . Strong specialists in their field work, help in emergency care, and of course the department is equipped with everything necessary for eye treatment. Thank you for your work - ophthalmologists.
Many thanks to the nephrology team who are currently treating covid!!! Of course, both the conditions and the way of life make much to be desired.... But the staff themselves!!! At the highest level: they will empathize, help, and do all the necessary manipulations at a height... Nurses, nurses and canteen workers - thank you very much! We have always supported, instilled confidence in the best! I would like to see a high-quality repair done in your department.... Minus one star - for the sanitary unit, which is located in ward 100.
The staff is very good, everyone is polite, they respond to requests without delay. Everyone from doctors to nurses knows their job. Thank them very much for their work.
