I can't say anything good.The place is dark, the lights are almost out, and it's hard to see the menu. The company of 4 people was given 2 menus with different prices. The place itself is cold, and there was a cannon at the entrance to heat the room (which did nothing to help). The staff does not know how to communicate with clients in any way, they are not familiar with the menu, there was a phrase "it says what else is there".20 minutes after ordering, milkshakes were brought, and 15 minutes later baked rolls were brought (inside there is not chicken, but stringy meat, the rolls themselves are falling apart, and the shape leaves much to be desired). Tea was also brought on a dirty stand. After 40 minutes of waiting, they called the waiter to find out where the hot dishes were, to which they received the answer: "I'll find out now," and the waiter did not return.…Half of the menu is missing!After the waiter left, another 10 minutes passed, to find out where the dish was, the answer was: "we don't have this, we can offer you something else."...By this time, they had brought a burger with a knife in it (well, somehow such a serving did not look very good). There are many items on the menu. We waited with our friends for two hours for our orders. I ordered one first, after 15 minutes they said that there was no beef and pork available, ordered another, after 30 minutes they said that they had just broken a jar with one of the ingredients of the dish (for what reason, there are no food stocks?!), and immediately said that pork appeared, ordered it. I waited for about an hour more. By the way, at the time of the first order, three tables were occupied in the establishment. The question is, in what place did the chefs have a workload, as the waiter said? Two identical orders were delivered at different times with an hour difference. Moreover, one of the orders did not include meat sauce. We ordered poke with trout, raw rice, did not finish. In order for our plates to be taken away, we had to call the waiter ourselves. Of course, they didn't ask us if we liked the food. When they asked the administrator to come up, he miraculously was not in place and moreover, he was not in the city. The menu design is disgusting, printed on A4 sheets in battered files. There are no questions for the waiters, the lovely girls tried to solve the problem. (apart from the fact that the empty plates were taken away after some time and upon request)But there are already questions for the management, and specifically for the owner of the institution. The service in this institution has dropped below the possible level. Let's start with the entrance, there was a company of 6 people, no one met us or even asked what we wanted, all the employees of this institution passed by looking us up and down. Until we ourselves asked to be seated at the table, with the fact that we called in advance and booked the table. Another interesting fact is that when we asked the waiter to call the administrator so that someone would put us down, the hookah master came out to us, it was strange that on a day off (everything happened on 01/02/2025) there was no administrator at the workplace.
Let's continue with the service, which was not from the word at all, we chose the drinks that we would all drink and pressed the magic button to call the waiter, we had to press it well, 7 times for sure, so that at least some actions were taken in our direction, a girl with a tired, unhappy face comes up and asks "What do you want?"We did not see any acquaintance or interest in winning over the guests. Despite the fact that I had to find out her name at the end of everything that was happening from the "administrator" (hookah master), since it was written "Intern" on the badge. By the way, the girl's name was Valeria.
To the first question, "Can you tell me if they make Margaritas in your establishment?", the girl looked at us in disbelief and replied, "I'll need to check at the bar," immediately she was asked the second question, "Do you know what a Margarita is?", which again caused a look of bewilderment and silence.
We decided not to experiment and order strictly items from the menu.
When asked to make a Daiquiri cocktail with a salt border, they apparently did not understand us, but they decided not to ask again and eventually brought a cocktail without a border. To the question "Girl, can you tell me where what we asked for?", we received an answer from which we were shocked. With a displeased face and a raised tone, we were told, "Go to the bar and ask the bartender!" That's it, this answer ruined our evening completely.
But that's not all.....
A general order was made only for drinks, since the kitchen was no longer working, we made the order at 00.10, as a result, everything was brought as it was given, first for some reason there were cocktails, then shots, and 300 grams of Rum, which we ordered in the general order, we We didn't see it after half an hour, and in half an hour they gave us 3 cocktails and 3 tequilas. Due to the fact that there was a calm atmosphere in the hall, there were not many people and there were also not many orders watching the staff work.
When they brought us three shots of tequila 20 minutes after accepting the order, we realized that there was no point in staying in this place at all. First of all, the salt edging was on the shots, as if they had taken a piece of salt and stuck it on this shot, everything was not neat, the whole shot was covered in salt. Secondly, lime, okay, we didn't even pay attention to the fact that the lime was replaced by lemon, but the quality of lemon that was brought to us was already ridiculous. The lemon was rotten! All with bones and not cleaned albedo.
Without waiting for the whole order to be delivered to us, I remind you it's been more than half an hour, we called the administrator (hookah master) and began to show and tell him.
As a result, there was no point in staying at this institution anymore, and we said we were leaving.
It was a great shame, because I brought people from Moscow and Minsk to your institution, saying, "This is one of the best institutions in the city of Orsha."
But now I won't bring anyone, so as not to blush later for your tired and dissatisfied staff. And I don't think I'll visit this place after that.

The only good thing about the evening was the waiter. The girl was polite and pleasant. That's where the advantages ended.
1) It was cold in the establishment. I had to sit in my coat. Where's the plaid?
2) There was a mushroom under the table. Someone's mushroom. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant.
3) There was a bug under the table, let's pray together that it was a bug and not a cockroach. Since I didn't have time to examine it before my sister crushed it, I won't say.

Recently I had a chance to visit this place, I did not know that they have a Lounge Bar. It is located near the Orsha hotel.
It's cozy inside, sofas are flying away, live music, hookah.
The menu is varied, there are even original teas. Kitchen and decoration of dishes for 5+. The service is also without complaints, the prices are not cheap on the menu, but also not space, it's normal for an institution.
Yes, I saw they have discounts of -30% from the receipt when visiting the institution. But it didn't work out-the waiter girl explained that the discount is valid until 19.00-it's a pity, of course. Therefore, I liked it and can recommend it.

After visiting this type of lounge bar, we were left in a disgusting mood, since we did not receive the promised discount, which is indicated on THEIR windows, because there is none. Then why is it hanging on their windows, it is not clear ... neither an apology for this, nor a discount, of course, we did not receive.
There are no questions about food, but there are questions about hookah. When the "hookah master" brought our hookah, it did not match our request, when asked to redo it, he replied, quote: "Wait 10 minutes for the bowl to warm up and then I'll come over."
When a hookah is brought, it already implies that it is ready and the bowl, of course, is already warmed up, the hookah should already be ready for smoking. But no... during all this time, he came up three times and only to redo it. I didn't check the hookah, everything is fine with it or not. + he took off my mouthpiece himself, although it is, at least, not hygienic. And he removed the grate, which should be so that if the coals fall, they do not fall on the guests of the institution. And it's not safe.

We arrived at about 6 o'clock, ordered first a set of rolls ("Mega Philadelphia" about 40 rubles), a hookah, a bottle of wine. Hookah: the master orients well, picks up the hookah and ... basically that's all, at the beginning it's good, then the coals go out, if you're lucky They will be changed once. I.e., it just stops burning and we have to order a new one (during the time that we were sitting, we ordered 3 hookahs (about 40p each), they keep it well for half an hour, then that's it). We ordered 2 "Secret" tinctures, to taste: water, vodka, spices. Well, maybe it's for an amateur. The "beer snack" is very little chicken, as it seemed to me, 2 chicken wings divided in half, several thin sausages, some nuggets and onion rings. We took 3 cocktails and 250 tequilas. Service: we are sitting, the receptionist comes up around 9:40, "You know, we thought you wouldn't sit until 10, we have some kind of cover band playing now, 10p each" and said this when we just took 250 tequila and a new hookah. I just wanted to leave, but we rarely meet together, we decided to stay, -30p. In the end, when they brought the check, they also said: "Try to pay in cash or at least half" What???? Why would that be? Sadness. I do not recommend this institution, since the service and quality are not comparable with the amount in the receipt.

I have been to this institution 3 times, in different companies. I was always satisfied with the time I spent and the impressions I had left. The coziness and comfort of the interior is especially pleasant in combination with how cordially they know how to receive guests here. Special thanks to the waitress Alexandra, for positive and intelligent communication and attentive service.
The musical numbers were memorable. "Live" music and high-quality performance, I think no one can be left indifferent.

We ordered the delivery of 3 pizzas at 17:30, it was stated 1-1.5 hours of waiting, as a result, they were brought at 20:20, in principle, this could be forgiven if the products corresponded at least to the photos that this institution publishes. The pizzas looked terrible, but the appearance matched the taste, the dough was not fried to the end in places or on the contrary, it was badly burnt, there was practically no sauce and the filling felt "not the first freshness". To be honest, we tried a lot of pizzas in different establishments and unfortunately in this institution it was the worst that we had ever tried, we couldn't even finish eating and would not recommend pizza in this institution as much as possible. We can't say anything about the rest of the menu because we haven't tried it and after that we wouldn't really like to :(

Yesterday, my friends and I decided to skip the evening after the work week. We were in the first and were satisfied. We ordered a beer set, it was sooo delicious and big, one for 4 people was enough for us. The room is very cozy and quiet, probably because there was no live music, it's a little dark, of course, but not critical. There will be an opportunity to gather again, we will definitely come again.
