We are going home from the Clouds to Krasnodar. Happy and rested. Everything is fine! I like small hotels and when there are a minimum of people around. It is very cozy and sincere. We haven't had such a great vacation in a long time! We had a room with a large terrace. Moms will understand what happiness it is when you can sit on the terrace with a glass of champagne and watch your children spend time on the beach. On the day of arrival, we got to a party (which we didn't even plan to attend, because we were very tired from the road), but it turned out to be cool! We appreciated the "chip" with a bonfire 👍A huge plus that the beach is quite sparsely populated. A very comfortable area with sun beds and umbrellas, and even a "wigwam". The sea is great! We caught mussels on the reef. Thanks to the chef who cooked them for us!
"Clouds", we will definitely come back!

A new hotel and restaurant right on the beach a few meters from the sea. It was done beautifully and efficiently in a minimalist style, which is rare for Abkhazia. We went to hide from the scorching sun and drink lemonades. Everything was delicious.

The place is magical! The pearl on the berg of the sea. This is not even the first, but the zero line) We lived in a room with panoramic windows overlooking the sea, it's just indescribable. I am very glad that I stayed here! Everything is perfect. Cozy atmosphere, wonderful unobtrusive music, polite staff, delicious cocktails, especially from the bartender Julia! I live in Moscow and I have never tasted such delicious ones anywhere else! During all my time here, there was not a single question about the entire hotel. I was pleased to be here, had a great rest and didn't even want to leave)

We felt bad the next day after dinner at this restaurant.
I had a chicken kebab, which was very rubbery, it was difficult to chew straight and completely smelled of mutton.. I ate chicken, and the taste of lamb, from this taste and smell I already felt bad and it stayed in my mouth for a long time and there was a belch. How can you sell a stale rubber cradle for such a price?
My husband had a lamb kebab.. and it was with blood, not cooked. I thought it was okay, but the next morning diarrhea and nausea, heaviness in the stomach.
The chicken dish, I don't remember the name, the chicken was very dry.
So, we thought we came to a good place, but it turned out that the kitchen is negligent about cooking.
But respect for the DJ, music combined with sunset and sea view, top!)

I really wanted to get to this place "Instagram hotel" in the picture everything is great in fact -no.
The pillows in the room are terribly uncomfortable, shower gel and shampoo are like in a hostel ... the cheapest, 8,500 per day, I think this is just disrespectful to the guests. The robes are far from the first freshness. As for the restaurant... 10% to each service bill, even if you took a bottle of water at the bar... a bunch of guys.. to deceive so brazenly .. let's go back to the price tag of cappuccino costs 380 rubles ... a bottle of corona 450... shish kebab is terrible for food, hot dishes are salty ... liver salad 680 rubles (Peking cabbage + liver) 🙄 there is no service- from the word at all... the waiters do not fit, you have to go to the bar, and for a second 10% to the receipt, I will remind you! There are no napkins, no toothpicks.
This hotel is not worth the money, go to the picture or not-decide for yourself.

We ordered two cocktails and waited for them for 20 minutes, despite the fact that no one else was there. The waiters stood quietly and chatted among themselves. Unable to stand it, approaching the waiters, I began to ask where the promised cocktails were, at that moment the hostess of the establishment came up and asked what was the matter, explaining to her the reason for our dissatisfaction, she quickly gave a scolding to everyone. And voila, 2 minutes later, we were having cocktails))) but it was still unpleasant. And this is a minus.

After reading good reviews, we really wanted to get to this place. I came with my husband and one-year-old child. On the plus side: The girl at the reception is very friendly and pleasant. The view from the window is amazing. Khachapuri is delicious.
We rest for the first day and the impressions are already spoiled at breakfast. For a very big price tag, I would even say inadequately expensive (we just returned from Rosa Khutor), we did not receive the expected delight. We ordered lattes, including, the price on the menu is 200 rubles. When paying, it turned out that the prices have changed, and it already costs 400 rubles! That is, twice as expensive, for 200 ml of coffee! They asked us to figure it out, they repeated the same thing to us and did not return any money and did not even try to make amends. A 10% surcharge is also added to the account, which no one warned about. There are no children's chairs in the cafe, it would not hurt.
We are not exactly picky, but when you pay 8,500 a day, I would like to see a slightly different level. I hope the hotel administration will be more attentive to its guests.

It's a wonderful place. The hotel is located on a sandy beach, right on the seashore. The hotel is new, modern and very cozy. The staff is friendly and courteous. The beach is cleaned regularly and the sea is clean. The bar has delicious coffee and cocktails. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious khachapuri. Everything is at the highest level. I definitely recommend it.

The building is made by a blunder, it looks good only in the picture, in the shower you go into after the beach is dirty and there is nowhere to put things and a towel. We were fed abnormally, the lemonade is delicious. The beach opposite is clean. In general, Abkhazia would like to wish to pay more attention to the construction, landscaping and order around, otherwise there is a dissonance between the beauty of nature and the garbage from human activity.

We rested in another hotel, the beach is shared, since the hotel is 20 m from the sea, from the sandy beach, we were there more than in our hotel, sea view, sunset, the hotel is clean, stylish, new, very sincere security guard at the hotel, cleans the beach, always kind, polite, well done. We went to the cafe "Clouds" for a snack and were horrified. The atmosphere is disgusting, there is dirt all around, the food is disgusting, the waitress is tortured. We took seats with a sofa, left our things and went to see the view from the terrace. When we returned, we saw that the owners and the dog sat down in our seats without saying a word to us. The staff didn't even pay attention. We had to pick up our own things and move. Bottom line: the hosts and staff don't give a damn about the guests. There is a complete lack of basic respect and decency in this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

We rested with 2 children for 6 days. We arrived by car from St. Petersburg. Excellent service. Fresh linen and towels are provided every day. Delicious food, friendly staff. The room has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi is good, the air conditioner cooled the room perfectly - it was comfortable for both us and the children.

A cool new hotel. In November 2021, the price was adequate. It should be borne in mind that construction work is still underway at the hotel. There is no noise. There are no breakfasts yet.
Among the advantages are the luxurious rooms, the rooms are huge, the furniture is all new and fresh. There is even an ivi on the TV, wi-fi works great. The view from the room is amazing. Meeting sunrises and sunsets is unforgettable. And most importantly, there is a starry sky every night.

You can rent a place with an umbrella for a day, enjoy the beautiful view, and no less wonderful cuisine!

We fell in love with this place! The sea is the most said! There is no such color of the sea anywhere else)) The rooms are spacious, lived both with and without a balcony. The rooms without a balcony are a little bigger.. but with a balcony, of course, there are more advantages. There is no food yet, but there are canteens within walking distance. For such gorgeous views, these are small things!)
