A very soulful hotel, located on the first coastline with its own beach and restaurant. Rooms with stunning views and all amenities. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious, everything was perfect for all the days of your stay! The good-natured hosts do everything for a comfortable stay and a relaxing holiday. The clean sea and its own sun beds are a huge plus. A special place in the heart was occupied by the owner's dad and the dog . Let's go back one hundred percent !

An amazing hotel.
We are vacationing with adult children.
Everyone likes everything.
The breakfasts are delicious. 3 servings are enough for four people.
Soups and salads are simply amazing.
We ate a lot of places and not only in Abkhazia.
Umbrellas, poufs are all available on the beach. The room is cleaned every day.
I asked not to put disposable shampoos, as well as sugar. We came with our own. Bottles of water are placed every morning.
The foot towel is changed all the time.
The air conditioner works perfectly. There is a refrigerator. The views from the room are amazing. The noise of the sea 24/7.
I don't remember finding this hotel...I'm on the map myself, but I subscribed to the IG.
When it's hot from 11-00, you can always cool off in the room or on the 1st floor. There's a lovely breeze and it's cool. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the best.
There is a reef 100 m to the right. You can swim and watch mussels, fish and corals. Nearby you can take sap 500 rubles an hour.

We had a family vacation in August 2024. A cozy, family-run hotel. Delicious breakfasts, we also had dinner here, the food is delicious, homemade, fresh, which is very important. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is polite, you can take towels and a pit.water for the beach, there are conciliators in the rooms, a refrigerator, fresh repairs, everything is done in the same style. The sea is a separate love, pure, azure, warm, affectionate - we managed to see dolphins at dinner. The rest was a success, we will definitely come back again. The hotel is open from May to October inclusive. I advise everyone, you will not regret coming.

I really enjoyed my vacation at the Cloud hotels. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. The sea is clear outside the window. The beach is kept clean. The menu is quite decent, there is European cuisine, there is always a choice. You can eat your fill. Tea, coffee, drinks, juices. Friendly and helpful staff. We were very pleased with our stay in the Clouds!!!

A very cozy place. The first line of the sea is just a step away from the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious. Cleaning and change of towels daily.
They cook very tasty ., the portions are large. The price tag is lower than in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory .

A nice, quiet and very soulful place. The service is beyond praise! Both the bartender and the waiter were courteous, attentive, efficient and accurate. The menu is varied and unusual for these places. Of all the things that we tried, only the chicken noodle soup seemed not very successful (it's a bit bland, and the potatoes are clearly frozen and then thawed). Everything else is a complete delight! We took dolma, salads, desserts, and lemonades several times. Wonderful natural oriental coffee!!! And even the local champagne was tasted and went in))) You can spend the whole day lying on a chaise longue by the water's edge, watching your child dive with a mask, and dolphins dive right behind him. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy, the music in the cafe is pleasant and unobtrusive, the toilet is clean, there is a shower and a faucet for washing feet from the sand. And of course the wonderful hanging chairs overlooking the sunset. I highly recommend it!
Next year we plan to come there with a hotel stay. The price tag is slightly above average both at the hotel and in the cafe, but the privacy and high level of service are definitely worth it.

A good place, spacious rooms with high ceilings, panoramic Windows , the sea lapping at your feet , clean, few people, class. The staff is very friendly and helpful, cleaned every day. And so... we stayed at the hotel for 3 days at the end of September, 5 girls in 2 rooms. The hotel is really instagrammed, the rooms have a great view of the sea, but! be careful when choosing, there are rooms in the description of the mountains, but in fact the view is uphill! It is better to take it with a direct view of the sea, gorgeous!!! The rooms are large, there is everything you need, but the slippers were never brought, although they promised. Towels are changed every day, clean bed linen, but already patched, by guests, a worn carpet somewhere, an iron imprint on an armchair, but these are questions for guests, not for the hotel. The idea is very cool.
1. Food is very relative. The cost is high, in fact small portions. Khinkali is decent, breakfasts are relative, the rest is generally questionable. We were in another restaurant, there is something to compare it with. Alcoholic cocktails are practically non-alcoholic.
2. One of the girls forgot her purse at breakfast, the bartender, who is also the waiter, said that he did not see anything, and was constantly drunk. He was very slow to serve and forgot orders. The manager, as I understand it, is the father of the owner's wife, a very pleasant man, always ready to help, promised to reimburse and sort everything out. As a result, the wallet was found, returned, everything is intact. I sincerely feel sorry for the owners of the hotel, because of such employees who spoil the rest and the impression, but there is always such a black sheep, so be careful and keep an eye on your things! The next day, the waiter was gone. Breakfast was brought by the chefs and everything was fast.
3. The beach is gorgeous, the sea is too, there are few people, there are sun beds
4. The hotel does not have its own generator, and the light is turned off every day, therefore: the air conditioners do not work, there is no Wi-Fi, there is no hot water and, accordingly, food if the light is turned off for a long time.
5. We went on an excursion and took a transfer from the airport there and back. Everything is at the highest level! The phone was given at the hotel, so I highly recommend it!

This is so far the most delicious restaurant in All of Abkhazia that I have been to , a very beautiful view , a chic hotel , we drank delicious wine . We ate ailach, an insanely delicious salad with avocado and herbs, khinkali with shrimp, it's just divine! Lobio and meat in Abkhaz . My atmospheric photos will show you everything and tell you !!! We were at the restaurant at the hotel. The view is very beautiful on the sea, nice interior. The food leaves much to be desired. Salad with avocado and goat cheese mousse, turned out to be a salad with avocado and mousse from some kind of curd mass, chashushuli is generally a nightmare - 4 tiny pieces of beef floated in the spicy gravy. Friends took khinkali and said nothing edible. Prices are higher than in most restaurants in Pitsunda. The overall impression is not very good, I definitely won't go 2 times. The location is also, in my opinion, not the most successful.

The Clouds Hotel is a heavenly place, at the beginning of October there was just a delight for a minimum of vacationers and everything for us, the views from the topchik hotel, the food on the ground floor in the bar is excellent (plus 1 kg brought) the owners of the hotel are charming and very good. Another vacation in the land of the Soul for the soul at maximum. I recommend the hotel to everyone for a secluded paradise vacation...although I'm afraid after my advertisement there won't be any places left for us next year🙈

Bartender Drinks with the author's presentation, if the wine is Ashta Lasha, if the green smoothie is healthy, tasty and beautiful. Lemonades without too much sweetness and with an amazing aroma. Cocktails are beyond praise, clean, strong, beautiful and in balance with the ingredients.
I want to go back to the Hotel . The beach is sandy, free, sun beds with umbrellas and cozy pillow mattresses for your convenience. And most importantly, the hotel is sparsely populated

Abkhazia disappointed again with its service. I saw an advertisement for this hotel and read the reviews. And I went in the hope that everything was true.

By the way, there is also only cash or a transfer in the bar, which is insanely inconvenient for me personally and there can be no excuses, because in Abkhazia you can pay with cards for a long time. The price includes breakfast (thanks anyway), but ...
2. coffee...There is no coffee for the second day. It's elementary, but no.
3. The room is large, the view is gorgeous, but...The table is broken and looks terrible. It was as if he had been scratched with something. Is it difficult to buy a new one? It's about the same with windows. Kondey can't cope, he probably hasn't been serviced for a long time. Which is most likely.
4. Some umbrellas from the sun are broken on the beach, as well as sun beds.
In short, this is where you start to wonder, what are you paying that kind of money for? The beach is not equipped, it is not necessary to put just sun beds. And the whole hotel in the picture is beautiful, but in fact has a "tired" look.

If paradise exists, then it should definitely look like this.
We drove here purposefully, guided by reviews. The rest exceeded all expectations. This hotel stands out among the neighboring ones. Wicker planters, a bar counter, a ceiling made of twine, design solutions and much more - everything is made by the hands of the owners, a young family. I think it's the sense of taste in the little things and the design of the hotel rooms that makes the place so attractive.
The biggest advantage is the view. It feels like you're sailing on a steamer at sea. Panoramic windows are certainly a magical trap and highlight. I must admit, I've never been to a hotel that is so close to the water, it's always ramps, bridges, wooden decking. Here, in the truest sense of the word, there is a house on the sand.
Positive:

- Spacious room with a coolly thought-out location of the air conditioner
- Good hot water pressure
- Availability of sun loungers, transformer chairs and poufs on the beach
- The distance from the bar to the beach is 17 steps
- I was lucky, I saw dolphins in the harbor

- Excellent restaurant-bar. My personal recommendation is Caesar salad (there's some alchemy in the dressing), khinkali with shrimp, tarragon soup

The room was cleaned every day , towels were changed every day. I rested in the Clouds 3 days ago.
The hotel itself can be seen that it was made with taste, but there is a catastrophic shortage of staff.
I appeal to the owners: do you think one bartender will be able to serve all the residents? It's not physically real. I just felt sorry for the guy. I have never seen anyone at the reception. It's also not normal for a hotel. I paid for the room with the waitress ... since the bartender, he is also a waiter and a cleaner, it is clear how the situation is with the entourage.

The most luxurious hotel in Abkhazia! It is located in a quiet, peaceful place

The waitress couldn't remember our order in any way, the price tag is like in a good restaurant in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but the food tastes like the neighboring dining room. We checked into a hotel nearby, but we came here for dinner a couple of times. The food is delicious, the serving is beautiful, the check is average. I can't say that this is the best place I've been to, but it's relatively beautiful. We stopped at the hotel, in a room with a view of the mountains, immediately the expectation and reality did not come down, just a rock in front of you and there is no view there.
We stopped by, the room was not prepared, towels were running in front of us, a bathrobe was brought, the windows were all stained. For breakfast, they gave a brooch and the time when it was better to serve, chose a room at 9 o'clock, waited an hour and a half and went down to remind herself. It's just that the staff wasn't customer-oriented.
Expectation and reality do not converge at all .
In the room, the audibility was as if people were talking not behind the next wall, but with us.
And the highlight was that they forgot things . I wrote in a good way, they told me to unpack the suitcases, they are there. Just keep in mind that your things will not be returned.

An atmospheric place! The coolest view opens from the bar! Even the local Boss fits into the interior outrageously! There is a friendly and professional bartender at the bar! Cocktails and cold drinks, coffee and fresh juices are amazing! I have been in Pitsunda for more than a month, but I come here both at lunch and in the evening! But the rooms are impractical - large, spacious, but there are no elementary bedside tables (the phone was charging on the floor), chairs to sit by the panoramic window. A tray with a kettle stands at the entrance on the refrigerator, as in a Soviet sanatorium. With this size of the room, you can also put a chest of drawers / table, and at the entrance - a shoe rack and a rug so as not to spread sand around the room. The lights were turned off several times in 3 days, there is no uninterruptible power supply in the hotel (the nearest bars have it, for example). Everything stops right away- kitchen, Internet, hot water. The room cost 18000 rubles per day. They didn't get 100% high%

For the second year in a row, we are returning to the Clouds Hotel. We had a vacation in July 2023 and in July 2024 with a small child .
The hotel is amazing, the food is very tasty, the staff is friendly and instantly fulfills any requests. The rooms are clean and very stylish. The proximity to the sea, the atmosphere of the hotel leaves only pleasant impressions. The breakfasts are incredibly tasty and hearty. In the restaurant itself, you can also have lunch and dinner, I highly recommend it. Nothing has ever hurt, no one has been poisoned, we really like everything!

One of the best hotels in Abkhazia, where we managed to visit.The room has everything you need:bathrobes,towels,shampoos,shower gels,hair dryer,tea,kettle and mugs.Everything is clean, cozy and modern.The staff is very kind and responsive, especially I would like to mention the Gogu employee!Definitely the best!He helped to sort everything out, gave advice on where it was better to go and on what and just a very sincere guy!The food here is very tasty and relatively inexpensive.They never went hungry)The Internet catches well, which is also a big plus!The beach is big, clean, and there are few people.Saps,jet skis and other things are available.The hotel also has a cute dog named Hugo, who gets along with children.Shops are within walking distance, which is also very convenient!In general, the hotel is 5+, especially the view!!!!❤

A great hotel on the first coastline! Large clean spacious rooms with magnificent views, excellent staff. The hotel has a bar with plenty of drinks for every taste. The beach is almost private with free sun beds, there is a paid area upstairs with premium sun beds. There is a well-maintained recreation area with a beautiful barbecue area where you can relax in the evening.Of the disadvantages, there is no food, the restaurant is under construction. 500 meters of the road to the hotel is dirt, so the car is covered in dust, but the territory of the hotel itself is clean. The village itself is small, but there are shops and fruit stalls. I recommend eating in the private sector opposite the fish factory, but it's a kilometer away. There is a nature reserve nearby where you can ride horses, the nature is magnificent, you will not regret, there are no such species anywhere.

Terrible cafe!!! They charge 7% for the service, for what?

We stayed at this hotel in a room with an incredible panoramic view of the sea. Waking up in this room and opening the curtains is magic!
The room is huge, stylish and thought out to the smallest detail. A kettle, water, slippers, bathrobes-there is everything you need. Gels/shampoos are replenished daily.
Special attention should be paid to the restaurant-bar, with instagrammed views, swings. It is pleasant to spend time in its coolness in the hottest weather, when it is too hot on the beach. I strongly advise you to try all kinds of khinkali there -you will not find such delicious anywhere in Abkhazia.
Before the vacation, I came across a lot of reviews about the rampage of rotovirus. During the whole vacation, no illnesses happened-but we ate only in the hotel restaurant. And the water in this part of the Pitsunda Bay is the purest, turquoise, sewage is not drained there and dolphins swim to the hotel itself. The hotel's beach is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds and is almost deserted.
I thank Aida, the hostess and soul of this fabulous place, and her husband for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely come back!

We planned to move into the Clouds on July 31, 2023. The hotel was chosen last year for its stunning location right on the shore of the Pitsunda Bay. The hotel is new, the rooms are modern, the rooms themselves are cozy and with a magnificent view.
Separately, the hotel was loved for its delicious and aesthetic cuisine, as well as for the opportunity to take "Instagram" photos :)
Unfortunately, the reservation had to be canceled three days before arrival for personal reasons - we had an accident and it was simply physically impossible to get to the Clouds. The owners of the hotel met halfway and, despite the living conditions, agreed to return the reservation. Thank them for their understanding, courtesy and wonderful service.
We still plan to get to the Clouds next year ☁️

We walked along the beach, came from Lidzawa, did not regret it! The place is great, the interior is very beautiful and modern, there is a comfortable sofa and armchairs! there are few people, they cook quickly, they took trout and wine, everything is very tasty! The waitress is kind and smiling! There is also a hotel here. Delight guys, I recommend it!

I found the Maldives in Abkhazia! Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of waves, watching dolphins near the shore, drinking coffee and reading a book in a cozy restaurant opposite the sea - all this is possible here. All the staff are very sincere, unobtrusive and always happy to help.
There you can also meet Hugo, the main security guard of the hotel and Princess Vasilisa, they won my heart 🧡
The place is heavenly - panoramic windows overlooking the sea, you go down from the room directly to the beach, the ottoman beds are stylish and comfortable, the areas with sun beds are separated, the room is cleaned every day. In general, delight😍

The best place in Abkhazia!!! I found this hotel through social networks. I have never regretted that I wanted to stay in it. Perfect service! Daily cleaning of the rooms with replacement of towels and fresh water. Breakfast in the room and laundry on request. Your own generator in case of a power outage. Pleasant hosts and staff. A wonderful and well-mannered dog guard. A decent menu in the restaurant, for those who are not ready to eat khachapuri alone on vacation and for kids. A great beach with its own sun beds. A comfortable mattress (noted separately as a person with a problem back). Thank you very much to the hosts for their hospitality! Prosperity to your hotel! Given the lack of the concept of service and delicious food in all of Abkhazia, if possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars!

After reading good reviews, we really wanted to get to this place. I came with my husband and one-year-old child. On the plus side: The girl at the reception is very friendly and pleasant. The view from the window is amazing. Khachapuri is delicious.
We rest for the first day and the impressions are already spoiled at breakfast. For a very big price tag, I would even say inadequately expensive (we just returned from Rosa Khutor), we did not receive the expected delight. We ordered lattes, including, the price on the menu is 200 rubles. When paying, it turned out that the prices have changed, and it already costs 400 rubles! That is, twice as expensive, for 200 ml of coffee! They asked us to figure it out, they repeated the same thing to us and did not return any money and did not even try to make amends. A 10% surcharge is also added to the account, which no one warned about. There are no children's chairs in the cafe, it would not hurt.
We are not exactly picky, but when you pay 8,500 a day, I would like to see a slightly different level. I hope the hotel administration will be more attentive to its guests.
