The service is at a VERY low level:
1. During the recording on the phone, they were rude to me
2. I was not warned about any diet! They didn't say that you need to come with a full bladder
3. There is no staff behind the counter! Amorphous and rude girls
4. Administrator Oksana is very arrogant, not friendly.

The whole neck is full of holes 3-4 mm in diameter and in depth, I am shocked and feel just insulted, instead of a painless and expertly performed procedure is this??? It looks like the doctor was stuffing his hand, but they forgot to tell me about it. And is it a doctor? They could not answer the question about his education, work experience, qualifications in laser technology, they only said he was a good doctor. Is it a good one? Is it possible, after such a service, to treat this, if I may say so, medical institution with confidence? The skin has not yet recovered, the whole neck is covered in red spots, some in the form of scars.
