I washed my car on March 8th, 2025, BMW 116
40p for a terrible quality car wash + 200p for a damaged film on the windshield: a lot of small tears and chips, as if rubbed with a rag with a stuck stone. The film is in the trash, you need to pay for a new one with money and time.
I ordered one of the most expensive complexes, they gave me the car in 17-20 minutes with the words "well, there are two of us." She was covered in stains, half-dried, and after 20 minutes she could only guess that she had stopped by the car wash. Unfortunately, I had to go on family business and there was no way to go back.
Owners, if you are reading reviews, please contact us. This is the first negative review in all my 34 years of life.

It is convenient for many that it is by appointment and there is no need to wait in line. But in fact, due to the fact that the schedule is packed - the staff is apparently very tired and very rude, they signed up for 3 days - the car was washed and there were untouched areas of dirt, and when I showed it, they just wiped it with a rag, the car was poorly dried, because of the large flow of people, they began to work very negligently and talk very rudely! It's better to wash your car at a car wash than here!

I don't recommend it. They ruined the car with chemicals. Fortunately, the car was in film, the film on the back of the car was completely replaceable. They did not go to the settlement of the issue, saying that it was not their fault. The attitude towards customers is zero, although I have used the services of this desk for at least 7 years. I advise you to look for another car wash.

If you want to ruin the car and the mood, come here. Tinting is definitely impossible to do with them. The quality is disgusting. The film is in bubbles. They say that it will pass over time. Nothing like that! They refuse to fix it. They do not issue a cash receipt. They laugh in my eyes.

Think well before going to this "sink"!!!
The first time the divorces were left such that they had to be washed completely. Pay attention to what kind of dead rags they wash.
Recording is a useless service. Prepare for the fact that you will be asked to wait from 20 minutes to an hour.
But incomprehensible additional services are involved, such as polishing and applying a unique composition. Looking at how you do your daily work, who will go to you to do polishing or dry cleaning? Suicide only.
And leave your cards for free apologies to yourself once. It's not a sink.

In short, I do not recommend going there for tinting, since they can mess up and forget about you and the warranty, and if in detail, then below:
The company "Obergon", aka "CarLine", applied to replace the tinting of the rear window, which he regretted the very next day, since first the film was glued with bubbles, and also 30% of the heating threads on the glass were damaged in the process of "re-toning". In the morning before the trip to the "master" (named Pavel), I took a photo of how the heating works (see photo), and all the threads warmed perfectly. After the work was done, the heating could not be checked (my jamb is here) there was no snow, but it was very difficult to understand anything by touch, and the new film looked good. But in the morning on the next day it snowed again and the check showed that 7 of the 18 threads were damaged (see photo).
Before communicating with Carline, I went to an electrician for a consultation and he showed the reason - the threads were scratched on the right side (see photo), and suggested that most likely on this side either the film was touched with something hard, or the glue was aggressively wiped off.
At Carline, the "master" Pavel said that he did not know anything, he did the job, and he did not give guarantees that the heating would work (like the car was old, the film was bad and in general he did not promise not to spoil the heating), therefore no claims are accepted and he is not going to fix or reimburse anything (the option of removing the film and refunding the funds is not considered at all).
I can also add that when I chose where to turn, I did not choose the cheapest place (Carline - 110p, Dits -100p, there were options for 90p) but even this did not save.
Here's a story like this, maybe it will help someone avoid unnecessary costs and nerves.

I washed my car at the car wash tonight.
I was in a hurry. I left, I didn't check the quality of the sink right away.
After 20 minutes, when I approached the car, I saw completely dirty thresholds in a white coating.
There are stains on the body from a dirty rag (after drying).
I do not recommend it.
I hope for the reaction of the management towards the performer. Otherwise, the same thing will happen to subsequent cars.
