A nice guest house in a quiet location, spacious rooms, a cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the sea (not close, but visible). The territory is large, but still under construction, there is a small swimming pool, a kitchen with everything you need. Of the cons: thin walls (everything is very audible), and if you live on the 1st floor, then the horse trampling of the neighbors from above is just terrible.

We stayed at this hotel from October 4 to October 9, 2024, and were very satisfied. The place is extraordinary, the silence, the nature, the stunning view from the balcony. Spacious, clean room.The sea is not far away, there is a great swimming pool.For tourists who are not picky and who love an active lifestyle!

We stayed at the hotel for 15 nights (end of June/beginning of July). As before, we are satisfied with our vacation in the Oasis, the price / quality ratio is quite satisfactory. There is a swimming pool, a kitchen for cooking, large rooms, there is always hot water, the electricity supply has improved (during our last visit, electricity was regularly turned off and for quite a long time).
The manager Irina helped us with the room, with the transfer, early check-in, in general, she is always very attentive and responsive to the residents, starting from the moment of booking.
Holidays in Ldzaa are quiet and peaceful, it will be boring for those who like to hang out here. Pitsunda is 10 minutes away by minibus or private taxi, if you get bored, you can quickly find yourself on a noisy crowded embankment with a cafe, an aquapark, a walking area

We had a rest with my wife from July 3 to July 13, 2024. A gorgeous guest house! A Real Oasis! On the slope of a small mountain. The sea is 10 minutes away. The air is awesome. Change of towels and linen, you will not see this in every 5 * in Turkey. The Manager Irina Is A Super Professional!!! Kindness, attention, care, responsibility, responsiveness, sensitivity, understanding! Well, just a smart and beautiful woman!!! And of course we'll be back!!! Anton, Natalia.

The rooms are decent. The territory is well maintained. The kitchen and barbecue are normal. But the location is not very good, when you go out the gate you get into the village. Cows and horses are walking along the road and shitting. To go to the sea either along the road without a sidewalk or through a herd of cows.

I sent my mother on vacation to this hotel at the end of May 2024. She was delighted. Wonderful place, cozy rooms, beautiful views from the window. The most remarkable thing about this hotel is the manager. Irina is the decoration of this hotel, she will always help, advise, come to the rescue. On my own behalf, I would also like to thank her, in the process of selecting a hotel and booking, she told me everything, explained and helped me a lot with the transfer. We are discussing with our relatives the possibility of coming to Ldzaa again, this time with the whole family, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

It's a great place. We were vacationing with my wife. The rooms are not cramped, clean, all appliances are working. The hostess is responsive and caring. View from the balcony of the second floor to the sea. Shops are nearby. To the sea 10 minutes through the shops and slowly. We are very satisfied. We recommend it.

A great place to relax, we had clean, stylish rooms with private balconies and beautiful views at the beginning of July 22. On the way to the sea there are shops and canteens. The shore is medium pebbles, the water is clean, dolphins often, instead of umbrellas, pine forest) 10 minutes to the sea, there is not shade everywhere on the road, but it is not critical. The child liked the pool. We recommend it.

We really liked the guest house. A little far from the beach, but we were by car and there was no problem. Walking 10 minutes walk. But behind the house there was a forest and a beautiful view of the sea .
