A nice guest house in a quiet location, spacious rooms, a cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the sea (not close, but visible). The territory is large, but still under construction, there is a small swimming pool, a kitchen with everything you need. Of the cons: thin walls (everything is very audible), and if you live on the 1st floor, then the horse trampling of the neighbors from above is just terrible.

There is a swimming pool, a kitchen for cooking, large rooms, there is always hot water, the electricity supply has improved (during our last visit, electricity was regularly turned off and for quite a long time). The manager Irina helped us with the room, with the transfer, early check-in, in general, she is always very attentive and responsive to the residents, starting from the moment of booking. Holidays in Ldzaa are quiet and peaceful, it will be boring for those who like to hang out here. Pitsunda is 10 minutes away by minibus or private taxi, if you get bored, you can quickly find yourself on a noisy crowded embankment with a cafe, an aquapark, a walking area
