Great hotel, a little slow staff. There are 4 types of bracelets, light (they don't really let you anywhere at all), grand (almost everywhere you can eat and drink), pyramid cool bracelet, everywhere they feed, everywhere they pour, a separate fenced lounge beach and bar, well, gold, apparently VIP)

Unfortunately, the check-in is round-the-clock, but before 15, you can't even go to the room for an additional fee! At the same time, we arrived at 5 a.m. and we had 2 rooms booked (at least one could be provided). As it turned out, the hotel was half empty, only by the end of the week (by Catholic Easter), it was full. Before that, we lived alone on the floor.
Another problem is electronic keys. They were constantly demagnetized (You come to the hotel from the beach all wet, the air conditioners are all around, it's cold, and there are 30 minutes left before the end of lunch, and you can't get into the room (((
To reprogram the card, you need to queue up at the service room with the same poor devils. Our record is a whole hour, and from one to two in the morning! Everyone has returned from somewhere! And, they broke off!((( We faced this problem several times a day, and with both rooms(
They cleaned it daily, but they forgot something all the time: then put clean towels (you come, but they are not there! Not one!). That is, they will not put water on, then they will not put any shampoo (Although they bring it at the first request, with apologies!
The most pleasant thing is the location and food! The food is very good, varied, high-quality!

- it's sooooo noisy because of drunk American youth, well, like drunk, they're crazy.
