An excellent inexpensive hotel. We stayed with colleagues several times during business trips. Always calm, polite staff, good breakfasts, and coffee in a capsule!
The only thing is to add tea to the rooms, otherwise there are tea pairs, but not a single tea bag

A good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. The rooms are spacious, the linen is clean. The location in the courtyards, including quite quiet. Our price included breakfast - porridge, sandwich with butter, cookies, tea. We were satisfied with the hotel.

Well done, guys! Great hotel! We stopped by late at night, from a long road.The receptionist guy explained everything, and also helped to arrange food delivery.The room is clean, cozy, towels, shower accessories, everything in the room! Quiet and comfortable! Five points!!!

Excellent hotel, large room , comfortable mattresses, clean white linens, all accessories hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes complete with paste, rooms are ventilated, Windows open! There is a kettle and cups in the room. Breakfast from 8:00 to 10 :00 everything is homemade, white tablecloths , everything is served by yourself! Friendly staff! Parking in the yard! I recommend a good place!

It's not immediately clear from the outside that this is a hotel. But judging by the name, it really is like an oasis in the middle of the city bustle. The room was clean, everything you need is there and working properly. I liked the location of the hotel, in the very center of Kostanay city. Breakfast should be improved with variety and the very serving. And it's very good.

We settled in late at night, got lost in the yards. The receptionist patiently explained how to drive a car and where to park. There is enough parking space. The room was a single room with a large bed. At the request, a second blanket was brought. Clean, spacious, there is everything for a comfortable stay: slippers, bathrobes, towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes (left a photo- cute), pasta, soap, shower gel/shampoo, delicious homemade breakfasts. Good location: within walking distance of Gloria restaurant (business lunch 2t tenge), shops, cafes, banks, pharmacy, shopping center, an intelligent notary and translation agency, PSC (if anyone needs to get an INN or put an appostyle on documents). The room and the courtyard are quiet. Cable TV and pretty nimble WI-FI. I recommend you to stay.

We booked this hotel, but when we arrived, the young man at the reception informed us that the water was turned off in the city center. He called the water utility in front of us and tried to find out how long the work would take. After they didn't tell him anything specific, he started helping us find other hotels. He suggested which hotel is better, what is nearby. All the hotels we called were busy. At that moment, the young man himself called the hotel and found out about the available rooms. As a result, he helped us find a place where everything was fine.

A new and clean hotel, located in the center, very polite admin. In the evening, we checked in, the administrator provided dishes, a microwave to warm up the food for the child. The room is warm. The bed linen and towels are clean. It is located in courtyards, cars do not make noise. We haven't tried breakfast yet. But it is included in the price. We definitely recommend it.

Newly renovated, located in the center. The rooms are non-smoking and there is no smell on the floor, the receptionist is very friendly. Documents, receipts - everything is in order. There is no refrigerator, no kettle hair dryer. There is no water in the room or on the floor. I could find the address only by phone with the administrator))
