It's a lovely hotel. This is the place you want to return to. Polite, helpful and attentive staff, clean and cozy glamping. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the sea, dunes, silence and comfort.
I'll start with the cons:
The road (it's a long drive and even a little off-road)
But when you do get to this place, you realize that it was worth it:
You immerse yourself in Kazakh culture (yurts, baursaks, fur coats, interior using national textiles)
Being in nature, you are surrounded by urban comfort-air conditioners, showers, restrooms, comfortable beds.
I will highlight the rooms (domes) separately-the space is 100% used. Everything is very well thought out, everything is there (for example, an ironing board, iron, kitchen), everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
The sea is clean and NOT shallow here. The coastline is incredibly beautiful, and you want to collect shells without stopping. Gazebos by the sea are also in the ethno-style.
In general, being there, you feel like you are not in Aktau.
I also want to emphasize the uniqueness of this project.
Keep it up💪🏽 We really liked it
The staff service is just terrible, the woman who accepts people with short hair is very rude, we were shocked, and the staff does not greet themselves, they say one thing and do another!
There are many disadvantages, and one plus
pluses:
1) Delicious food in the cafe
minuses:
1) too many little ones
2) you can fall from the second floor
3) there is no TV
4) A lot of insects that bite
A gorgeous place!silence, the sea, a bonfire in the evening. and delicious food.and also very good staff.you will be met, escorted, and shown everything.
