I had placed two orders, but instead of paying for the more expensive drink, I wanted to get that order using my points. There was a little confusion at the cash register and I wanted to cancel my receipt. Fortunately, the lady who was interested in the cash register understood the situation and helped me by offering me a gift drink. Thank you to him. I think that more care should be taken to avoid such misunderstandings. In today's economic conditions, this is not a small figure, it can be annoying to lose our hard-earned money in this way.
