I usually do not leave reviews on establishments, but in this case I consider it necessary. It's not even about the quality of the repair, we'll see later. What is more important for a modern service is, excuse the pun, the level of service.
For clarity, I will say that I communicated with an employee who worked on 04.11.23, on the day of writing the review, he worked at the checkout at the reception, unfortunately I did not remember his name.
I brought the phone for diagnosis, before contacting via Instagram. When I arrived, having previously reset the phone to factory settings, since no one wrote to me that in order to read the logs, you can't reset it (and I'm not an expert and I don't know where they are recorded), the employee took it and began to say, far from in the most pleasant manner, with a grin, that "well, why did you do that, you can't read the logs now."
But come on, I began to describe to him the essence of the problem and the essence of the device's operation at the moment, during which he allowed himself the expression "I wish I believed in it" and the like. At the same time, all this was not in the most respectful manner. No, he wasn't rude, no need to think. But the level of service where you feel that you are treated with respect was not even close, which is even surprising, because I considered it a fairly serious institution that cares about its reputation. This left its mark, I will continue to think and consider other services, which is a shame, I thought I finally found a service of the "European" level, but it turns out not quite so. I would like to believe that this employee will be interviewed after this review. But something tells me that they will probably put some kind of mark after him that I am a difficult client. Although when I addressed you personally, I was as polite and correct as possible, because I believe that you need to treat people the same way you would like to be treated.
As for the repair, I hope that the battery will be replaced efficiently. Time, of course, will tell.
In any case, it is very sad that the quality of the service is so floating, because the previous time everything was at the best level and I have repeatedly recommended it to my friends. But in this case, no more than 3 stars.

After a while, I can say that the repair was done perfectly. The battery is of good quality, installed with high quality, there are no traces of an autopsy left. Considering the quality of service, a strong 4e.
