I have been vacationing in the military industrial complex of Pitsunda for many years. The area is very beautiful. There is a small selection in the dining room and it is always the same
A good beach, everything is green, sand, excellent sea, only a lot of dogs walk along the beach, which of course is annoying, the prices on the beach are good.
You need to keep an eye on things, otherwise you can lose everything. There are a lot of gypsies. The prices in the cafe are more expensive than in Sochi.
Monument divers, the business card of Pitsunda. Everyone who comes here is sure to take a photo against the background of this sculpture as a keepsake.
The natural resource is very high: excellent climate, warm sea, wonderful plants! But the beach, unfortunately, is in a deplorable state ... dirty, stray dogs are the main characters ... there are not enough sunbeds, you have to get up at 6 in the morning. At 7 p.m., the sunbeds are pulled out from under the vacationers by the beach workers. And a lot of similar little things....
What I want to say is no update! Yes, after 6 years (as you were, so you remained), only prices change! That's how it was and remained....
Where is something new, but the paving slabs are still the same, only the animals change
The sculpture is beautiful, it can be seen that it was recently painted, but still requires a more careful approach to restoration, especially the pool area, put tiles, and before painting, it was necessary to at least patch up the irregularities
A monument with which you can take pictures in memory of the fact that you visited Pitsunda. But the beach is the most AWESOME. Plus alea with all sorts of goodies.
The sculptural composition was opened in 1969, and its creator was the sculptor Irakli Alekseevich Ochiauri. In his work, he captured a completely naked man and woman at the moment of jumping into the water.
Just think about how many prohibitions she went through! A naked man! In Soviet times!
We stopped by with an excursion for an hour. I managed to swim and have a snack. The sea is clear, but on the day of the tour it brought the bark of pine trees. The monument itself is interesting. :)
The gentle and warm sea, a wide promenade for a walk. But. The impression is spoiled by garbage everywhere and all around .... And in general the "shabby" sad look of the park....
Everything is great. Like everywhere else in Abkhazia, Soviet architecture and not only it, is living out its age trying to fall on the heads of gawking tourists. We are waiting for the locals to get out from behind the wheel of a taxi and finally begin to restore order.
The sculpture is very beautiful. Of course, it already requires restoration and a sign for this sculpture is required. I thought that a man was diving for dolphins.
I love Pitsunda, come all here, the best place in Abkhazia. Clean beach, clear sea. It's a little difficult with food, for an amateur. But nature is fascinating.
A great place to relax! The country of the soul! The sea is clear, the weather is always good, the beautiful beach is a place where you can eat and spend time!
Everyone takes pictures for memory, the fountain is working. I didn 't see any other aesthetic value . but it 's better than nothing . Abkhazia is beginning to revive .
Like everything in Abkhazia , I would like to put my hands on it ... It stands at the entrance to the beach, looks cool, but not well maintained. They took the money for the entrance without a twinge of conscience, and they were too lazy to put things in order
We were two years ago, August 21 and arrived now August 23, the exposition is all shabby, the fountain is dirty, I would like to see the reconstruction and improvement of this exposition next time.
I had a rest at the Pitsunda boarding house in June 2021. It's like they rewound the film 20 years ago. There are many vacationers with children. A huge plus is that the boarding house is located in the forest and there is a huge park nearby. The beach is a pebble, you can't walk without sneakers. The dining room is without frills, but everything is delicious (3 first, 3 second, compote). There are no waiters. Everything is for people who are not sophisticated. There is hostility from the locals.I went to Abkhazia at the dawn of my youth, little has changed for the better. They do not tolerate any objections to their address
There are no questions about the monument. But everything is like running a bunch of people into Pripyat. It's kind of creepy. The buildings are old and dilapidated. I don't want to go back there yet. Although pitsunda is interesting in itself.
For 1967, this is a world-class avant-garde. Where were sanatoriums built at that time except in the USSR? And here right by the sea! The scope! Everything is for the people! It's amazing how everything was saved! The fountain is working! Tiles and asphalt from the same time! There is a charm of the Soviet era
The heart of Pitsunda! I love this resort place, anyone who has been here will definitely come back! Yes, the old buildings were built under the Union, but nature and the sea come for this vacationers! I advise everyone to come and relax in Pitsunda!

We take photos here every year, you can understand how much the children have grown. Thank you for the warmth and hospitality, country of the soul
How many years have passed, and they are diving together with dolphins! We have already grown up from little ones, ... and they continue to look for their pearls! And they will!
An amazing place to relax!Especially in the velvet season. We travel with my husband almost every year. For those who prioritize the cleanest sea and the most beautiful nature, the absence of crowds of fussy vacationers is by far the best place.
Pitsunda resort. Entrance for those who do not rest in it is paid-50 rubles for the whole day, children under 12 years old are free. You can enter and exit all day, if you provide a ticket.
If we consider this place to see the sculpture, then yes, it is pretty. And so... It seems that I have returned to the past, it's not bad, it's just strange.
