3. The engine protection is missing. It didn't break, it didn't fall off. She just disappeared with all the fasteners. Although I remember for sure that they took it off when changing the oil. There are traces of it, there is no protection. But it's already been half a year... I don't look under the car in vain. :(
In short, only losses and shock.
I will add a review. The details of the great service are now being clarified. I changed their brake discs with pads. After that, I started to hear a small sound from the front to the right. I didn't attach any importance. But the sound was growing, I went to another service. Bottom line: there they removed the brake disc that smashed the hub, the seat was dented, the ball was smashed (before that, everything was fine). But the most interesting thing is that the master says that it looks very much like you were given a lever from disassembly, because it is not the same as the second one and the marker inscription on it has been preserved. The car was bought new! Except in the NVC, the project was not serviced after the warranty. No one else could change it. What they were doing there is beyond imagination. Run away from this service. The banal replacement of brake discs now cost me more than 1000 rubles.

Being in the service, I signed up for muffler repair the next day. It was necessary to change the gasket and weld it along the seam. When I arrived at a specific time by appointment , I heard that it would not work today . That the car was hanging , that there was no spare part, that the master was ill))) even I'm sorry, I didn't hear. No one bothered to call and warn you!!) Can I recommend this service??? If you don't value your free time, then of course yes!) I will continue to contact other, more mandatory services.

And I didn't forget, when replacing the pallet, they didn't even screw on the probe casing, that is, after the repair, they still need to be finished by themselves.
They can't find the cause of the malfunction specifically, they say let's change it first, another, third.
Well, I concluded that I would no longer go there to be serviced.

When I came to him, he "dynamited" me in all possible ways for more than two weeks. Then come later, then you have a different flow... I had to go to the administration, which did not give me a book of complaints and suggestions, which is illegal, nor connected me with the owner of this service, but offered to continue talking with master Dmitry. Who did not contribute this work to any magazine (i.e. he did it in his pocket), but also stated that he did not do it on the territory of the service station and did not do it at all))) In general, the mess is complete! No one wanted to solve the issue in some human way. Be careful. Especially beware of Master Dmitry.
