A wonderful place to stop in Yerevan.
Clean rooms, cozy, quiet. not far from the center.
Delicious breakfasts with homemade cakes and fruits.
The friendly hosts always met us halfway on all issues.

Clean, cozy, hospitable, like relatives in a good country house. Three separate rooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, bathroom. In common use there is a washing machine, a refrigerator, a kettle in the kitchen. Homemade breakfasts are served practically in bed, in the room or on the patio of the room. Nearby there is a tavern "Genatsvale", a supermarket SAS, a 24-hour pharmacy. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, 30-40 minutes on foot.

I thank David and his followers for their cordiality and hospitality.
We came to Yerevan to play international tennis tournaments and comfort, cleanliness and nutrition were very important to us. Thanks to delicious and healthy breakfasts, we had enough energy to work productively on the court. The room is clean, there is air conditioning for a comfortable temperature in the room. Regular change of linen, towels and room cleaning. Transport and metro are within walking distance.
Thank you for making our stay comfortable. We will definitely come again!

It's a wonderful place. Clean white linen, comfortable blankets (not just a sheet). Comfortable pillows. A lamp near the bed, a passing light. Cozy veranda, homely chickens nearby). Quietly. There is a place to park the car without any problems. The breakfasts are different every day, according to your choice and preference, with fruits and homemade cakes. The owner's mother is a wonderful woman.

A great guest house, with home hospitality, where you are taken care of) As if I came to visit my relatives) Delicious breakfasts, the hosts always treat me to something, very kind and polite people. They respond to any requests very quickly.The metro is a 10-minute walk away, the rooms have their own patios where you can have breakfast, drink coffee or sit in the evening. I recommend it! The friendly and kind owner of the hotel is David; his parents also try to make their stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfasts, and David always asks in advance what we would like for breakfast and at what time. The room is very clean, has everything you need to stay. I recommend it! I will definitely return if I am in Yerevan.

A magnificent mini-hotel with very nice hosts. They will offer a variety of lunch options, tell you where you can go / go and, if desired, conduct an excursion.

A wonderful guest house with only 3 bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom, shared kitchen. The breakfasts are amazingly delicious. Everything is very clean, new building and renovation. Own fruit garden! Khoziyan cooks the most delicious barbecue!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of my son. A very cozy, homely hotel, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a kitchen, each room has a bathroom with a shower. There is an exit to the garden from our room. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. Very friendly, hospitable hosts. The owners of the hotel arranged for us to travel by car to Lake Sevan and Mount Ararat. We really liked the hotel and the reception.

My husband and I have already stayed at this hotel for the second time. We are very satisfied, and if we go to Yerevan again, we will definitely stay there.
Very cozy, very sincere. the hospitable hosts will answer all your questions at any time. They can help with renting a car. Excursions can be arranged in a comfortable private car. Excellent hot breakfasts. And if you want to make tea or coffee in the afternoon or evening, you will always find everything you need. The kitchen has tiles and necessary equipment. The hosts treated us to incomparable kebabs. Samvel makes a wonderful strong drink, which he patented. Drink on cherry twigs and berries. It reminds me of good whiskey. You can try and buy it. We bought and treated friends. Everyone liked it.
I highly recommend the hotel. A comfortable bed, a shower and a bathroom work perfectly. The atmosphere is wonderful.

A place with a wonderful owner that you want to return to! Breakfasts for 10 days were practically not repeated (there was always dessert and fruit). The owner was in touch 24 to 7 and was always ready to help with any question.
