A wonderful place to stop in Yerevan. Clean rooms, cozy, quiet. not far from the center. Delicious breakfasts with homemade cakes and fruits. The friendly hosts always met us halfway on all issues. Thank you very much!

Clean, cozy, hospitable, like relatives in a good country house. Three separate rooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, bathroom. In common use there is a washing machine, a refrigerator, a kettle in the kitchen. Homemade breakfasts are served practically in bed, in the room or on the patio of the room. Nearby there is a tavern "Genatsvale", a supermarket SAS, a 24-hour pharmacy. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, 30-40 minutes on foot.

I thank David and his followers for their cordiality and hospitality. We came to Yerevan to play international tennis tournaments and comfort, cleanliness and nutrition were very important to us. Thanks to delicious and healthy breakfasts, we had enough energy to work productively on the court. The room is clean, there is air conditioning for a comfortable temperature in the room. Regular change of linen, towels and room cleaning. Transport and metro are within walking distance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. We will definitely come again!
