We used steak and mutton from the meat: I liked the lamb better (it was the most delicate, without a noticeable smell), and the steak was out of competition when served. The steak tasted a little harsh to me, but I don't really like them and I eat them about once in a thousand years. I used spinach as a side dish (mixed with cheese: as a lover of all kinds of greens, this performance pleased my taste buds).
The wine list includes both Turkish and old and new World wines, including plenty to choose from by the glass. I tried French wine and Turkish wine: the latter is not wow, but in general it is even unexpectedly good.
A special feature of the restaurant is the exclusive serving of dishes, which is demonstrated by Nusret Gokce himself, adding a pinch of salt in his signature style. Now all chefs are trained in this, and as far as I understand, all steaks/ribs/meat are served with a little show: slicing and salt. Watching the meat being served, I honestly prepared to call an ambulance, because it's better to cut meat by looking at the meat, rather than into my eyes. But it's not like this is the first time the trick has been performed.
In general, the service here is top: it's as if we've been waiting and preparing all our lives for the happiness of cooking something delicious for you. At some point, I thought that the Moscow waiters, with their slight note of snobbery, should be sent here for professional retraining: someone should explain to them what the service looks like.

Usually the service in Istanbul is so-so, but this restaurant is a rare exception! Experienced and fast waiters, they know English well (which is very rare in Turkey!).
I especially advise you to take steaks from the AUTHENTIC GOLD collection, especially porterhouse with 24 carat gold (there will be a photo below). As a side dish, you can order grilled vegetables, asparagus or mushrooms.

The quality of service is very low, there is no wardrobe, people are sitting in jackets. Waiters are not able to remember special wishes for dishes, do not mind plates, appliances. Eat and run.

And then the second, dark side of the dinner began. When choosing steaks, others were imposed (more expensive), we wanted certain ones. The atmosphere of the restaurant is peculiar and of course I wanted to visit. We made an order, wine, steaks, salad, dessert, cocktails. The payment time came, the unionpay card from MTS did not pass, I had to leave my wife and go to withdraw cash from an ATM. In the end, everything was successful, but the waiter, in front of us, defiantly counted the money. The feeling was beyond words ! Overshadowed the evening. And the wife generally thinks that they are pi....Sy! I have never seen such disgusting service in Turkey.
