I took shoes from this store on Laleli. After the first wear, defects appeared on the sole. We immediately contacted the store, where Daler advised me. I brought the shoes myself to Istanbul, they asked (consultant Batyr) leave the shoes - assuring that they will be returned within a week. So, more than 3 months have passed, my attempts to contact the store were initially successful, but after finding out the reason for my calls, the store simply stopped contacting me. I talked to various people involved in this store, and Rasul and others, all stopped answering calls after that. I can say with confidence that ***. Don't mess around, the shoes aren't worth the money. The brand is not responsible and there will be no guarantees promised. The price-quality does not match!
