For its price, it is normal. The breakfasts are extremely simple, but very tasty. The staff is kind and caring. The location is excellent, a quiet and cozy place. There is a beach across the street, a couple of kilometers along the coast and you are in the center of events.

I liked it · A pretty good breakfast was included in the price. Access to the beach is across the street from the hotel. Own parking.
I didn't like it · 1. WI-FI was declared in the hotel throughout the territory, but upon arrival it turned out that the local WIFI does not load anything at all. There are 2 very very weak routers running for the entire hotel, which cannot cope with the current conditions of loading the hotel. They responded to our complaints: "We can't do anything, write a review. The management does not respond to complaints " As a result, we knocked out a 10% discount on accommodation in order to buy a SIM card. If anything, Tele2 catches it well.
2. The rooms are in poor condition. The bathroom is dirty. We got a broken bathtub with water running out from under it. The furniture in the rooms is old and worn out by life. The shower handle is full of holes. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, it is very stuffy to sleep. As soon as we noticed the cracked bathtub, we were asked to replace the room, to which we were told that there were no rooms. The next day, we once again insisted on changing the room, for which we were offered comfort with an additional fee. This did not suit us and we began to insist even more. They went to meet us, replacing the number. The comfort wasn't much better.
3. There is no drinking water on the floor or in the rooms. There is no kettle, dishes, hair dryer. The TV shows 1 channel, in Kazakh. There were no batteries in the remote control.
As a result: a complete price/quality discrepancy. The cost of a night's stay cost 6,000 rubles, which in no way corresponds to the level of this "hotel". If the management wants to avoid such reviews, they urgently need to change the current state of their "hotel" And listen to what customers are saying.

We are coming here for the third time, because everything is fine. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, in a pine forest, a lake with a beautiful free sandy beach across the street, near a paid beach, an ecopark with bicycle rental and bike paths, go-karts, cafes. The hotel has car parking, barbecue areas, a dining room. The hotel has attentive staff who are ready to solve any problems that arise. I booked rooms in advance by phone and WhatsApp. I am grateful to the administrators Aisul and Angela for their professionalism and pleasant communication. Aisulu provided full information about the hotel, the rooms, and answered all my questions. I really hope that we will come more than once!!!

A great place for a family vacation. Clean, neat. I really liked the food in the dining room! It's delicious at home. The chefs are friendly.
The hotel itself is located near the beach, in the forest. The only thing that is not convenient is that cleaning needs to be begged. They don't come by themselves every day. But in general, upon request at the reception, they give everything. The girls are responsive.

I booked a hotel through booking, a triple room. We arrived, checked in, there was only bed linen for two, we had to ask them to bring it. The saddest thing was that we left, and a message came from the booking that the hotel informed us that we had not stayed and the full cost of the stay would be charged from our card (this is probably the tricks of the hotel not to pay the booking commission). I provided the booking with a card statement that I paid for the accommodation. This is certainly the most disgusting moment of your stay at this hotel. I think they will figure it out and will not charge me the cost of living again!!!

A quiet, cozy place for those who want to relax in silence from the city. There are no noisy dances until the morning, no cheerful loud companies. The window just looks out into the forest, and at night the Big Dipper is right in front of your eyes. Wonderful!!! We really liked it, jogging in the forest in the morning, bike paths start nearby, you can ride.

I liked the hotel the most for its location - in a forest off the road, near a lake, the beginning of a pedestrian path around the lake. There are no noisy cafes and other entertainment venues nearby, which is great.
The hotel is clean, there are no disturbing smells, the kitchen is simple and high-quality. I recommend.

Positive: its own territory with large Parking, relatively new everything, excellent breakfasts, good location away from the noisy center. We were at the Nurlytau hotel on December 31st, and of course we met terribly. At the reception, the girl answered the question (one single question) in depth. It's like we came to her house and lived for free... We arrived with the Chimodans and were sent to the 4th floor, well, but there is no elevator there either... OK, they helped lift it themselves. On January 1st, in the morning, they did not warn about breakfast at what time and before what time and did not even wake up. I called the reception at 12.00 and they answered before 11.00. They don't even have a cafe and restaurant where you can buy and eat... I had to go out and go to the Alem+ hotel because they have a restaurant. And by the way, they still fed their own guests with breakfast, here is the service... the Nurlytau hotel called in advance to inform about the New Year's Eve (about the price), they have a small dining room where they set a table with a program for 15,000 tenge per person. Naturally, we refused because the program was until 02.00 at night, and we arrived late, then neither the music nor the program could be heard. There is a problem with sockets in general: one behind the bed in the middle, in order to get to it, you need to move the bed)) There is no possibility to dry your hair in the bathroom, there is no outlet, and the mirror is only there, you had to use a TV instead of a mirror)) There is no curtain in the shower either, all the water is on the floor, and the shower is a bathtub, I haven't seen this for a long time. And there is no sound insulation at all, all the conversations can be heard from all the rooms. In general, I did not like it, it is not convenient to live there.
