A small town within a big city, with its own vibe and quite usual police cars in the mornings. It's cool, though.

This business center is good for its infrastructure: inside there is everything for comfortable work — cozy coffee shops, a cafe, a canteen, as well as a Magnum store nearby. You don't have to go anywhere if you need to have a snack or buy something urgently, it's very convenient!
However, there are disadvantages that spoil the impression. The main problem is the location: public transport hardly runs, it's a long way to the nearest stops. Those who drive by car also have a hard time parking is always crowded, and there are eternal traffic jams around, especially during rush hours.
The offices themselves are not perfect either: the rooms are quite stuffy, poorly ventilated, and it can be difficult to work in the heat.

The Nurly Tau residential complex in Almaty disappointed. Despite its attractive appearance, there are many problems inside. The guards in block 5B behave inappropriately, creating discomfort for the residents. Parking is a constant headache: there are not enough places, and the chaotic organization of traffic makes the situation worse. Elevators often fail, and their repair is delayed for months. The mixing of office and residential spaces leads to a constant flow of strangers, which affects cleanliness and safety. The management company is not coping with its responsibilities, and residents' attempts to organize the SALE are met with obstacles. Taking into account all these disadvantages, the rating is 2 out of 5

In general, it is beautiful, but I noted a couple of disadvantages for myself. The first is a curved sidewalk with height differences, the second is local eateries that, using the status of a business center, inflate prices. But still, everyone has their own, as they say, there is no comrade for taste and color.

A very nice area, I have an office 5b, but I walk around the little World, Zheltoksan. It's a wonderful park, there will be greenery soon. People are relaxing there with children, strollers, quietly calm. Soon it will be warm and young people will appear on the grass. I really like.

A good business center, a lot of office space, banks, coffee shops and so on, but a very big minus is ventilation, it does not work very well, it is impossible to work especially in winter when windows cannot be opened and air conditioners do not work. One disadvantage is that in one of the places there is a fairly high cliff and there are no railings, while the road is covered with ice. In short, slipping in there is a very bad idea.

The complex is old , the elevators are not working . Dirty homeowners do not monitor the condition of buildings , parking is terrible , pedestrian areas are crowded with cars . Paid parking is 100 tenge per hour , you will pay 800 tenge for 8 hours .

It's a complete mess! After all, the goal was not achieved, the idea was "elite residential complex". Now it's like a mini "flea market" who is not there, both Chinese and Indians and new Kazakhs + offices of different companies. During the day, you will not drive there by car, only leave transport in the parking lot if of course there is a place. I visit this address very often. And the owners are not going to change anything. Nevertheless, I would like to advise you to build a multi-storey parking lot nearby.
