I have lived in this residential complex for a little over a year. Of the advantages, I would like to note the developed infrastructure near the residential complex. Nearby there is a Magnum, small shops near the house, pharmacies, cafes, vegetable shops and much more. A nice, promising area, but it is far from the center. One of the disadvantages is an expensive taxi to the center, even on weekends. But I felt good there!

Nurkent microdistrict is very good. The houses are beautiful.I live in a studio apartment, very spacious. You can go anywhere in the city. There are a lot of transports. It is located near the Almaty Arena.

However, half of the population goes to the polyclinic in the athletic village... I would like to see a beautiful park built nearby, while only the LCD is being built)))

My friend lives in Nurkent 81, the area is prefabricated,has everything for everyday life and family life with her,the apartments are large,cozy, by the way, there is gas, which cannot be said about elite houses without gas, next to the large sports complex "Almaty Arena", where there are all sports sections for children, an ice rink in winter.In general, you will not be bored in this area, but it is more social.

The negative point is the narrow sidewalks, on which it is impossible for pedestrians to miss each other, and strollers sometimes occupy the entire sidewalk, so we sometimes have to walk along the roadway, risking our lives. Please widen the sidewalks where possible. The lanterns are not always lit in the evenings and at night, you walk in the dark, stumbling. Parking and a vacant lot between old and new houses disfigure the appearance of the Nurkent microdistrict, it is necessary to change the appearance, it is clear that car owners are interested in parking, but noise, carbon monoxide, the general appearance are not attractive. The apartment I live in is warm, the batteries can be adjusted, Underfloor heating, high ceilings, large Windows, lots of light, cons - the window leaks during a downpour, the balcony from the developer is also blown in strong winds, the floor is leaky. In general, the area suits us, but we would like some kind of shopping center and a park nearby.
