A problematic place, and here's why:
1) Water. Yes, it is not turned off every day, but with a frequency of once every two weeks, that's for sure. They turn off without warning, so there are always 5 liters of water in the toilet, so that at least the toilet tank can be filled several times. Hot water - if the upper floors, then in the morning you need to wait a very long time for cold water to leak and warm water to appear. Forget about the shower in the morning. In the evening, if you have time to wash before 23:00, then it's fine, then for some mysterious reasons, the temperature of warm water is equal to the temperature of cold water. Also on Saturday and Sunday evening there is insufficient pressure to wash properly. And don't believe me if they say it's temporary - it's permanent, because all the eyeliner wasn't designed for such an array.
2) Gas. The houses are designed and built with gas supply, but the gas in the houses is not connected yet. And it is unlikely to be connected ever. Everyone is sitting on electric stoves. But the electricity tariff is like in houses with gas, i.e. more expensive.
3) Trash. She's only one. One for everyone. Even in the residential complex Vostochka there are two of them. And there are no pedestrian paths near the trash, the place is narrow, parked and driving cars interfere with pedestrians (but this is already a question for the brains of drivers).
4) The yard. Who wrote there about clean air, apartment sellers? What kind of clean air can there be if there is a private sector nearby, which, with the onset of cold weather, begins to heat its stoves with either rubber or fuel oil! Guess where all the smoke from the private sector is going? Since the houses are close enough to each other, the acoustics are good. You will hear until one o'clock in the morning all the screams of children and gatherings of all kinds of population. And it's every night.
5) Morning and evening traffic jams. In the evening, a traffic jam from the city, in the morning a traffic jam to the city. In the morning, cars go through the yard, one by one, which go around the traffic jam. They go through the barriers, which seem to be supposed to restrict outsiders, but when and who did it stop? When someone opens the barrier from the remote control to drive himself, a dozen other people's cars pass behind him. Therefore, the movement through the courtyards in the morning is like on the avenue.
6) Crossing the road. More precisely, its complete absence at the entrance to the LCD. To cross the road, you need to walk 500 meters to the nearest traffic light. Outside the crossing with a traffic light, you can also run across the road, but for this you need to be either a saiga or an imbecile. Several people have already been hit by cars, but the traffic light at the entrance of the residential complex is unlikely to be installed until there are several dozen corpses on the road.
7) Shops. The nearest large store is Magnum. It seems to be close on the map, but to reach it, you need to walk about 1 km, if you count from the center of the LCD. Shops that are located in houses inside the residential complex, of course, use this and are designed for lazy and weak-willed residents - the price tags are high. The most interesting thing is that Magnum is almost nearby, but there is no food delivery from Magnum this time!
From the good: this is the end point where you can leave/take a carsharing car.
Conclusion: the place may be good, but not for housing.
Неплохой бюджетный вариант. У меня здесь объект по ремонту.
На удивление стены вполне себе неплохие. Штукатурки ушло не много.
Проблемы с водоснабжением. Воду очень часто отключают.
The advantages are that it is warm in winter, there are no problems with water, everything seems to be normal except for ksk works (they are not cleaned at all), there are few parking spaces
