The developer associates the residential complex as a luxury class, but in fact a terrible comfort class residential complex. There are not enough parking spaces in the yard, although the occupancy rate of the complex is only 30%, the entrances and the yard are dirty, not a single lantern is lit in the yard. In the apartments in the extreme rooms, the batteries do not heat, I thought only so, it turns out that everyone has a heating system that is not properly designed.

Good, high-quality houses with a Playground, Parking, there is a mayor's office, a prosecutor's office, a court nearby. There is an alley, although it has not yet been fully completed.
