I put 5 because this is my favorite place to socialize, where there is no loud music and semi-darkness. The service is fast and high-quality. But the room has been in need of renovation for a long time. The ceiling is streaked with brown. The extractor hood is practically not working, and this is in the smoking room. The toilet is rarely cleaned and there is often no paper. I go there because it's nearby.
