Beautiful design around the mosque building,fountains. Good Dastur Uy,delicious Halal cuisine.Nur Gasir Mosque is the central mosque of Aktobe city. The grand opening took place in 2008, among the guests were President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, former Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan Absattar Derbisali, Presidents of Dagestan, Ingushetia and Kalmykia, Prime Minister of Tatarstan, several Russian governors and Kazakh akims of regions. The construction was carried out by donations of money from residents of the city and entrepreneurs.
