Clean and beautiful, but only at first glance. a 4-bed room cost 12 thousand tenge, the cost is average.
Pros: the rooms are very spacious, everything looks beautiful and expensive, as they like in Kazakhstan. The mattresses are comfortable, the air conditioning is working, there is hot water.
Cons: the front door to the room opens with a jamb, the bed linen is 100% synthetic, it magnets and sparkles), the toilet door does not close, the toilet seat is broken, there is no curtain in the shower, the shower holder is broken, not that soap, not even toilet paper😐

Two buildings. There is no one at the reception, the phone number of the administrator is indicated. They gave me a room in the second building, on the second floor. The room has a bed, two chairs, a clothes rack, a TV, air conditioning. To be honest, there is not enough table, since the cafe does not work, but you need to eat somewhere. For a little money, you can spend one night, although the audibility in the rooms is terrible. This is the closest hotel to the highway, so it is very convenient to leave and stop in.

At first they showed us normal rooms, then they moved us, finding out that we had booked by phone, and not through booking. Moreover, they moved into rooms with the same number of seats, but less tidy, and the door in this room just tried to fall out along with the jamb from the wall. One advantage is at the entrance and exit from the city. If you spend the night, you can, because there is practically no choice of hotels in the city. The hotel has not been renovated for a long time, the audibility is excellent (you could hear the neighbors opposite, as if they were in our room), the toilet is leaking. We stopped by the reservation, the guard spent 20 minutes looking for someone to check in for us.

We called, booked 2 hours before arrival and overstayed our welcome.
According to the conditions: a room for 5 people. The TV is on, the air conditioner is cold. From disposable slippers to soap in a package, there is.
Toilet and bathroom in the room (this is a big plus). But, as if the repair was unfinished. It's like I'm 95% ready 😁
Basically, everything is fine in order to wash up and sleep it off.
There is a kitchen, a buffet with a shop.
But the price/quality is 10 points higher. We gave 15 thousand tenge for a 5-bed room with conditions.
I especially recommend this room to those with young children. 👌

The hotel itself is quite normal to spend the night just, we arrived without reservation, we checked in without any problems, a room for three with a large 180 cm bed cost us 12,000 tenge, at the rate of 4.7 it's about 2500, everything is dirty and terrible in Kazakhstan, so I think that the hotel is quite for them. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower (tiled, a hundred for me is a plus, since usually few people clean bathrooms and showers and there is fungus all the time). But disappointment overtook us in the morning, we are not picky, we went to breakfast:They found them practically in the kitchen, they began to ask for food. The service is at zero. For breakfast, fried eggs are naked, there are no sandwiches at all, no cheese, no sausage, porridge is only semolina, as a result, you already realized that we left and did not eat anything at all! It's unpleasant. We were tired from the road and were able to buy 2 cans of local beer at night, about 100 rubles in Russian. Beer is normal. In short, it is normal to spend the night, but there is nothing to eat at all, the Kazakhs have no service at all, they are still like in the forest.

We stopped by in the evening, decided to have dinner in their dining room, took mantas and tea. The mantas were brought liberally doused with mayonnaise. In the morning, they took rice porridge for breakfast, it turned out to be over-salted, scrambled eggs with sausage, turned out to be wildly fatty, an egg floated in a plate with butter, and tea. It is impossible to eat. For some reason, the cost of breakfast turned out to be more than for dinner! Many thanks to Ulken Rahmet and the owners of this hotel for creating this place! From Kyzylorda to Aktobe at a distance of 1000 km, only there a traveler can stay for a comfortable night! The staff is very friendly and hospitable! But for 13,000 Tenge, I would like to have a refrigerator in the room so that more than one outlet works, the kettle had to be boiled on the bed, the TV hung on the wall, but the outlet was also not working. To take a shower, it was necessary to try hard, the water goes in leaps and jerks. There is a beautiful renovation in the hall of the second floor, expensive tiles on the floor, but the stretch ceiling is completely torn! Anyway, thanks for the overnight stay, the room is clean and the bed linen is good!

The price is average in Kazakhstan.
But the numbers. Old repairs, wallpaper, I want to gouge out my eyes. It smells terrible. We entered the room, and it wasn't even cleaned. Dirty towels are lying around. The linen has not been changed.
After a long journey, we were so tired that we didn't even realize right away.
They did not apologize, as if nothing had happened, they offered another room, since this one does not suit us.
After they left, they called back only half an hour later.

We booked the Nur hotel on booking, three hours before arrival (we were in early July )
This is the only hotel that settles with pets (2 taxis were traveling with us)
The double room was for 10 thousand and plus 1 thousand for the dogs (tenge of course)
The room had hot water (shower),air conditioning,TV,double bed,clean bed, good mattress,no insects (bedbugs,cockroaches)
We slept well , ate in the dining room(the food is not bad)

A good hotel to relax from the road. New renovation. The beds are good, the mattress is normal, the bed is clean and white. There are air conditioners, our 2-room room had 2 air conditioners. A room for a family with children is just the thing. Toilet with shower (yes, there is no curtain, but there is a normal pressure and hot water, clean. Breakfast was a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs with ham (a large portion of 3 eggs). The staff is helpful and polite. There is a normal working WiFi.

The rooms certainly surprise with their interior, but unfortunately, one person from the staff for the entire hotel is more surprised. We stopped by at night, as we were stuck in traffic due to an accident on the road, we had to call the administrator. The part-time administrator turned out to be also a cook. Thanks for not letting me starve to death, but the menu was meager and mostly from yesterday's dishes.
