Today, on 10/29/2022, Halloween was held in this entertainment venue.(entrance in costumes is free) My wife and I spent 3 hours packing, preparing and all that, came in the form of a She-Devil and a Joker, prepared thoroughly (with all the accompanying, red dress, boots, horns, makeup, I dyed my hair green, put all the tattoos on my face, made up my lips(I put on a shirt, everything is shorter)
at the entrance, a woman who puts a seal on the passage, a security guard, a receptionist in a captive dwarf hat, said that this was not an image or a costume for helloween and did not miss it for free))) after all, it's not about 20 rubles for admission, there is enough money, we are not poor and earn well, the very essence of the relationship to the client, we were rude, did not comply with the public offer agreement. they even said, I quote: they say there are no 20 rubles for admission or what?!)
In general, if you plan to celebrate some kind of holiday and come to it because of a poster posted on social networks, be prepared that you will be treated rudely or suddenly the conditions will change. A huge disadvantage to this institution. Change your employees. I do not see any further development of the institution with such an attitude towards the client. Those who plan to come from other cities for the first time to Number one, I do not advise. I would not like to spoil the impression of the city because of such an institution. There is no other club in the city of Mozyr besides this one, but there are enough other establishments with a good attitude to the client and a positive atmosphere of the institution.
