One minus was for us, wine is served only in the lobby bar. By the pool and on the beach, beer, cocktails, strong alcohol, but not wine. Food for 5+, especially lunches and dinners. Service at the level.

We are currently staying with my husband at this hotel. From 02.02.2023 to 09.02.2023 we have a tour. The room was given, which was stated in the voucher, in the main building on the 3rd floor, large, clean, huge bed, TV, refrigerator, balcony. 2 bottles of drinking water are put in the room daily, there is no other water, there is no fanta, Cola, etc. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the beer is normal, I didn't like the wine. Bring your own alcohol. The territory is excellent, the pool is 1 heated. There is a red flag on the sea before lunch and you can swim only after lunch. The sea is warm, there are many beautiful fish. The animation is super, so far I like everything. I recommend.

We rested from November 17 to November 25 in Nubian Island. I don 't understand the rave reviews , screaming how everything is on top . In comparison with the three Resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, it is possible. An ordinary hotel in Egypt. The food is also common, there seems to be a lot of everything, but in fact everything is tasteless. When we were flying , we read the reviews , and we chose them . But unfortunately, the expectation and reality did not match. Animation is a collective farm , obsessive animators with inappropriate jokes . There is no entertainment in the hotel, the disco is in the evening, it's also a problem, 3.5 people go there. The sea is the worst thing in this hotel, knee-deep, coral , muddy water. If you need the sea, then definitely not to this hotel. Impudent porters are waiting for money as soon as the suitcase is brought , no less impudent bartenders are also waiting for tips , looking with a haughty look . A boat tour from Biblio for $ 100 per person, we do not recommend it at all, and in general, no excursion. There are awesome photographers on the ship trying to sell a photo for $ 20, although we told scrap that we were not taking pictures. They stick like insolent Egyptian flies . It was one of the best vacations of my life! an amazing territory, every millimeter of which is cared for in summer and winter, day and night. The range of dishes is amazing: if you want salmon, if you want lamb, if you want grilled calf. ! a huge amount of pastries, fruits, vegetables. The beach is combed every morning in the literal sense of the word with some kind of piece of wood, like a rake, and all the garbage is filtered out. If someone smokes, a hotel employee immediately runs to you and brings an ashtray.
I would like to appeal to everyone who reads this review and plans to visit the Charm: do not walk on the corals, do not feed the fish, if you feel like sharing bread, leave it for the Russian ducks.!
people, for the sake of a spectacular selfie, wander along the edge of the corals, throw pieces of bread, although this is strictly prohibited. We ask the staff of the Hotel and the coastline to tighten the rules of conduct on the beach and piers and impose fines, otherwise you will not get our people!

In a word, a chic hotel.A large green area. One of the best animations in this hotel, all the time there are some themed events on the beach, near the pools, in the lobby.
Very cool children's animators, performances for children.
There are many bars and pools on site, excellent food, varied and delicious, both for adults and children.
There is really a lot of food if someone likes to eat.
We took a ticket for 4 people in a standard room, when checking in at the hotel they gave a bungalow, it is very large for the family just right, although the difference between the vouchers for the room was $ 350 if you take a bungalow, and so $ 20 at the reception and the issue is resolved with a roof over your head))))
A great big beach with a short pantone, and most importantly, access from the shore to the sea in coves for children and those who are afraid of the depth.

There is a pier, actually for three hotels, up to 16h usually there is a red flag (wind and waves), there are two stairs to the sea on it. To think about going into the sea one at a time and going out the other, it's probably very difficult. People are jostling on each, trying to get in and out of the waves. It is clear that elderly people hang out and a crush begins. It's not very pleasant when with children. Some people put on/take off their fins while sitting on the stairs. Also does not add space. Think carefully before booking.

We travel a lot, only this year 3 times in Egypt.
I have never felt like a beggar in any hotel, for my money.
Check-in: we had paid for 2 separate rooms in a bungalow (2 adults and 1 adult). So right from the doorstep they began to breed us by putting us in one room, that is, my husband and my mother are with us. Dear (as it turned out later, the main manager at the reception) decided to catch bingo and save super, but of course we did not agree and asked for 2 different rooms in the voucher and it was in the bungalow (he tried to put us in the same room right next to the main restaurant and reception, there is no worse room in this hotel), to which he began to rage and threaten in every possible way that he would put us now in different parts of the hotel and in the most terrible rooms. We fought for Our paid for more than an hour, despite the fact that there is a pregnant woman and 2 children in our company.
The hotel has 2 main problems: the management, and hence the complete indifference of the staff to their work, and the sea. Therefore, if only the sun and just a room are important to you, you can of course go here 🥴
I even have to beg the staff for a sprite and even for a tip, I have not seen this anywhere else. Super disgruntled faces and outright rudeness.
One day, the same general manager from the reception allowed himself to YELL at me (for taking a video of this hotel), this is just the height of incompetence, lack of respect for me as a guest and as a woman, we were all shocked. This is unacceptable!!! I hope the management will figure out this situation anyway!
The beach - there are no toilets and changing rooms. It's like Anapa in July.
The sea is always a red flag before lunch, You don't buy the word at all. The shallow sea is right for children, it's really knee-deep. The entrance from the pier itself is so old and not equipped that coming out from the sea the wave so naps to the old rusty step that it leaves a bruise on the leg.
The pool is the one near the ice restaurant, the second one is warm. But we left the slippers next to him, and when we came for them after 17 o'clock, the employees apparently appropriated them for themselves. No matter how many people called and asked to figure it out, the answer is the same - buy new ones.
Kids' club - the child was allowed to cook and eat pizza once, as a result, the child vomited immediately after him, I don't think it's a coincidence.
The territory is an uncountable number of mosquitoes and midges, get ready to be bitten completely, you get a drawing in a small dot along the entire length of the legs.
The room is normal, nothing special, obviously tired. The mattress is aimed directly at the bed - it's unrealistic to sleep with it, plus it's terribly noisy. We did not turn on, but slept with the noise of the conde from the next room 🥴
I would give this hotel a 3 minus. For 120 k for 1 week for two - there are clearly better hotels at times!
At least you will be respected as a Guest there!

Very nice territory, large, clean. The rooms are not bad, we were lucky, they cleaned very well, they made a surprise, a compliment from the hotel, and congratulated us. We have been resting for 4 times already. The best thing is that there is a bungalow! It's just super. We always rest as a family, in another bungalow we did not clean at all, towels were not changed until you asked for them, although tips were always left. Probably as lucky as you are. To be honest, I don't understand those who write that everything is gorgeous!! It's gotten worse over the years, the food is generally so-so, there were a lot of people in June 2021, there are no waiters in sight or they can't cope, the tables are not set, there are no places. The paint has peeled off in the Pool, you can damage your feet at the entrance, there are no natural drinks, there is not enough water if you are suddenly late and did not take an extra bottle with you. The sun beds are dirty, there are not enough places anywhere at all if you did not take them in advance. The beach is not cleaned when the water leaves, everyone is sitting in a puddle near the shore, but it's good for children. Animation is generally a separate topic, it would be better to remove it altogether than to watch and listen to this horror...
Plus, only the territory and a snack that the children are happy about, French fries are on top! I would like to point out that this is the best hotel in Egypt!

We rested in Nubian Island from January 23 to January 30 with the whole family consisting of me, my husband and four children (16/14/14/3). I will not tell you about the flight – Anextur / Azurair, everything is on schedule (takeoff, landing, transfer).
And here we are in Charm. The weather is good, despite the "cold Egyptian winter" by their standards.
We arrived at the hotel at 16 o'clock, we were kindly welcomed. We bought 2 rooms in a bungalow. They put on blue bracelets and gave me the keys. I was immediately surprised that these were the keys, not the cards.
We were escorted to the bungalow, and the suitcases were taken. The first impression of the room is disappointment. Everything was old, gloomy, and there was an unpleasant smell. And, what became a problem for us – there is only an overhead shower in the room, fixed to the wall. There is no flexible one. That is, if you wash the child, then only with your head.
We also realized that we were not settled in the Island, but in the nearby Nubian Village.
Isledn and Village are a common area, a shared water park and bars on the beach. The rest is all on the bracelets. Blue Island. Yellow is a Village.
The next morning, we asked the reception to provide another room. To which we were told that all the rooms are the same. On the same day, Ksenia guestrelation came up to us on the beach, asked if there were any comments or suggestions (later they came up daily and asked if everything was in order). We told you about the situation with the room. The issue was resolved instantly, we were moved to a bungalow on the Island, next to the main building, a modern card room, a good shower, light and does not smell. They cleaned every day, changed towels. Beach towels are in the room upon check-in, and they can be changed once a day, the employee comes himself. There is no mini-bar in the room, only an empty refrigerator, two bottles of water, a kettle and tea bags. Bottled water in any quantity is always available on site.
territory. It is large and well maintained. Figures from vegetation, a stream, bridges. You can easily get lost between the bungalows. There are several heated pools. The water park is also heated. Three slides for adults, three for little ones. It is open from 10 to 12.30 and from 14 to sunset.
Insects are poisoned throughout the territory for about 17 hours. I am attaching a photo. By the way, there are mosquitoes in the room, be sure to take a fumigator with you.
When we first reached the SEA, the tide was out, it was impossible to swim from the shore, unless you lie on your belly in shallow water. In the future, it was normal during high tide.
The most interesting thing is the PIER. You dive into the water from it (depth of 25 meters), turn around, and there is a beautiful reef, flocks of incredibly beautiful fish of different sizes. A fascinating sight, for those who like to swim with a mask, the place is gorgeous. If you did not bring a mask with you, there are many shops on the territory of the hotel where you can buy everything (masks, fins, sunscreen, swimwear, food, toys). Bargain! The Arabs love it and are twice as inferior. If you did not bring dollars with you (as we did), Mastercard cards are accepted for payment, payment in pounds at the normal exchange rate. There is a pharmacy on the territory of the Village, medicines at good prices, you can not take a first-aid kit with you.
nutrition. Diverse. For breakfast, eggs (omelet, shakshuka, boiled, the cook prepares scrambled eggs in different versions), pancakes, porridges of two types, yoghurts, muesli. There was never any fruit for breakfast. Drinks include tea, coffee, and juices. Lunches/Dinners. Two types of soup, often seafood (very tasty) Different fish, meat, chicken, turkey, seafood (always for dinner). Fruits (very sweet strawberries, pomegranates, apples, guava). The waiters try their best, they serve on request. We drank wine – dry, normal. Beer is also normal. There is a free Italian ala-kart at the bar by the sea. We went – we were not impressed.
animation. Well done, they are trying. Mostly young people from Ukraine. Aqua aerobics, darts, boccia, volleyball, we constantly organized some kind of parties, exercises by the sea. In the evening at 20.30 children's animation, everything is as usual. Then at 21.45 there was an adult show, but we almost never got there, as we were already going to rest.
We were satisfied with the rest. I will recommend the hotel. Cleanliness, service, friendly staff, food, entertainment, beautiful sea – all that are components of a great holiday you will find in Nubian Island.
