An interesting concept of an institution where the service deserves special attention. There are even board games, and even if you come with a large company, they will find a place for you. Hookahs are good, smoky and last a long time. I was pleased with the local set of tinctures, as well as the food. When I'm in Minsk, I'll look in again.

The kitchen is delicious, there have never been any questions about this.
Also, the last time we stopped by this Friday morning.We were met by the receptionist (a girl) who talked to us while looking at her phone without looking up.It became extremely unpleasant that such a terrible service was provided in such an institution.

We proposed a decision to stay dancing for us when the seats were free - we would take them, to which the answer was received that this was not a club, but a bar/hookah bar. We drove from far away, froze, greatly spoiled the impression of this institution, unfortunately, the staff here gets smaller with each of our visits…

The kitchen is below average, the attitude of the staff is Mega strange - we went in, they looked down at us, disapproved, the staff for some reason discussed us (maybe because there were foreigners in the company?), an unfriendly attitude, the sediment remained ... we took board games from the shelf - at us again they looked at us disapprovingly and strangely, the waitress defiantly rolled her eyes and went to the hostess counter to whisper about us, looking into my eyes. I don't understand this attitude of the staff, as we were polite to everyone. Foreign friends also noticed a non-verbal reflection of the relationship, even though they do not speak Russian, they realized that the attitude towards us is not very…
I added one for a very delicious masala tea - this is really a bomb 💥
And everything else is clearly lame!

Of the advantages, the music is good, the cuisine is wonderful (there are many good positions at pleasant prices), hookah, and of course the atmosphere-I really like the interior and the place as a whole))
There is one and, in my opinion, a very significant DISADVANTAGE - the service and the attitude of the management towards the guests
On April 5, the company rested in this institution
- the time code for serving drinks and dishes was agreed upon, in this regard everything was extremely simple, so that by 20:00 all positions were in place (except snacks), but they just forgot about us, they waited 30 minutes for drinks and food, forgot about the hookah master until the guests themselves asked. But after talking to the manager, they fixed it almost immediately. I would like to thank the manager's girlfriend, who immediately reacted and started helping the waiter.
But there was a situation in which they decided to deceive me. 4 bottles of Prosecco were paid for (1 bottle costs 85 rubles), 3 were given to us. I went up to the bartender and the waiter, to which they replied that we had only 3 of them, I asked if it was for sure, to which they confidently said yes.
The next day it turned out that 4 had been paid. I contacted the manager to resolve this issue. But without the manager, we couldn't come to anything.(they wanted to send it, but I no longer need this bottle, I wanted to receive it on the day of the birthday celebration)
The manager of this institution contacted me on the phone - the conversation was disgusting, the man was very aggressive, gagged, and I quote "100 rubles is a trifle", allegedly I was trying to lower the check, but I paid everything, and I wanted to get what the money was paid for. Apparently he thinks that if you're a young girl, you can yell and put it in its place. But the problem is that it's not my fault, but his and the staff of this place. In general, this conversation killed all the positive impressions of this place
But in the end, they apologized to us, in the form of alcohol, a certificate and money (for a bottle)

The dishes were prepared for more than an hour, although the landing was not complete, but it was not so critical, because live music started closer to 22.00.. absolutely all the songs were for the 35+ contingent, which terribly spoiled the atmosphere. Great place! We just happened to stop by for a bite to eat. Polite, pleasant staff, budget prices, delicious food. We didn't have time to book a table, we were put at the bar, and later transferred to a cozy place. We were lucky and we were sitting in front of the musicians (they have live music). They smoke hookah here, but we, as non-smokers, were comfortable (it doesn't stink). In short, if you haven't been, I advise you to come in!

It is also noticeable on consumables like napkins and soap. The prices do not correspond to the general level. The staff except the waitress girl is very arrogant. I ordered beef carpacho - honestly 3/10. I am a very big fan and connoisseur of this dish, so I am sure that I can evaluate it objectively. There was also a moment a long time ago when they ordered mussels there - I don't know if they are on the menu now, but then they were so tasteless that even my cats did not eat. In general, to be honest, I expected much more from this institution, we were still there in the afternoon, after 15:00 - I would like a dim light, and the sun beat down on the window like mad, the atmosphere was inconsistent)so I'm unlikely to come back here)

The place is definitely not for everyone. If you don't smoke, you definitely can't come here. There is ventilation, but the smell is persistent and strong. When asked to turn on the hood, they smile more and nothing happens.
The room itself is decently shabby from time to time. The biggest disadvantage is that the waiters carry the bill for 15 minutes, the order is accepted for 17 minutes. When they made a remark to the waitress that they had not brought the whole order, she began to argue fiercely and prove to the whole table that everyone had ordered soup, but one decided not to eat. Everyone at the table heard the order, but only one waitress was not told.
The service is terrible and disgusting, it seems that you need to serve the waiters, and then leave a tip. The bathroom was dirty, and the cleaning sheet was clean, we left at 21:00-22:00 pm. When I took the jacket from gorderob, things still smelled even in the morning at home. Food prices are high, as is alcohol.
The restaurant's menu looks like after the flood and is crumpled, like from a washing machine.
The football broadcast was constantly stuck.

Cocktails are water, no taste, and even more alcohol. Food, in this category, is not at all dense here. We ordered carbonara, and brought porridge with spaghetti and bacon.
