I am very pleased with the result of the work! however, one moment raised a question, when communicating with the manager on the selection of spare parts and repair in general, I was sent immediately to the master, who was busy with the work of another client, but without question put aside the tool and helped me pick up a spare part and did everything in the best possible way as required from the service of this level, not quite the meaning of the initial communication with the manager is clear if I get advice from the master anyway. It was a very awkward moment, I had to get in with my questions because it was clear that the master was busy. I would like the manager to understand a little what they are working with in order to get advice faster, and not just work as an "arrow".

The service takes tools for repair, knowing that they do not have spare parts to repair it, and then they demand money for diagnostics, although the client does not refuse repair.
Also at the reception, when I did pick up my tool after a six-month repair, I was told that the head wanted to personally say "a few words" to me, according to the intonation of his deputy, not the most affectionate)
In general, the service did not meet expectations, and I do not recommend it, especially if you appreciate a polite and professional attitude.

It would seem that there was nothing special in the request, but the "director Alice" having previously agreed, changed her mind after 3 minutes and wrote a refusal in Viber without even being able to argue it with anything.
