For Tashkent, the residential complex is probably one of the best. Nice yard, underground Parking, good restaurant in the house.
BUT there are a huge number of joints!!!sloppiness, unprofessionalism and simply laziness of the maintenance staff and the developer's company.
Exactly:
- The ventilation and air conditioning system in the entrances does NOT work.
This is especially true with glass entrances and an outside temperature of + 40, it is impossible to breathe and stay in elevators and entrances. I'm afraid to imagine what would happen if I got stuck in such an elevator, and this is possible, since power outages are constant.
The management company does NOT solve this issue, says that ventilation was NOT provided by the developer. How do you like this in an elite residential complex.
- the cleaners clean disgusting. There are bulls from builders on the floor and they have been lying there for months. In the morning, the cleaners swing on the swings on the playground.
- constant power and water outages. It is permanently turned off. They can just turn it off on the floor, just like that.
- the entrance doors to the entrance are constantly broken by builders.
- in the evening, residents of other neighboring houses come to play with their children in our yard, as the doors are open.
There are 60 people in the yard of crazy, rabid children who take with them toys that the children of our house leave just on the playground. Because they think that the yard is under cameras and security. But the guards don't care!
