At the end of November, for the first time I made an expensive purchase of complex equipment online (a custom gaming PC), it was scary and uncertain (since I am not in Minsk, but from another city-Polotsk, and buying a PC requires reliability, respectively, and I was looking for a reliable company), plus the torment of choosing the configuration and case. What can I say about the computer store npx.by . Everything was done at the highest level! The work of the guys is very coordinated and the main thing is that with an individual approach to the client - they tried to collectively select and find exactly what I need (and I am a perfectionist, if anything). Consultations are of high quality. Feedback- TOP! They told everything competently in understandable language, helped, and answered all my multiple questions at any time very kindly and patiently, which is rare now. At the same time, the prices are not twisted, they turned out to be the most adequate in the country (while some prices went through the roof due to the November huge exchange rate). And the assembly pleased me. And documents, long-term warranty, service, and generally replacement in case of anything - everything is as it should be all inclusive.

Everything is super cool!
The guys are real professionals! At lunch, they picked up a PC through the designer on the site, they immediately contacted us, helped with the registration (they took it in installments) and already at 19:00 they brought the computer. I would like to mention cable management separately. Everything is laid out as neatly as possible. Hamuts do not pinch wires. Nothing superfluous sticks out. I will not be afraid of this word with Love!) The warranty is for 18 months, the competitors mostly for a year. Which is also very nice. In general, I highly recommend the guys! We are thrilled!

Very adequate and responsible guys! I have been buying in this store for several years now. At the same time, they always have the patience and desire to satisfy my specific needs. I always take non-standard hardware for overclocking. Sometimes it didn't merge with top online stores, but here we just found a common language! For almost two years, I have assembled 3 systems with them and deployed them repeatedly. Vidyukhi took from 590th rexes to 3080th rexes. At the same time, both the 3070 and the new 5600X were taken from the start at an adequate price and the rest of the hardware too. From the usual operatives to selected overclocking bids. In general, the assortment will not disappoint for sure! There are no problems with the guarantee. I applied to the service only once on the motherboard. They accepted it, made a diagnosis and changed it. We've always been eager to assemble the hardware right away, but I love doing it myself. Well, all sorts of small buns like day-to-day delivery, consultations on the exact manufacturer of components, and so on. In general, I definitely recommend it!
