A fairly new hotel located on the mountain. A steep approach to the main entrance and reception. Several buildings connected by an overpass. Some floors are below the road, -1, -2, -3. Tourists also live on these floors. Rooms of different categories, from single rooms to family rooms. The room has new furniture, appliances and plumbing. A good mattress. Towels and bed linen are "tired". There is no bathrobe. There are disposable slippers. Built-in soap and shampoo, poured conditioner (none at all). There is no toothpaste and no brush. There is a set consisting of a disposable hair cap, nail files, cotton balls, cotton swabs. The bar on the first day had: juice, mineral water. The water is replenished every day. There is an electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and partially on the beach. The food is average, you won't stay hungry. There are several places to eat. The hammam is free from 12-14. Indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the hotel itself with cool water. There are several swimming pools on the territory. The pool with water slides is heated. There are 2 elevators in each building, it takes a long time to wait, especially in the season. There is practically no territory for walking. Pools are located on several levels. The top one with a waterfall. There is a children's club, an evening children's disco. An evening entertainment show for adults, on a large playground by the sea. The territory is well maintained and clean. I recommend the hotel for unassuming tourists.

Greetings to all! At the moment I am resting in this hotel (08/13.23 - 08/20.23)
1.-Beach: the hotel is not on the first line, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach past a wasteland with garbage. The beach itself is TERRIBLE, there are huge stones and slabs in the water, sand with shells, the beach is equipped with sun beds (without mattresses) and umbrellas. We go swimming on the neighboring beach, there is clean sand and excellent access to the sea. There is a bar on the beach with snacks and drinks (free of charge for our hotel).
2.- About the hotel: we were checked in quickly, we asked for a room with separate beds, the request was ignored. WI-FI in the hotel is PAID, it cost $ 17 per device for a week. The territory of the hotel is small. The hotel has three swimming pools, an amphitheater and an orange grove, as well as various bars.
3.- About the food (ALL) : The food is generally good, buffet (photo provided)
4.- Transfer: luggage was delayed at the airport for 2 hours, thanks to the transfer for waiting for us. Our hotel was drunk on the list. We drove from the airport to the hotel +- 3 hours.
5.- Conclusion : the hotel categorically does not pull for 5 *. If you have a limited budget for your vacation and you do not want to go to Russian resorts, then feel free to come here.

We arrived at this hotel with the whole family. we arrived for 8 days and do not regret it. funny and positive animators. Various events were held every day. a delicious and healthy buffet where you can choose whatever you want. Alexander is the department manager, he will always come to the rescue. He will tell you in any problematic situation. It doesn't matter which city you're from or what your native language is. Aleksand knows 7 languages.I would also like to mention an incendiary animator named Aliya. A wonderful girl who won't get bored. We played darts with her every day. She always brought only positive moments. my family would also mark the bars on the street. We especially remember the man with the wonderful name Onush. A pleasant person both on the outside and on his inner world. He will always tell you in any question related to the bar. and will provide the most delicious drinks in a short time.

We had a rest from July 9 to 27, 2022.An old hotel, everything is tired.the territory is small, but well maintained. The food is normal, you definitely won't stay hungry, there has always been fish, chicken,meat, lots of vegetables, delicious desserts.The chefs are great.the hotel beach deserves special attention, it's just a mockery of vacationers. A narrow strip , like a sewer.It's a shame.We went swimming on a wild beach in the rocks. We were unlucky with the contingent of vacationers, it was full of young Kazakhs who apparently came from villages - they threw glass glasses into toilets, so that everything was clogged in common areas.but as soon as they left, everything stopped. Cleanliness is the biggest disadvantage of this hotel, knowing this, I armed myself with a house cleaner and a rag for 20 minutes upon arrival, I washed the floors and wiped everything))) it was not difficult for me for my comfort, no matter how much I paid! The price for 1 person is expensive , my ticket cost 47,000 for 6 days , but it was worth it ! The wild beach on the left side in the rocks is incredible! Before that, I rested in pretentious hotels like Rixos, Adam and Eve, visited Oz, utopia, and I can say that there were incredible people in them! Maybe lucky! The food was constantly from 8 to 22, you could always eat breakfast, second breakfast, snack bar, lunch, ice cream dinner and late dinner ) I drank alcohol only tequila! They open them in small bottles of 50 grams in front of you ! The sea is warm, the beach at deluxe is better! But I walked among the rocks , and at night you can go naked there ! We arrived tired, settled for a long time, no one was in a hurry) there are not many Russian-speaking staff. But the attitude is good, the Windows faced the sea, the second line, but it's not far to go. The beach is small, there is a pier, a bar. We spent more time by the pool, there are slides, a pool for children. The kitchen is good, everything is delicious and varied. The chefs were greeted at the door) Fruits, vegetables, etc. Cocktails at the bar, all alcohol in small bottles, were opened in our presence. Coffee, drinks, gozleme, ice cream... Everything happened. Good animation, I also liked the location of the hotel. Not far from Alanya and the center of Kanakla, Time Center shopping center, market. There is a place to walk. I liked everything. Let's go again.

If there was an opportunity to put - 5, I would be happy to put it. Disgusting attitude towards guests, boorish staff. Now we are there, there is no food, it is served cold, everything is stale, we had to go to the nearest cafe to eat properly and we must understand that now it will be like this every day. Club music is constantly yelling, despite the fact that there are many guests with children, there is no animation. For each request, they ask for money directly, even for connecting "free" WiFi. I don't believe a single positive review. So Turkey has not been accepted anywhere else. Now we will organize our rest outside the hotel, we will use it only as a place to stay overnight and, of course, I will not advise anyone. Think very carefully if you want to come here

We arrived at the hotel at 6 am, check-in only after 14, we were checked in at 9 o'clock, many thanks to the staff! The room is clean, there was no dust in the corners, I did not check, we were already settled earlier than expected! Cleaning was carried out every day, and we never bumped into the staff, no one bothered us! The sea is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, sun loungers, toilets, shower, bar on the beach! Yes, the entrance to the sea is not very good, there are large stones, But next to the beach Noxin Deluxe club, belongs to the same owner, and there is an opportunity to walk and swim there, the sand is excellent, no one drives from the sun loungers! The cuisine is diverse, there is always a lot of everything and in abundance, most importantly there are no queues, although the hotel is fully populated, alcohol is not diluted as much as you want! There are always snacks and fruits throughout the day! There are different animations and games every day! Everything is fine in the pool, clean water, enough for everyone, not like herring in a barrel! Great spa, massage! In general, we had a wonderful rest! I recommend it! Overall, it's good. But the stated 5 * is very short. Turkish 5* have nothing to do with the generally accepted ones. But in any case, it's not bad enough. The room is clean. With traces of local repairs, daily room cleaning, refrigerator, safe, balcony, hair dryer, everything you need is available. If you don't find fault, then it's fine. The dining room is a restaurant, decent. There was no fuss as such, the choice of dishes is large, but there is no variety. Products that have not been used today are processed into a new dish for tomorrow. There were no problems with digestion. Drinks, in the all-inclusive category, are regular..On the territory, there is a wonderful orange garden, with tables and a grill bar.
The beach is far from the hotel. And disgusting. The staff is friendly, and at some points they can communicate in English, and a little bit in Russian. Overall, it's good. When buying the tour, I was counting on the worst.

But my child eats it all.Most of the children, according to my observations, ate bread with a Coke.I love sweets, but for the first time I came to lose weight, which was an undeniable advantage for me of staying at this hotel. Gradually, the number of people, food and beer decreased. The bar stopped working, there was nothing to eat.The end of the season, apparently we had to finish everything so that they would close without losses and unnecessary investments)) The slides were turned on regularly, the child rolled in plenty. The area is beautiful and clean. But the toilets are like at a train station in the 90s.There is a shortage of beach towels, used taken from the room.Wi-fi is $ 9 a week,safe is $ 3 a day. The hotel absolutely does not deserve either 5 or 4 stars. Rather unkempt, with poor sound insulation, dead rooms. In our room, one of the closet doors was just leaning against it, and there were mold stains on the closet in the bathroom. The water flows in a thin trickle in the washbasin, the temperature is not regulated. The shower is normal, but be extremely careful - the floor is very slippery.
Check-in almost always takes half an hour or longer.
The beach is absolutely not intended for recreation with children under 10-12 years old, keep this in mind. In order for the kids to have the opportunity to at least go to the sea, they had to go to the beach of another hotel 700 meters away. Lemoncello has huge stone slabs in the water, and the beach itself is so narrow that adults are knocked down by the surf. You can enter the sea from the pier and then climb back up it, but for a small child or an elderly person this is an impossible task.
There is no children's animation, do not believe Tui travel agents.
The food is not bad, but there is a constant mess with a lack of plates and appliances, those who came first do not hesitate to take the forks laid out on the tables, there is nowhere else to take them.
The rooms are cleaned every day, but the time is unpredictable. They can come in at 9, or they can at one o'clock in the afternoon.
There is no Internet cafe, it has been closed for a long time. Wi-fi is only paid, $ 9 a week, sometimes the signal is very weak.
A huge plus is the massage floor. You will be invited there from the very first day, sometimes too aggressively.

There are two types of salty cheese. Greens are plentiful. There are five kinds of cake. Fruits are given out one piece at a time. Except apples and oranges. The bar only has vodka and beer for free. Wi-Fi is paid, safe is paid, hygiene products are poured into a 0.33 bottle from under mineral water. Many guests, especially children, taste the beautiful color. Bed linen is changed only for a fee. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is small, there are no umbrellas. The shore is rocky, the descent from the pier, the pier itself wants a good repair.
The beach bar opens after 11 o'clock and you can only drink.
By 13 o'clock, burgers are being made and vegetables are being put out. There is beer, but not always.
The animation is the same every day and to the same music. And most importantly, they rob vacationers, take things, cosmetics, in general, everything that you have. I didn't lose only my documents and money because they were with me. The administration is turning a blind eye to this.

The hotel is a rare hat! This is the merit of the current tenant, thanks to whose disregard during our vacation from 3.10.19 to 13.10.19 for the first 3-4 days there was no hot water at all and cold several times, for the first 5 days there were no forks in the dining room, soup was collected in disposable cups, there were no dishes, then dishes for soup appeared but ladles disappeared)))), there is a lot of food but there is no variety,alcohol is poor and often ends before it starts, room cleaning is mediocre, there is a sea view, but from the road that the hotel has very audible transport, a closed balcony does not solve the problem, the beach and pier are the most miserable of what is around, the attitude of the staff on the beach is the same. The working hours of the restaurant and bars are illogical, superimposed on the work of fast food in bars, although there should be a shift.

But then our tour operator's hotline was called and we were taken to our first hotel, which we bought 3 times.There 3ka Nox inn Hill turned out to be better than this Limoncello, we called it Lohachello. In general, we remember Lohachello only for good acquaintances and the large territory of the hotel. And so there are no advantages in this hotel. We do not recommend it at all. Terrible hotel. Biblioglobus positions it as 5*, officially on the website of the Ministry of Culture of Turkey it is listed as 4*. But in fact it is closer to 2* than even to 3*. It's called Limocello now. I don't know what the hotel used to be like, now the owner rents it out to tenants who don't think about the future at all. The food is terrible, the staff is rude, the rooms are cleaned once a week. The rooms themselves and the hotel grounds could theoretically claim to be solid 4*, but in terrible condition, broken, dirty and fungal. It's a long way to the sea, the microplage is terrible.
I do not recommend it to anyone!

I don't even know where to start, I haven't seen such horror anywhere!!! Announced 5 ultra, this means an expanded menu and drinks, but not giblets, fried boiled steamed. Of the drinks, beer is always ending, whiskey and vodka are also constantly missing something. Dirt is everywhere, the toilet at the reception desk is like at a stop in the 70s, the stench is all over the hall and I haven't seen it clean in two weeks. The beach is terrible, and the beach bar is something, it opened when people went to lunch at 12:30. Saving on everything possible, up to oranges from rotten and unwashed trees. People don't even doubt it's true. Conclusion!!! The owner is not in the hotel at all - in fact. We roared for two days, then decided that nothing would prevent us from having a rest, because we have been waiting for this rest for a whole year.

1. we bought a ticket for two for 80,000 rubles for 10 days, as a 4-star hotel, in fact, the hotel does not even pull 3 stars.
2. the sea: it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, it is impossible to enter the sea from the shore from the word "completely", everyone jumps from the pier, which is all rusted; there is almost no sand on the beach, you walk on some garbage, a hard surface slightly covered with dirty sand.
3.nutrition: there is no meat at all; only cheese, salted cheeses are around, make up 60% of all food, jam, a lot of bread, cucumbers / tomatoes, baked tomatoes, eggplants, bony fish, fried capelin, baked /fried potatoes; pasta, rice; soy sausages; omelette, boiled/fried eggs pancakes by the piece for each person. There was ketchup, but there was no butter, mayonnaise, sauces to season the salad. Breakfast at 7:30, lunch at 12:30, dinner at 19:00, being late is punishable by being hungry, because nothing is reported.

5.complete unsanitary conditions, it is necessary to bring cutlery with you, because dirty forks, spoons are put in one plastic basin and washed with a stream of water without detergents, pieces of food remain in the basin, and then wiped with one towel, it's just a nightmare; rooms are cleaned every 3-5 days, there were days when there were no clean ones towels; toilet paper. There is no laundry, they washed it by hand, hung it on the balcony, which is not intended for this, because the hooks are only for drying towels. It is impossible to soak something, there was no basin; it costs $ 1-2 to stroke one thing, that's what they said at the reception, prices are not set anywhere, you can't read about it anywhere.
6. evening entertainment: from 21:00 to 00:00 disco, the music is not modern, mostly Turkish, for an amateur, there is nothing to dance to, the animators organized contests, but everything looked sad, some days no one came to the disco, but the music was playing anyway.
7. It is not clear for whom the hotel was created for entertainment or for the family, because the music screams at all, it is unclear how to put the children to bed, there is nothing to feed the child in the dining room; but again, the music screams, but no one goes to discos, because they are rotten and not interesting.
8. Alcohol and soft drinks: juices- dilute the powder, I have never drunk tetropack juice, which is rich and delicious, everything is diluted; coffee - 3 in 1; ordinary black tea; alcohol is their local barmaid, they pour it 10-15 grams and add sprite, fanta, cola. From the assortment, only "raki" is their local vodka; just vodka, which cannot be drunk pure or diluted; light beer is very much diluted (kvass gets drunk faster); local whiskey, which is poured only to its Turks, for the rest it is not. There is a Belize and a martini for a fee of $ 1.
9. Bars: there are 4 bars whose opening hours are not correct; a) a bar in the orange garden - snacks are served (French fries, hamburger, make no mistake, not those in the Russian Federation, shit else) and alcohol. B) the bar in the dining area is open only during lunch and dinner, only alcohol and soft drinks. C) the bar in the disco area - coffee and soft drinks; d) the beach bar - only beer and burgers, it works unstable when all the hotels have already opened bars at this hotel, it opens in a couple of hours.
10. Fruits: oranges; melons; apples; nectarine 1 time in 10 days. The fruits are all sour and of the second grade, small, spoiled.
11. everything in the room is running on its last legs, the air conditioner is periodically turned off; there are 2 Russian channels on the TV.

There is no Internet, even a paid one, or rather it is very bad! Dirt and unsanitary conditions are everywhere! The beach is 600 meters away, although they write 250 m.
