Nahot Kamol in Samarkand isn't just a restaurant, it's a pilgrimage. It's a culinary cornerstone of my Tashkent-Bukhara journeys, a beacon of nohat and lamb chop nirvana. I've been bypassing every other roadside eatery for two decades – that's some serious dedication, folks. I'd rather wait four hours for this nohat than suffer the culinary wasteland of any other stop. Seriously, I could be ravenous, stomach growling like a disgruntled bear, but I'll hold out. Nahot Kamol is worth the wait. It's the same deliciousness every time: the succulent lamb chops, the perfectly spiced nohat, the fresh tomatoes, the aromatic tea, that glorious wild anzur onion, and the divine Samarqand bread. I'm talking 3 a.m., stuffed to the gills, and I still pull over. It's an addiction, a beautiful, delicious addiction. Don't judge me. Just try it. You'll understand.
After the winter holidays, returning to Tashkent, we stopped at our favorite place for lunch. 03.01.2026.
The place is well located by the road. Everything inside is clean and tidy. There is a washbasin, liquid soap and hand wipes.
In summer, spring or autumn, if the weather is good, you can sit outside. But, it was cold outside and we sat down in the inner hall. The tables are already set. They served quickly and brought food, tea and salads. The kosushki soup is very tasty and moderately fatty. And nukhat shurak was brought in a large plate. Nukhat is well cooked, melts in the mouth, and is ideal for salt. The meat is also well cooked, soft. The tea is not in tea bags, but it is delicious. Bread is half of a black tortilla, and katlama patyr. Bread and patyr are also delicious. We took a fresh salad and kefir. The salad needed to be salted, it was delicious. Kefir, natural, slightly sour.
The account was opened for 4 people with 350.000 soums.
In general, there are only positive emotions from the place, I recommend it.
The only toilet is located 150 m from the establishment on the street. But it's also clean and odorless, for a fee of 3,000 soums.
The food is too expensive and tasteless. The staff is disrespectful to the guests of the establishment. Maybe because it is located right next to the main road. I didn't like it honestly. We just visited it. 250 thousand soums were charged for one portion of chickpeas. There's also a pot of tea and half a tortilla and a fresh salad. Nothing else. Even in the most expensive restaurants in Tashkent, there is no such price. Horror. Plus, they demanded as much as 10 thousand for parking. I don't recommend it. A huge lump.
Sooo delicious, the broth and meat are great, the soft peas melt in your mouth, very tasty canned garlic, I advise you to visit
colorful , they work around the clock , the waiters are nimble , the location is next to the road at the entrance to Samarkand
Cafe Nohat Chickpeas - where the main dish is chickpeas with meat. It is very authentic and delicious.
We ate here several times, I really liked it, I think it's even worth going here to eat separately. In addition to the classic, rye tortilla is served immediately
Catering upon arrival in Samarkand. There are no questions about the peas themselves, but about the meat... I didn't understand what kind of meat it was... But it doesn't taste like beef, and it certainly doesn't taste like mutton... the prices are like in a boutique in Monaco. Maybe I visited out of season and the secret chef was on vacation.
In general, they ate too much ...
Soup with mixed water, there is one kebab in the window, but they serve something else altogether, and everything is according to the principle of if you want to eat, if you don't want to, don't eat. It used to be really delicious.
There is only the national dish nohat, it is a dish of chickpeas and meat. Chickpeas are the most tender, as is meat. It is served with fresh vegetable salad and pickled onions (divine) and black and puff pastry.
Large veranda, 2 rooms inside, one with air conditioning. It is ideal for a hearty breakfast. I recommend
The food is mmmm just great! I advise everyone who loves delicious food. The setup is also super! The place is beautiful. And most importantly, there is a large parking lot for cars.
Very tasty cuisine, nougat just melts in your mouth, excellent service, polite staff, cozy atmosphere, clean. Convenient location. For travelers, it is a great place to relax and have a delicious lunch. Thanks!
The portions are really large, you can order 1 serving for 3 people, if you are not too hungry, of course. And if you want to eat enough, 1 serving for 2 will be enough. The waiters are polite
The perfect place to check in for lunch on the way. Parking is available, there is a gas station nearby. Everything is fine. But if you ate nohat 3 years ago, then do not expect the same taste. The portions are large, but the taste is not the same
Amateur food. Boiled chickpeas with dried meat, seasoned with onion. The target audience comes to the institution, mainly the local public. There is a cafe nearby with a wide variety of dishes.
The famous Nokhat in Uzbekistan. Delicious, cozy, good service, convenient location if anyone is passing by the city. I recommend it to all guests and residents of our country.
For many years we've been driving here, we've been eating at this place, but we're 5 stars here

Excellent delicious pea soup, I advise everyone to try the pickled onion anzor, you will have to wait a little because it takes twenty minutes to cook, but it's worth it
Delicious, inexpensive. Lunch for 2 adults came out within $10. But we got to lunch, it was a full house. The waiter was waited for about 20 minutes. But the order was delivered within 5 minutes. Also one of the disadvantages is that there is no private toilet, I had to go to the next gas station, it is literally through the wall. Overall, it's good. This is not a restaurant, so everything described above is not critical.
This is a legendary place at the entrance to Samarkand. I'm coming here only because of the amazing delicious Nohat. Everything is very simple, even a little aesthetically pleasing, but it doesn't matter. The main thing is Nohat!
Good food momlasi come from all over Uzbekistan and go tanavul I recommend especially to those who walk on the road hardoim shuyerda istemis us hardoim
The food is delicious, but vodka, wine and fulfilling the whims of tourists are very common to the detriment of the Uzbek mentality. In general, those who do not believe will not understand, this is a review for monotheists.
A legendary haslama, the marrow meat on chickpeas is delicious. When you think about your way in Samarkand, make sure that not everyone knows this place
If you want peas with large pieces of meat, then here you go. I advise you to take 0.5 servings. The kebabs are not bad either, the service is a little lame due to the fact that the waiters are still children
