We have decided on the material and accessories. The designer had a large list of samples with him, which was very pleasing, there is plenty to choose from with a price category suitable for the customer. Mark made and presented us with a sketch of the future closet. The production time is 17 working days. A day before the deadline, a specialist contacted us to coordinate the delivery date of the cabinet. I was pleased that the designer made measurements so accurately that nothing had to be adjusted on site during the assembly of the cabinet. Well, special thanks to the collector, he worked quickly, neatly without comments. We have been using the cabinet for almost two months and are very satisfied with the quality, thank you very much. Special thanks to her for making all the changes I made after placing the order. Before installation, we called back in advance, clarified the day of arrival and whether we have the opportunity to install the necessary structure on that day. A young man arrived who literally did everything very efficiently in 1.5 hours. All three employees of the company turned out to be very competent people. The girl Katya drew everything well. I made a little mistake in the size, but it's not her fault the walls are terribly uneven..everything was clearly put together. In August, we applied to order a wardrobe, a table, bedside tables in the bedroom, Alexander, a pleasant young man, came to the measurement, told everything competently, signed a contract, out of the production dates prescribed in the contract (25 working days), delayed for 30 working days, no one called about delays and warned, as prescribed in the contract in the contract, we came to install furniture, when it came to bedside tables, they were not ready for assembly at all (that is, there were no holes for assembly), they came to be cut, the question of how long to wait for ready-made cabinets, and who to contact, was answered, we do not know, they will call you, three days have passed the day after the installation of the cabinet, there is no one, after assembling the cabinet and the table, I came to take care, all the furniture is broken, the top layer is chipped on the countertop, there are scratches on the cabinet handles (I showed these scratches to the collector, went for a black marker, and covered up the scratches), the rail on which the door rides is screwed on self-tapping screws, it does not look aesthetically pleasing (while in other companies, they have not used self-tapping screws for a long time, but glue them on adhesive tape), after contacting the furniture quality complaint department, we said we would call you back, they have been calling you back for the second day, they do not value their reputation at all, you call to find out at least some information, They send one to the other, but it's not for us

I ordered a wardrobe.. The departure of the measurer was agreed upon very quickly. Alexander, a very qualified specialist, arrived. After listening to all our wishes on the complexion and materials and additional functions, I drew a draft of our future cabinet within 20 minutes. Alexander gave very good advice on installation, materials, fittings and in general could answer any question posed. Because we ordered on New Year's Eve, we were warned that we would have to wait a month, there was also no color of our cabinet, we understood everything and agreed. Here is the only negative we have been waiting for more than 1.5 months. During this time, I kept in touch with Alexander, he assured us that everything would be fine, that our color had not been there yet. The installation took 6 hours, the master clarified the additional information as he worked. Moments. It's been a month, everything is great, my family is delighted!!!

As a result, the shelf was closed by 15 cm, while they proved to us that this was normal... after much evidence that this is NOT NORMAL!!!, they tried to fix it (swapped the shelf and pipe!!!,) as a result, the defect was and remained. The company's management did not consider it necessary to apologize. Since the furniture was purchased on credit, information about the loan was also incorrectly provided, the manager assured that the first year was interest-free, and as a result.....in one word, HORROR!!!!!!!!!

It is already 2024, it is impossible to enter the bedroom if the window is not open for ventilation, the smell of chemicals is terrible!!!
