Good location, nice clean house, sauna. There is a playground, a gazebo, a swing and all this on the shore of a beautiful lake. You can come with a large company or family, there are many beds. Good hosts. There is everything you need to stay. Well-maintained territory. Of the disadvantages, it is possible to replace mattresses on two beds, but not critically!

Great place! We had a good rest, we would have added a photo of the bathhouse.
There are a lot of places, gazebos open and closed, ducks and swans sailed, there is a playground, there is water nearby, of course you need an eye for the children, you will not let them go quietly

To say that the rest was a success is not to say anything) we rested body and soul! This is a cozy, warm and very sincere house, built with love. There is everything for a great holiday. A good sauna, silence, tranquility and picturesque nature! Its access to the water, which conquered at first sight. The hosts are very friendly, hospitable people, for this a separate bow. This is a place that you really don't want to leave!!!

A very nice manor. In the yard there are 2 gazebos, two barbecues, a lake, a boat, a small pier, you can go to the sauna. There is a city nearby, there are enough shops. There is a playground. It is very pleasant and comfortable in the house. 1st floor for a large family or company, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a very beautiful view of the lake))) Peter is a very hospitable and pleasant owner of the estate. I recommend it to everyone)))

We had a rest at the end of August . 12 people (3 families) were comfortably accommodated. A spacious clean courtyard with a large parking lot, a sauna with a veranda and a barbecue, a gazebo with a separate barbecue, the house is clean and equipped with everything necessary. And all this is located on the shore of Lake Novyaty, where we fished and every day there was fresh fish on the table))), in short, there is everything for a comfortable stay... The hosts are friendly. Special thanks to them for the reception.

A great place to relax! You can have a great time with family, friends, and even with colleagues (as we did). The estate has absolutely everything you need. A very beautiful, well-maintained place. We rested both body and soul! Bathhouse 10 out of 10👏 We will definitely come back again!

We have been vacationing in this place for several years. We are always satisfied. A cozy house with all amenities. Wonderful, kind hosts. Sauna on the lake shore… This winter we rented for a month, rested, my husband caught fish. Happy and rested, we returned home.

A great place. Very friendly hosts. There is everything you need. There is a gazebo, a barbecue, a sauna, a swing, and even a boat with private access to the lake. A very harmonious place. I definitely recommend it.

They rented a part of the house, the attic, by the "mom's" company. The house has access to the lake, awesome view, there is another lake across the street. The attic is designed for 5-6 people, well renovated, 2 separate rooms, kitchen,shower, toilet. Everything for living. There is a gazebo on the territory, everything for barbecue. You can order a sauna. We will be happy to come back here again. Good luck to the owners!
