I recently visited a hair coloring salon and was very pleased with the result! My hairdresser Elena was a real professional. First, we discussed which color suits me, and she offered several options, considering my skin type and style.
The coloring process was comfortable: the master worked carefully, and I felt in safe hands. She explained each stage and shared tips on how to care for colored hair.
The result exceeded all expectations! The color turned out to be rich and even, the hair looks healthy and shiny. I have received many compliments from friends and acquaintances. I will definitely return to this master for the next coloring!

I was in this salon for a manicure procedure with master Elnara. I really liked it, the procedure was performed efficiently and quickly, the nails hold perfectly + the master corrected the shape of the nails well and did everything very carefully. A separate plus for competent communication)
Also, the atmosphere in the cabin is as pleasant as possible, you feel calm ☺️

Good afternoon! Recently (December 12) we visited the New style beauty studio, where my 10-year-old son got a haircut, and we were absolutely delighted! The service was top-notch: we were greeted with friendliness, and the specialist (Tatiana Zubritskaya) quickly endeared my son to her. Good afternoon. Master Yuliyana is a pleasant girl to talk to. But, as I understand it, she has been working recently and has not gained experience yet:
1) I needed to lighten the strands by 1-1.5 tones, and at first we agreed that we lighten only from above; as a result, the master actually turned the strands white for me and did it all over my head - "because I decided to do so" - this is the master's answer to my question why the strands are all over my head.
2) regarding the fact that the hair is overexposed, over-dried and excessively bleached: the master applied the composition from 9:20 to 13:30 (4 hours! ) - it's very long and unprofessional, even if I had a shock of hair, but here... I came to the salon for professional coloring, otherwise I could have done everything myself, but the master is far from professional.
3) during the work, the master was distracted five times by personal conversations on the mobile. by phone (it is not surprising that the lightening was delayed and the hair was over-dried with the composition).
I paid 160 rubles for all this.
Separately, I would like to note the work of the administrator - she is polite and attentive to customers.

Not a competent eyebrow specialist with blond hair, I asked to make not dark for my light hair color and not thick, as a result, I received black bald caterpillars, one tail is black, the other is not painted, broken off not plucked eyebrows that are felt if you swipe your finger, after the procedure I said that it was too dark in response I was told that it was for your hair color. There is no customer orientation. If it were possible to put -5 stars, I would do so

Terribly unprofessional complex coloring. We did airtouch on natural previously unpainted and unspoiled hair, the request was the lightest blonde possible, as in the photo (photo attached), but not darker and EXCEPTIONALLY COLD, as a result, after 9 hours I was not waiting for a blonde, but a light dawn, and with horizontal stripes, spots, hair color is warm and nothing to do with blond. Besides the fact that the result of coloring turned out to be completely inconsistent with expectations and samples, I was not given a mirror, my hair was not shown from behind and from the side. The photo shows exactly why. The tinting was, but ineffective, not in the right color, not intense enough and washed out literally in a matter of days.
The hair is ruined (the base is now all spotted), time is wasted. Many masters are now afraid to take up the correction of this misunderstanding and refuse. That's how natural hair in good condition can be killed, and even without leading to the desired visual.
In the photo, the hair is in the FIRST WEEK after coloring (and not months later, as it may seem).
