We were in April, we are just thrilled! Great location on the mountainside, amazing, beautiful territory of the hotel, surrounded by greenery! The service, the food, for 5+ is very decent! Cascading multi-level pools, the purest salt water. This hotel has its own sweet paradise, with a secluded atmosphere of silence and relaxation, and at the same time, everything is within walking distance! We will definitely come back!!!

We stayed there in 2021, 2023 and 2024 and are very very satisfied. The hotel is located on a hill at the beginning of Patong (a shuttle runs through the territory, which helps those who cannot overcome the mountain to overcome it. But she didn't bother me at all!).
The food is excellent, we took breakfast, because we wanted to enjoy the local cafes to the maximum. Everything was fine at breakfast, delicious, everything was for every taste and the coffee was delicious.
Rooms. I won't specify our room number and category, then we won't get there, but we are so excited. Everything is as you wanted! It's not the first time we've stayed there, we asked the tour operator to check into the same room, and everything turned out perfectly!
I bet the hotel, the service 5! Lovely, friendly staff!
We are thinking of coming here next year. In 2024, we stayed in the same room-gorgeous! There were times when I had to contact the hotel staff, but they reacted immediately.

I like hotels belonging to the Accor family, and regardless of their celebrity status, you can always count on high standards of service and a very decent level of food. The Novotel Phuket Resort was no exception - we had the most pleasant impressions from our five days of rest here. And even though the hotel is not the newest, I must note the good care of all the rooms and furniture, everything is in decent condition, the rooms are spacious, the mattresses are comfortable, the air conditioning in the room is almost silent, all linen and towels are fresh, without signs of wear.
Let me share a couple of observations that may help future guests of the hotel prepare for some of its features.
The hotel is located in a relatively peaceful part of Patong, on a hillside. But in the fourth building, sometimes at night you can hear funny companies and the sounds of bikes driving towards Kamala. They didn't bother me - I sleep soundly, however, if this is a serious obstacle to a night's rest for someone, it's better to ask to stay away from the highway or have earplugs with you).
You also need to understand in advance that uneven terrain forces you to walk up and down stairs or sloping paths quite a lot. We treated this fact as a fitness load. The hotel staff will help you with your luggage, don't worry. To descend from the reception (located in the upper part of the territory) to the barrier before entering the city roadway, you can always use the services of a hotel tuk-taka. As well as for lifting from the bottom from the barrier to the reception.
It is also convenient to use the free shuttle service to Jangceylon and back. It runs according to a schedule that can be found in the room and at the reception, seats are requested to be booked no later than an hour in advance.
