Great place for family vacation.

Of course, everything is known in comparison, but we liked the hotel very much. The restaurant is excellent, there is a very good choice for every taste for breakfast, there is a children's club, a tennis court, the beach is also very decent, there is a representative of the Navigator company in the lobby of the hotel, from whom we took excursions almost twice cheaper than from a tour operator, which can not but please, excursions are on the level, we took a cable car and 3 islands and safari + a beach with stars, the beauty is incredible everywhere, in general, we really liked the hotel and the island!!!

This is a real paradise on earth. It's extremely beautiful, green, and the breakfasts are great. There are many cafes and small shops nearby. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help. Room cleaning every day. The beach is clean, excellent access to the sea. In general, I recommend it to everyone, 100 percent happiness.

The hotel is just wonderful. The staff is helpful. There is a huge selection of dishes for breakfast in the restaurant. Almost everyone has fruits. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and clean. There were always enough sun beds at the pools and on the beach. Our stay there was great!!@

We are resting at the hotel now. It's not bad, but it doesn't reach the top five. Cleaning the second day only after the call, as well as the water in the room, towels may not be reported- towels were left on the floor to be replaced, they were taken away and that's it - for two in a 5* hotel there are three towels, one of which is for feet.
Tea was not reported to the room at all, no and no; there are no cotton pads (even on request), there is little light in the room, especially in the bathroom - like in the basement. They seem to have improved with the cleaning later, but they will come in the morning, then at 6 pm.
The territory, of course, is very beautiful and well maintained. The breakfasts are good, but not great, as they say here. There is not a particularly large selection of fruits, and they are not always replenished. The cheeses are the most common-gouda, edam. There was a Door Blue a couple of times.
But it's still not bad, more than enough. But in 10 days I don't want to see anything anymore)
The deposit for the order number is 10 million dong (approximately $ 400).
The rooms in the left wing overlook the construction site.
A few steps away is a street with cafes, a night market, and shops.
There is a free bus stop nearby for the northern part (to Grandworld).

I do not understand who writes positive reviews to the hotel, probably those who have not been to other beaches and have not looked at other hotels.
We also fell for the reviews and decided to split our vacation by staying in two hotels: 1-Premier Residence (Khem Beach); 2-Novotel (Long Beach).
After spending a week at the Premiere, I can say with certainty that this is the best hotel and the best beach on the island (except for the lack of beautiful sunsets, since the beach is located on the eastern part of the island).
White, clean sand, beautiful lagoon, lots of palm trees and greenery, comfortable sun beds, Wi-Fi even on the beach, near the beautiful Mariot hotel, many photo zones, clear blue water. The staff cleans the beach all day long and looks after the order.
The territory of the Premiere is stunning, well-groomed, clean, lots of pools, children's slides, always clean, not noisy at night, standard rooms are luxurious (almost 40 sq.m), the renovation is new and modern.
The breakfasts are very extensive and varied, with a very large selection of everything.
Long Beach and the Novotel Hotel cannot boast of this.
The beach is dirty, garbage is everywhere, no one cleans up, the sun beds are uncomfortable, there are few palm trees and greenery, there is no lagoon, the beach is long and ugly, there is nothing to catch the eye. The sand is yellow and covered with pebbles/grass/debris. Wi-Fi in the hotel is not working well, there is no Wi-Fi at all on the beach. Although the hotel is within walking distance.
The repair department is outdated, everything is loose, not modern, the rooms are much smaller, the hotel itself is smaller, after 23:00 it is noisy in the cafe, music is playing, you have to call the reception and complain.
The breakfasts are meager, there is no variety.
The only thing is sunsets and, perhaps, everything. Nearby there is a street with cafes, shops and so on. Many people, leaving reviews, consider this an advantage. As for me, this is rather a disadvantage. In the evenings, it's crowded there, the locals invite everyone to themselves, almost knock them down, it's very similar to Thailand.
In general, we are disappointed that we will spend the second part of our vacation on this beach and in this hotel.
People, don't get fooled by the first reviews you get. Many people just didn't go anywhere further than their hotel and the beach and haven't been anywhere, it feels like that.

Wow, this place is space. We often played tennis in the morning (the balls are not very good, but you can also indulge), jogging, cycling along the embankment, the food at the hotel is great. The ocean is so-so, dirty, biting either plankton, or shrimp, baby fish. I recommend a trip to the island of Focoke itself - it's worth it 👌🏼 (Spanish quarter, Italian, zoos, cafes with giraffes, horse riding, light shows with fireworks)

The hotel is new. A large area. Wonderful breakfast: 7 kinds of fruits, a new one every morning. There is a huge selection of food. 2 swimming pools, own beach. There are plenty of sun loungers, it's good with children. I advise everyone.

Nice hotel, lived in a bungalow. There are minor flaws (lack of black tea, tomatoes and cucumbers at breakfast, poor coffee machines). The sea is greenish. White clothes are not washable. A lot of plankton. By the evening, some days the latter bites (like nettles)). I had a rest in February. And ponds with carp contribute to the evening midges that bite. Stock up on spray. Everything else is OK!

Overall, a good hotel for Vietnam. But definitely not 5 stars.
Minuses:
- The staff speaks English poorly.
- There were questions about room cleaning.
- Slow Wi-Fi.
- The sun loungers are constantly occupied by towels of people who are not near the beach/pool.
- Poor sound insulation in the rooms.
Positive:
- Delicious breakfasts. A large selection of European and local dishes.
- There is a good spa center on site. Various promotions and happy hour are constantly held.
- There is a free rental of kayaks and surfboards on the beach.
- Well-groomed green area with fountains and ponds with carp.
The hotel has a good location, there is a small night market, various cafes and spas nearby. Not far from the airport, plus it is convenient to travel to the northern/ southern part of the island.

The hotel is decent, there is an excellent mini bar, kettle and everything for tea drinking, water is replenished, gels, shampoos, slippers, bathrobes in short, everything is there and even more, but there are several nuances: weak noise insulation in the rooms and there is no animation, although everything is there for this. There is only one Russian speaker at the reception, this is not a problem, the hotel has excellent Wi-Fi and you can explain yourself through a translator on the phone. The kitchen is worthy of 5 stars, the food is good and varied, although if you order alcohol in a restaurant, it turns out to be more expensive than bringing it from the store about six times. Therefore, almost everyone with their own does not forbid it. The beach is great, the sea is cool, the sun beds are always free. Beach tents are also in abundance, everything is free. If it works out, I will be happy to go again and grab my friends, I have no doubt they will like it.

I liked the hotel very much, the territory is green, well-maintained, with swimming pools. The area is new, there are many uninhabited houses. We were lucky with the weather. We checked in on the 2nd floor, the room faced the sea. Buggies rode around the territory (free of charge) which will take you where you need- a hotel, a restaurant or a beach, very convenient. The staff is friendly, they speak English, only the administrator Han understands Russian, she helped us with some questions.
The room was cleaned every day, the bed was of incredible size, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the blanket was of impressive size. Visitors are provided with a bathrobe, slates, towels are changed daily, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body milk. Also disposable - toothbrushes with paste, razor with shaving gel, comb, cotton pads, cotton swabs, nail file and soap, everything is super! There is a hairdryer. The room has air conditioning. Bags of instant coffee, dry cream, and sugar were brought every day. On the first day, we were treated to fresh fruits. According to the food, the hotel has a wide variety, we did not have time to try everything in 10 days. There is one street not far from the hotel, there are decent cafes that work after six in the evening, you can have a cheap dinner. Only Saigon beer and whiskey drank local alcohol. The ice cream is very tasty. Taxis are expensive, but you can bargain. We went to the cable car, it turned out to be cheaper by taxi than taking a tour from a guide. At the market, it is not expensive, you can buy fruits. You can play lawn and lawn tennis at the property, and bike rental is available. There are no animators. In general, we were very satisfied with the hotel, a small lack of WI-fi is intermittent.

A great hotel -I recommend it, as soon as the borders open, you need to fly.It is located in a quiet place , the sea is quiet (I know about the end of November- beginning of December, the water is warm, there are no waves.You can take a cable car on your own, visit Pineapple Island.Everything is close enough.The hotel is not located in the city, there is a walking area.

Probably the best hotel on the west coast of Phu Quoc Island, from the airport to the cable car. I am pleasantly surprised that Yandex asked about this. We rested next door in a smaller hotel, the Novotel has its own beach, it is on the first line, there are ATMs only at this hotel. Everything is cool there. BUT..... it's more expensive.
