We stayed at this hotel from March 22 to March 29, 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the metro, three minutes, a Mall (one metro stop), we walked, cafes, shops in the next building, there we bought fruits, juices. We had breakfast and dinner, sometimes changed for lunch, you definitely won't stay hungry, the choice of dishes is good, the decoration is super, it happened that we had lunch together.
There is a transfer to the beach, for two different ones. We went to both, which we didn't like in Dubai Marina because of the large number of people.
On the 7th floor there is a swimming pool, gym, sauna. The rooms are a little tired, but they cleaned perfectly, changed towels and bed linen every day, washed the bathroom floor, couldn't turn on the TV, immediately solved this problem, water was also leaking in the bathroom, everything was fixed in 5 minutes, thanks for solving the problems, everything is prompt. We communicated with the staff through a translator, an application, everyone is friendly, smiling. Thank you for the rest, everything is fine, if we return to Dubai, we will definitely come to you.

I really liked the hotel and the service! Yes, the rooms are not perfectly new, the furniture is a little shabby. But these are small things. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception Anastasia, everything will help, prompt, explain, it's very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, towels, water and tea and coffee also every day. There are two pools and a bar, the water is good. The breakfasts are monotonous, of course, but we alternated between dishes and always ate enough, everything looks quite tasty and appetizing. It is also very convenient that there is a metro station in 3-4 minutes. And there are restaurants and shops nearby, all within walking distance. In general, I recommend the hotel! We liked it.

How I want to go back, I've been to Dubai 6 times, a wonderful city, but the Novotel is a special place, beautiful, the food is wonderful, the metro is nearby, which means all the sights and malls are available, the staff is responsive, I came up with an excuse to chat and leave in a good mood, there is a bus to the beach, I will definitely return to where I felt good

The nearest metro station did not work all 4 days of our stay, we had to walk to the Emirates Mall for 20 minutes - it was hot)
In general, the hotel is normal, just average, everything worked, everything is old, cleaning is daily, there is a transfer to the sea.
We didn't take breakfast, we won't be able to evaluate it. The pool is really sunny in early May from 15:00 to 17:30.

Everything is fine. The room is definitely a suite. Anyway, we got a great one :) The metro and the pier are nearby. The staff is friendly. Buses from the hotel take you to the beach (it seemed to us the best in Dubai). The food is super. I'll bet you five!

Wonderful hotel near Mashrek metro station. Very cozy and conducive to a pleasant stay. I was here on a business trip - the quality of the breakfasts is excellent, the staff knows their business. And the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, and the window offers a view of the Burj Al Arab hotel, or simply "Sail".

The best and most beautiful city in the world, and this hotel is one of the best hotels that have 4 stars. It's sooo beautiful there. The food there is excellent, just delicious. The service is at the highest level. The rooms are very conveniently located, the Windows overlook the city and the bay. The staff is very nice and helpful. Very clean and good, there is everything you need. GBR Beach is the coolest beach, it's very beautiful there. The transfer is free to the beach and to all Retail outlets. There are two indoor and outdoor pools in the hotel. There is a mini bar near the outdoor one.

Nice clean hotel. Excellent service. Delicious breakfasts, a large selection of dishes. We only took breakfast so as not to be tied to the place.
We had breakfast late, around 10 local time, around 11 Moscow time. It was like lunch for us)
Coffee from vending machines, there are even soups (lentil), stewed potatoes, etc. I like it.
It's really cool in the room, although the air conditioning was turned off immediately. Warmed up in the sauna)

There is a Tasty cafe nearby. I fell in love with salad with avocado and tuna with sweet and sour sauce).
The beaches are clean, the water is too. Transfer toltko once waited for 30-40 minutes. And so it's always on time. In general, we sunbathed, bought up. I liked the beach better at the Marina, where the shuttle goes three times a day. There are a lot of people, but the infrastructure is all nearby. And the toilet is free and good, there are changing rooms. The shower is paid, deck chairs and umbrellas are available. I don't sunbathe for a long time, so I swam, and then I walked along the beautiful Embankment. It is fashionable to sunbathe on the sand. In general, I was satisfied with everything.

Our big campaign lived in 3 different rooms. A large family room of 3 rooms, 5 toilets, a kitchen, a huge living room, a room for suitcases - this room is cool. But the standard room is so-so. It's small, the windows don't open, there are no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the rooms! But the service is fast and clear! The safe broke down, it was changed very quickly (since it could not be repaired). The breakfast is good, decent. The spa area on the 7th floor is good. You have to get to the beach by taxi (25 dirhams), but towels can be taken at the hotel in the Spa. Bottom line: I recommend 👍

A three-star hotel. No more.
They took only breakfast, there was no variety for a single day during the week. The breakfasts are very simple and cheap. The hotel has as many as two pools, but both are on the shady side and there is nothing to do there! The balconies are tightly closed. There is no place to dry things from the beach. Room cleaning is not at the highest level. They clean every day, but not very efficiently. They haven't vacuumed once in a week.
There is no Russian-speaking staff. There are no Russian-language channels on TV.

The coolest dinners (and different every day... Indian Knight, Filipino and Italian). The metro is nearby - it's a fact.
The breakfasts are so-so weak. The pools are average 2 pcs in the shade, a sauna for 2-3 people and a dead one. It can be seen that the entire hotel has been without repair for many, many years. A favorite hotel for Hindus and Pakistanis.

A very mediocre hotel. In the room where we live- 1319, something is faulty all the time
The room itself is very shabby, the carpet requires major dry cleaning, the furniture is replaced. For 4 days of stay, the key was demagnetized 3 times.
The TV was losing sound all the time. There is no Russian channel, by the way.
The safe was broken, there was no shower gel. No dressing gowns, no slippers (it's good that I brought my own). The dishes are of various sizes, there is only one teaspoon...they also wrote about dirty windows in previous reviews. The transfer to the beach is always late - by 10 am you will be brought, and at 13 o'clock they are already taking you away....and everything is somehow like this ...
all these "little things" are accumulating and I will definitely not recommend this hotel.
Pros- settled quickly. There are breakfasts...

We had breakfasts and dinners: the choice is great! For dinner there was meat (beef, lamb, chicken) and fish (not every day).
The room was cleaned and linen was changed every day. The only drawback is that the room does not have a balcony and somehow it is wet, clothes cannot be dried. But there is an iron and ironing board in the room, if something is to dry)) The staff is very friendly, but without knowledge of English here, as well as in Dubai itself, it is very difficult 😁
The metro is opposite, Near cafes, pharmacy, shops, supermarket and Emirate mall.

I had a rest in this hotel from 07.09.2022 to 21.09.2022. I really liked the hotel! The staff is very friendly, they help with everything, they gave us a room on the 10th floor with a window to the construction site, the next day we changed the room to the 20th floor with a panoramic window and a view of the bay and the Buj Al Arab hotel. There were no Russian speakers from the staff, they communicated through an online translator. The food is delicious and of high quality, the Internet router in each room is quite fast and free, but sometimes "slowed down". Towels were changed every day, bed linen every 3 days. Comfortable mattresses and very soft bed linen. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, glasses, safe, armchair, table. Ironing board and iron are available on request. Also, at my request, they gave me a smaller pillow. The transfer to the beach is free, in the morning at 9.05 they took you to Kite Beach and took you back at 13 o'clock. At lunch and in the evening we drove to the Marina beach. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, free hamam and sauna, massage is very expensive, they did not take it. Near the hotel there is a supermarket West zone, outlet Brands for Less. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday!

On the plus side: a good breakfast!
There are a lot of disadvantages: the quality of service at the reception, extremely dirty rooms (ugly stained carpet, traces of glasses on the table, fingerprints on the handles of cabinets, on the toilet drain button, crumbs on the chair, mold in the shower, yes, black seams in the shower are mold that is not cleaned!!!). A good accommodation option if you are in Dubai for business matters. Proximity to the metro, 15-20 minutes to the Marina and Burj Khalifa. Considering the evening traffic jams, this is the way out. Comfortable rooms, near the Mall of the Emirates. But if you are on vacation, look for other hotels closer to the sea and attractions.
