We rest in October, there are few people, no queues and problems with sun loungers. It is advisable to know English, although there are translators in phones now. We ordered a sightseeing tour with Roman's guide, we recommend it: fervently and informative. There are shops nearby. In the shopping center, it is better to order a taxi for Uber. You can walk to the Avenue shopping center, it is not very interesting, but the embankment behind it is amazing! Well, it's not about the hotel anymore, just impressions. The hotel has one disadvantage - the beach and the bottom are not cleaned🤷♀️

We are resting at the hotel now it is October 24, the sea is wonderful , the beach is good, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. The furniture in the hotel is tired, the cleaning is done according to the order at the reception, everything is not so bad for a solid four. Meals are buffet breakfasts and dinners, and lunch is a customized menu. This is a choice for a dish and not always tasty, always French fries, dry chicken, pickled beetroot or something like that. After such dinners, you should immediately drink mezim , there is no choice at lunch , no vegetables , no tea, no coffee at all , and apparently they do not know about the first course for lunch here. We pay a lot of money, and unfortunately the food is not balanced. In general, the rest is good, if there were no problems with nutrition.

They collected it themselves and put it out the door. As for nutrition, it is mainly spicy food. Fans liked it very much. The breakfasts are good. The cook makes a delicious omelet in front of you. You can order what to put there (cheese, red pepper, cheese, etc.). There are delicious pancakes, sausages. In general, everything is standard. There are fruits: watermelons, melons, pineapples. The arrival of tourists from Saudi Arabia and Qatar begins on Thursday, so it can be noisy. They like to make noise, slam doors, throw a noisy party on the beach. Excellent location (proximity to the theater, the airport, the national museum and a small port with pleasure boats and cafes), its own cozy beach with a beautiful view, a clean pool with a bar and a separate section for children. The staff is polite, friendly and unobtrusive. The atmosphere of the hotel is very friendly, despite the fact that representatives of completely different cultures rest nearby. The first time I was in Bahrain, we chose from two hotels, eventually we chose the Novotel. Attracted by its construction, in Oriental style, several floors. The territory is small, but green, well-groomed, clean. Two pools: adult and children's. Its beach is sandy, they were getting old to clean up, entering the sea with small pebbles, the beach with its own lagoon, which was very pleasant immediately when the hotel was knocked out. The food in the restaurant was buffet style, for 9 days, everything was delicious, fresh, fruits: apples, bananas, oranges, watermelons, melon, delicious juices. In general, we were not hungry. But between breakfast, lunch and dinner, no snacks and drinks are provided. It didn't upset us, we were already full. The rooms were cleaned on request mostly every day, water was left in cans, and the hotel was environmentally friendly. A separate advantage of the hotel is its location. There is a national museum, a mosque near the hotel, and you can also ride catheters and speedboat. The country is calm and safe, you can safely go outside the hotel and explore the city. As a result, the impressions are the best, I really liked the country, the climate, the Persian Gulf. I'll be back again.

It feels like these reviews are ordered by tour operators, or people really haven't been to decent normal hotels.

+ swimming pool. A large swimming pool area for children (depth 0.95 m). There is also a fenced paddling pool. There is also a Jacuzzi area for adults nearby. There are restaurant tables around the children's pool area, where you sit regardless of the food. It is very comfortable to sit in the shade and watch the children play. The pool is constantly monitored by a lifeguard.
The adult pool is also large and nice. Water is a pleasure.
+ even the standard rooms are cool and large. Almost all rooms have a comfortable view. You don't have to worry.
Many complained about the cleaning, but they simply did not read the information that room cleaning is done on request. Make a request and leave 1 dinar for tea on the pillow on the bed and cleaning will be done daily.
Nicer and quieter rooms with views of the National Museum of Bahrain in the 1st building of the hotel. 👌
+ decent food. But it is quite monotonous, I would say that it is also a complete 4* match. European breakfasts: eggs of all kinds, porridge, sausages, cheese, vegetables, sausages, stewed vegetables, cereals, including with vegetable milk, fruits, sweets.
Lunch and dinner are unequal. On weekends and public or Muslim holidays, lunch will be luxurious, much more varied than on normal days.
During Ramadan, an absolutely extraordinary and luxurious dinner. Perhaps the best among all that we have tried. After Ramadan, the food was more modest. As they said in the hotel itself, the price of such a dinner has decreased by a third.
However, I recommend taking dinner. Other restaurants in the hotel itself are not cheap, and you still need to get to any other restaurant in the city by transport.

On the one hand, you are not in a polluted metropolis, but on the other hand, it takes only 10-15 minutes by car to get to any point. By taxi, about 2-3 dinars ($ 5-8). The taxi arrives almost instantly.
You can also walk to the sweets market in the old town and to a small square with restaurants and a boat ride along the bay. We went to this square almost every evening to eat extremely delicious local ice cream.
Of course, the hotel also has disadvantages.
- after all, the hotel is not new, so the rooms are not very modern. There are not enough sockets and lighting. The room design is not modern. But everything is kept at a decent level.

Local women with children are sitting on the beach in the morning (having breakfast). On Friday, a beach party with alcohol was organized for everyone from the outside, all the sun beds were removed and it was not possible to relax and swim in the sea for one day. I would not visit this hotel and this country a second time!

Near the national Museum (worth a visit), I was very pleased. It is definitely recommended! We stayed in April 2023, in the Holy month of Ramadan. The hotel was not densely populated. The rooms have beauty, comfortable beds, cool hygiene products. Those who drink a lot of water, be prepared to buy extra at the hotel, because they give out 1 jar of 0.33 per person and that's it. The food is great, a variety of snacks, fruits, fish, meat, desserts and drinks. The territory of the hotel is large and well maintained. The adult pool is deep and clean. The beach is not big, there are brand new umbrellas, but there are also broken ones from the wind. The deck chairs are cool, brand new and comfortable. We were very satisfied with both the hotel and the rest. Responsive staff, but not all (((. But we were lucky, our mini problems were solved instantly and without "rewards"! If you thank the service room in the form of 1-2 dinars, this will also have a positive effect on your vacation, it is checked!

The four is only because we got into Ramadan. There is nothing to buy from food in the city until 18:00, everything is closed. You need to know English a little bit, or download Arabic into the translator in advance, taxi drivers are simple guys, they love Russians and really like to talk. The beach is private, fenced. Excellent location from the airport and the city center and the central Muharak market (all within close proximity). Check-in is very fast, the rooms are cozy, clean, pleasantly oriental style. The heated pool, without and plus a children's pool are open until 22.00!!!! Friendly staff. The reception staff is very competent and well-mannered. The hotel is located a 30-minute walk from Manama (40 degrees each. you won't get there anyway), or 5 minutes away by car (download the Uber international app, it will be cheaper).
The hotel has its own private beach, which is always poorly filled due to the fact that Arabs prefer to cool off in the pools and drink alcohol there.
WiFi catches absolutely everywhere, it doesn't even make sense to list the grid zones.
The rooms are well insulated except for the doors. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works as it should and will not blow through. All windows overlook either the sea or the interior of the hotel with pools. The pools are quite small.
The food is extra tasty, the level is higher than in some 5 stars in terms of buffet selection, tastes and quality, the only thing for which I took off one star in the review: this is for the fact that with low occupancy in the evening, dinners are set and it does not compare with the chic for breakfasts and lunches.
Most of the guests are Saudis, if you leave your lady alone, they will offer you know what. This is especially true of the bar in the adult pool.
Free private parking is available.
There is a small rocking chair, a children's room.

The sea, of course, is a puddle and dirty, the staff clean it all the time, but the garbage still floats up. The pool is open until 10 pm, which is very convenient. In general, the impression of the hotel is not bad, but the country is not ready to accept tourists yet, there are no pedestrian sidewalks, it is unrealistic to leave the hotel on foot, cars are rushing, there are no traffic lights for pedestrians. There is absolutely no trade in the hotel, to buy something necessary, you need to go to the city by taxi, the prices are very high, drive for 10 minutes, our money comes out about 1000 rubles. In shopping malls, all boutiques are exactly like in Moscow, only everything is much more expensive. There is nowhere to go on the tour , there is nothing to see . There is no entertainment in the hotel, except for the hookah, and then, at 22.00, it is taken away and no persuasion works.
