A wonderful compact hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The location is very convenient. Cleaning needs to be ordered, it's not difficult. We rest in October, there are few people, no queues and problems with sun loungers. It is advisable to know English, although there are translators in phones now. We ordered a sightseeing tour with Roman's guide, we recommend it: fervently and informative. There are shops nearby. In the shopping center, it is better to order a taxi for Uber. You can walk to the Avenue shopping center, it is not very interesting, but the embankment behind it is amazing! Well, it's not about the hotel anymore, just impressions. The hotel has one disadvantage - the beach and the bottom are not cleaned🤷♀️
We are resting at the hotel now it is October 24, the sea is wonderful , the beach is good, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. The furniture in the hotel is tired, the cleaning is done according to the order at the reception, everything is not so bad for a solid four. Meals are buffet breakfasts and dinners, and lunch is a customized menu. This is a choice for a dish and not always tasty, always French fries, dry chicken, pickled beetroot or something like that. After such dinners, you should immediately drink mezim , there is no choice at lunch , no vegetables , no tea, no coffee at all , and apparently they do not know about the first course for lunch here. We pay a lot of money, and unfortunately the food is not balanced. In general, the rest is good, if there were no problems with nutrition.
We had a family vacation from May 2 to May 9 at this hotel. The flight went great. Gulfair is on top. The child was given a gift, the hot food was very tasty, and on the way back they even gave wine. The territory of the hotel is very cozy. I really liked the pool and the Jacuzzi. Birds are singing on the territory of the hotel. The beach is small, but great. The entrance is comfortable, the sand is white. The convenient location of the hotel relative to the attractions and shopping center. And now about the disadvantages of this hotel. In the back room, near the sea, I did not catch the Internet. The furniture is worn out. They were rarely cleaned, sometimes even the garbage was not taken out. They collected it themselves and put it out the door. As for nutrition, it is mainly spicy food. Fans liked it very much. The breakfasts are good. The cook makes a delicious omelet in front of you. You can order what to put there (cheese, red pepper, cheese, etc.). There are delicious pancakes, sausages. In general, everything is standard. There are fruits: watermelons, melons, pineapples. The arrival of tourists from Saudi Arabia and Qatar begins on Thursday, so it can be noisy. They like to make noise, slam doors, throw a noisy party on the beach. In other respects, it did not overshadow our vacation in any way. The gentle Persian Gulf with water + 26 and the sun has done its job. We arrived in Moscow just chocolate. Will we return to Bahrain? Definitely yes.
We were on vacation for 10 days with a one-year-old baby. We really liked everything. The breakfasts are wonderful, everything you need is there. Freshly squeezed juice. Meals on the menu. Buffet dinners. There is always fruit. Everything is very tasty. The waiters Mia and Binita are the most professional and friendly. The room has everything you need. Cleaning needs to be ordered, call by phone and say cleaning. The sea is amazing. The beach is being cleaned. There are always sun beds. Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay.
A normal hotel. 4 stars on the case. The food was good (I was at breakfasts and dinners). The hotel has its own beach, which is very important for Bahrain, where there were no beaches during the day with fire. The staff is friendly and helpful.
We really liked everything about the hotel. Excellent location (proximity to the theater, the airport, the national museum and a small port with pleasure boats and cafes), its own cozy beach with a beautiful view, a clean pool with a bar and a separate section for children. The staff is polite, friendly and unobtrusive. The atmosphere of the hotel is very friendly, despite the fact that representatives of completely different cultures rest nearby. Separately, I would like to mention the excellent cuisine. The dishes are varied, delicious and fresh.
The first time I was in Bahrain, we chose from two hotels, eventually we chose the Novotel. Attracted by its construction, in Oriental style, several floors. The territory is small, but green, well-groomed, clean. Two pools: adult and children's. Its beach is sandy, they were getting old to clean up, entering the sea with small pebbles, the beach with its own lagoon, which was very pleasant immediately when the hotel was knocked out. The food in the restaurant was buffet style, for 9 days, everything was delicious, fresh, fruits: apples, bananas, oranges, watermelons, melon, delicious juices. In general, we were not hungry. But between breakfast, lunch and dinner, no snacks and drinks are provided. It didn't upset us, we were already full. The rooms were cleaned on request mostly every day, water was left in cans, and the hotel was environmentally friendly. A separate advantage of the hotel is its location. There is a national museum, a mosque near the hotel, and you can also ride catheters and speedboat. The country is calm and safe, you can safely go outside the hotel and explore the city. As a result, the impressions are the best, I really liked the country, the climate, the Persian Gulf. I'll be back again.
It feels like these reviews are ordered by tour operators, or people really haven't been to decent normal hotels.
It's even a stretch to say 3. The furniture is shabby, everything is very old, repairs have not been done for many years, probably since the foundation. The beach is small with muddy water and a clay shore. Such an old shabby hotel, with a very bad disgusting cuisine. How can you spoil food and cook something that is impossible to eat- you just have to try
Those if you are used to good quality food - You are definitely not here, you will be hungry here, because you can not eat here (soups are strange in autumn, why add corn to vermicelli soup remains a mystery to me)the second courses are all with a huge amount of seasonings and extremely tasteless
It's all the same, without variety
I highly do not recommend this particular hotel, it is better to take a more expensive one, but with a good kitchen and a more recent renovation
Good 4*. Even by European standards.
+ your own beach. Yes, this is not an open sea, but a bay, but clean sand, a gentle entrance to the water and the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the hotel. Very comfortable. 5 out of 5.
+ swimming pool. A large swimming pool area for children (depth 0.95 m). There is also a fenced paddling pool. There is also a Jacuzzi area for adults nearby. There are restaurant tables around the children's pool area, where you sit regardless of the food. It is very comfortable to sit in the shade and watch the children play. The pool is constantly monitored by a lifeguard.
The adult pool is also large and nice. Water is a pleasure.
+ even the standard rooms are cool and large. Almost all rooms have a comfortable view. You don't have to worry.
Many complained about the cleaning, but they simply did not read the information that room cleaning is done on request. Make a request and leave 1 dinar for tea on the pillow on the bed and cleaning will be done daily.
Nicer and quieter rooms with views of the National Museum of Bahrain in the 1st building of the hotel. 👌
+ decent food. But it is quite monotonous, I would say that it is also a complete 4* match. European breakfasts: eggs of all kinds, porridge, sausages, cheese, vegetables, sausages, stewed vegetables, cereals, including with vegetable milk, fruits, sweets.
Lunch and dinner are unequal. On weekends and public or Muslim holidays, lunch will be luxurious, much more varied than on normal days.
During Ramadan, an absolutely extraordinary and luxurious dinner. Perhaps the best among all that we have tried. After Ramadan, the food was more modest. As they said in the hotel itself, the price of such a dinner has decreased by a third.
However, I recommend taking dinner. Other restaurants in the hotel itself are not cheap, and you still need to get to any other restaurant in the city by transport.
+ the location of the hotel. The most significant in my opinion. With its good infrastructure, the hotel is located very close to the city and from the sights. On the one hand, you are not in a polluted metropolis, but on the other hand, it takes only 10-15 minutes by car to get to any point. By taxi, about 2-3 dinars ($ 5-8). The taxi arrives almost instantly.
You can also walk to the sweets market in the old town and to a small square with restaurants and a boat ride along the bay. We went to this square almost every evening to eat extremely delicious local ice cream.
Of course, the hotel also has disadvantages.
- after all, the hotel is not new, so the rooms are not very modern. There are not enough sockets and lighting. The room design is not modern. But everything is kept at a decent level.
The hotel is nice with its own beach, but... the food is poor, there will be no cleaning in the rooms if it is not ordered at the reception. Local women with children are sitting on the beach in the morning (having breakfast). On Friday, a beach party with alcohol was organized for everyone from the outside, all the sun beds were removed and it was not possible to relax and swim in the sea for one day. I would not visit this hotel and this country a second time!
I liked everything, and the breakfasts, clean rooms, large rooms , a bay of 30 meters , sun beds (there are always free ones), the towel was changed two days later.but you still need to know English, it's very difficult without knowledge. Near the national Museum (worth a visit), I was very pleased. One minus was 6 +1, departure at 01-30, and evicted at 12-00, i.e. It's strange- but I think the operator didn't warn, it's his fault, not the hotel's.
It is definitely recommended! We stayed in April 2023, in the Holy month of Ramadan. The hotel was not densely populated. The rooms have beauty, comfortable beds, cool hygiene products. Those who drink a lot of water, be prepared to buy extra at the hotel, because they give out 1 jar of 0.33 per person and that's it. The food is great, a variety of snacks, fruits, fish, meat, desserts and drinks. The territory of the hotel is large and well maintained. The adult pool is deep and clean. The beach is not big, there are brand new umbrellas, but there are also broken ones from the wind. The deck chairs are cool, brand new and comfortable. We were very satisfied with both the hotel and the rest. Responsive staff, but not all (((. But we were lucky, our mini problems were solved instantly and without "rewards"! If you thank the service room in the form of 1-2 dinars, this will also have a positive effect on your vacation, it is checked!
The hotel, the staff is 5! The weather is great in April, the beach is private, the restaurant is chic, clean and beautiful everywhere. And there are few people, a holiday at this time!
I don't know where so many enthusiastic reviews come from, it's better to pay a dozen extra and stay in a normal hotel with a good beach, since there is nothing to do in Bahrain, there is nothing to see, then the whole vacation is beach, and this can't even be called a beach, enjoy a small puddle for a week, well, such a thing.
Great hotel! It takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. Decent cuisine, friendly staff. A very good beach, there are sun beds for about a hundred vacationers. After the sea, there is a heated pool until eight in the evening. The weather is comfortable from mid-October to mid-November. I recommend.
A good 4* hotel, corresponds to its category. Spacious rooms, a swimming pool, a private beach, which not all hotels in Bahrain have. High level of service. Good food in the restaurant.
The four is only because we got into Ramadan. There is nothing to buy from food in the city until 18:00, everything is closed. You need to know English a little bit, or download Arabic into the translator in advance, taxi drivers are simple guys, they love Russians and really like to talk. The beach is private, fenced. The tide is strong. The sun is very hot, stock up on creams, under the sun for no more than 30 minutes (tested on yourself).
It's just great!!!! The hotel is located right in the Persian Gulf! It is very cozy, clean, the food in the restaurant is wonderful! You can change dinner for lunch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Nice hotel. The suspect pool. Among the disadvantages are a la carte dinners, not a buffet. And the beach, although clean, is not quite an open sea - bay.
The airport is very close
How great it is there...
I'll start in order.
Excellent location from the airport and the city center and the central Muharak market (all within close proximity). Check-in is very fast, the rooms are cozy, clean, pleasantly oriental style. The heated pool, without and plus a children's pool are open until 22.00!!!! Friendly staff. The reception staff is very competent and well-mannered. The local cuisine is super tasty, the food selection is huge. Children's animation is at the highest level.
Thanks to the director of the hotel, Amin.
Shall we return to your place to rest? Absolutely!
The hotel is located a 30-minute walk from Manama (40 degrees each. you won't get there anyway), or 5 minutes away by car (download the Uber international app, it will be cheaper).
The hotel has its own private beach, which is always poorly filled due to the fact that Arabs prefer to cool off in the pools and drink alcohol there.
WiFi catches absolutely everywhere, it doesn't even make sense to list the grid zones.
The rooms are well insulated except for the doors. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works as it should and will not blow through. All windows overlook either the sea or the interior of the hotel with pools. The pools are quite small.
The food is extra tasty, the level is higher than in some 5 stars in terms of buffet selection, tastes and quality, the only thing for which I took off one star in the review: this is for the fact that with low occupancy in the evening, dinners are set and it does not compare with the chic for breakfasts and lunches.
Most of the guests are Saudis, if you leave your lady alone, they will offer you know what. This is especially true of the bar in the adult pool.
Free private parking is available.
There is a small rocking chair, a children's room.
Great hotel. In the month of Ramadan, when nothing works anywhere until 18 o'clock, you could have breakfast, dinner and lunch here for cash. There were a lot of Russian tourists
I do not recommend the hotel. The view from the balcony, the wall is larger than a man's height. They give you everything in the photo for tomorrow. You won't walk around. The room may simply not be cleaned and spread your hands at the same time. You can say that the hotel has almost no territory. Of the advantages, I don't even know what to say. It doesn't even pull in 3 stars.
A cozy hotel with its beautiful, green territory. Buildings built in the old days. Spacious rooms with a bathroom. A wonderful swimming pool for adults and separately for children. Its access to the sea. A wonderful Mediterranean buffet. I highly recommend it for holidays with family, children, and friends.
Friendly staff.
Cozy room, iron, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board in the room.
There is access to the sea with its own beach. There is a wonderful sofa on the territory. A heated swimming pool with water.
Conveniently located, 2 km to Manama or 1 to Muharraq. The room is clean, the air conditioner is in good working order, the only thing blowing is right on the bed. Alcohol is 5 times more expensive than in an alcohol store. The food is delicious - standard breakfasts, 2 types of meat for dinner, fish, pasta, potatoes and rice for garnish. The sea, of course, is a puddle and dirty, the staff clean it all the time, but the garbage still floats up. The pool is open until 10 pm, which is very convenient. You can take a car at the reception, the price starts from 15 dinars, about 40 dollars, gasoline is very cheap, 5.5 dinars, about 14 dollars, filled with a full tank (50-55L).
The hotel is super, large comfortable rooms, courteous staff, good breakfasts and dinners, located right by the bay, a huge pool on site, a free bus goes to the city, a huge museum next to the hotel
The rooms are spacious and clean, which is good news. The food is almost all with spices, there is even a variety, the food is so let's say average, approaching so-so) Many of our compatriots, including those leading an active lifestyle in the form of walking drunk, the use of jargon and the classic use of obscene words in the presence of outsiders, and of course the cherry on the cake is a dismissive attitude towards the staff, as if they were primitive monkeys, in general, a warning that such specimens are found there and add bitterness to your vacation.
And this hotel is far enough away from all the benefits, located on the road connecting civilization and the "village". If you want to go out somewhere other than the museum nearby (by the way, I advise you;) you will need a car....
A little bit about Bahrain....in fact, you can travel around everything in a day and a half, there's not much to watch.
Who has been to Europe, the Emirates, even Asia, there is nothing to see and eat at all then 😂😂
For me, the money was spent in vain , I do not advise anyone 😂
A good hotel. The food is normal, not much monotonous, but quite tasty. Clear. The room is cleaned every day. Its own beach with sun beds, also clean. A great hotel for a relaxing holiday with your family.
15 minutes from Muharrak airport, it is convenient to get to the center of Manama. The National Museum of Bahrain is 2 minutes away. The hotel has its own beach, heated pool, regular shuttle service to the largest shopping mall in Manama. A very nice hotel.
Great hotel. The rooms are good. Its own beach and heated swimming pool. Good for a relaxing family holiday. It is better to take all inclusive, so as not to look for a place to eat, because the hotel is located between Manama and Muharaj.
My friends and I stayed at this hotel from 3 to 10 May... Everything is fine... The food is awesome for every taste and grilled vegetables, steamed stews and meat (lamb, veal...) The chickens, the fish are just amazing... But I would especially like to mention Asal... The girl at the reception, any question... And it's all settled! Just a professional... It is very nice to have such staff at the hotel!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
a great hotel, it has its own sandy beach. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a children's club, and a sauna. You can also order a car rental at the reception. Excellent and friendly staff.
The only hotel that is located on the first coastline, the beach is small, but there is, the water in the bay is not stagnant, as we were afraid, but very mobile) the rooms are spacious, but some do not have a balcony, the windows are behind bars, but if there is a balcony, then it is large, you can sit with a company. of the minuses, there are few beach towels, often they are not there in the morning, sometimes they are not washed, but simply folded and re-issued. In general, the impression of the hotel is not bad, but the country is not ready to accept tourists yet, there are no pedestrian sidewalks, it is unrealistic to leave the hotel on foot, cars are rushing, there are no traffic lights for pedestrians. There is absolutely no trade in the hotel, to buy something necessary, you need to go to the city by taxi, the prices are very high, drive for 10 minutes, our money comes out about 1000 rubles. In shopping malls, all boutiques are exactly like in Moscow, only everything is much more expensive. There is nowhere to go on the tour , there is nothing to see . There is no entertainment in the hotel, except for the hookah, and then, at 22.00, it is taken away and no persuasion works. The rest was a success only thanks to a positive attitude and an excellent company that picked up on the spot. Everything is fine, but we will not go to Bahrain anymore
1. I didn't really like the food in the restaurant. All dishes are heavily laced with lemon juice. It is not clear why to do this???? At the same time, there is a deep plate with chopped lemons on each serving table - if someone needs it, please add it!
2. The meat is absolutely tasteless!!! Tough, untrustworthy and underdone!!! Sorry for the products!!!
3. Coffee machines can be supplied for coffee. Morning coffee is the mood for the whole day.
4. Lebanese and Mari cuisine with spicy herbs is preferable. I think it will be perfect for all the visitors of the hotel. Both Europeans and residents of the Middle East.
5. More dairy products!!!
6. Knowledge of the Russian language! Russian Russian tourists will be the most numerous in the future, and therefore they will bring more income to the hotel, so Russian is needed for more advertising.
7. Fax announcements about the start time of excursions should be posted before dinner, and not at 11 am!!! Normal people are already in bed at this time!!!
8. And of course a terribly boring New Year!!! That is, no New Year's Eve!!! This is a horror And a disgrace to the hotel!!! 😱😱😱
The hotel is cozy, cleaning is done every day, the staff is friendly, the food is wonderful - these are the advantages. Cons- excursions are organized very poorly, there are many disadvantages, everything that is stated and paid for does not meet expectations.
Why did you like the place - "for me". First of all, the staff is excellent. Not ideal, but warm-lamp cozy and well-decorated rooms and premises. The buffet included in the accommodation is probably the best in my entire experience.
Clean, neat, sincere.
Excellent rooms, convenient location, delicious and varied food, good service. Small remarks about the beach (there are not enough sunbeds, the sand would be sifted from the pebbles).
Very nice, friendly staff.
The beach is nearby. The food is very tasty. The only thing is that they do not speak Russian very well. But this is a profit.
The rooms are large, everything is comfortable, the food is European, the beach is small, there are few sun beds, umbrellas are also few. The piece of sea at the hotel is very tiny, there are no waves - there are breakwaters and embankments everywhere. There is no feeling that you are at sea - you can see the hotel on the opposite shore of the bay.
It's a nice hotel, but in terms of price-quality ratio, it's definitely the best. A huge plus is having your own, albeit small, beach and it's right in the city. Otherwise, everything is quite up to standards
A great hotel on the first line with its own beach. I liked the food very much. With all-inclusive software, all drinks are free, besides for lunch and dinner you can take 2 glasses of wine or beer for free. There is a heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. However, he does not speak Russian. I recommend the hotel. It was in December 2018.

The hotel is gorgeous! There are shortcomings, but in general - service, food, beach 👍
