I really wanted to give 0 stars, but still in this hospital they tried to save my grandmother. The attitude of staff towards elderly patients is at the lowest level. It is very difficult to find out something on the phone. The bedridden grandmother had to somehow figure out for herself when and how to drink pills, which were brought and simply put on the bedside table, with which they were brought in the evening and in the morning immediately. I don't know if we were so unlucky or if this is the norm for the hospital, diapers were missing, creams and ointments, foam and even socks (new) evaporated, as if they had never existed.
I have never seen such a mess in any hospital. Although I gave birth there 13 years ago and I was treated very well, but over the years everything has changed. Or is this the only way the elderly are treated, it remains a mystery.
The maternity hospital is neat, well renovated, and there are paid wards in each department. The doctors and nurses are qualified and attentive. Nice nurses in the pathology department. In the maternity ward there are double rooms, in childbirth there are most often one woman in labor (unfortunately, phones need to be turned off during childbirth - it is forbidden to use them). In the neonatal department, they are very attentive to both moms and babies. Some nurses are ready to help even at night when the kids are upset or hungry - they will always come to the rescue.
She was in gynecology, scheduled hospitalization in the direction of the district. You know, I'm delighted with the staff!!! Thank you very much, I bow low!!! Not a single person who met on my way there was rude or rude, as happens mostly in a state institution. Thank you very much for your hard work!!!
I gave birth there 3 times. The previous 2 times everything went fine. Thank you 3 times for saving me and my baby. Premature labor began at an early stage, I was admitted to the ambulance and the time was waning, as a result, I was treated at the term of 27-28 weeks. The baby was born with a weight of 880 grams, thanks to doctors from the pediatric intensive care unit and anesthesiology, my girl is alive and has almost passed the entire 2nd and 3rd stage of nursing in Vitebsk. The medical staff is good, the attitude towards moms is not bad, all conditions are created for both mom and child
I have three children and I am a frequent guest of this department. I've been to different hospitals, but this one struck me the most. I must say that in a good way. It was the first time I came across a good staff in every sense. Sensitive, responsive, not indifferent. Everything is clean and tidy. They really think about people here and take care of them. Tents are cleaned regularly. Many thanks to the nurses for their work.
Many thanks to the whole honey.to the staff of the observation department. Special thanks to Makeeva E. V., Itkina E. Thank you for your professionalism and tact towards me during the delivery process. I also thank doctor Morozova L. A. for the management of pregnancy (this is the second pregnancy under the supervision of this specialist). Also thanks to Yatsenko I. And a strict but fair department head. Responsive sanitary staff, they will not refuse help, go to a pharmacy or stall if something is necessary. The department is clean, cleaning 3 times a day. They invite you to the procedures. Attentive attitude in the treatment room. The food is delicious, the distributors are pleasant. The disadvantage is the lack of a boiler and interruptions with hot water in the shower. I got into a planned shutdown of the mountains.water, which caused inconvenience, especially when carrying out hygienic procedures with a child. In general, if you adequately assess the situation, stay human and do not forget that this is a hospital, then it is quite a normal place with normal people.
The most wonderful and bright place of this city, as our beloved children are born there!!!!The staff there is great and wonderful and I think they know their job!!!Therefore, give birth well 😉😉😉Good health to all children and take care of each other!!Good luck, peace and positivity to all!!!)
Giving birth on the 5th floor is good, there are polite and competent staff. But the postpartum 3rd floor is terrible, to put it mildly. Some shifts where adults are already adequate doctors and nurses. Many thanks to them, honor and respect. But the whole picture is spoiled by the young, interns, who send you to hell if you turn to them.
Hello, I visited this maternity hospital 4 years ago and apart from negative memories I can't tell you anything
They brought me almost 2 weeks before the birth, I'm not from NP
They sent me to the observation room on the first floor, I didn't know what it was at that time
And I wondered why someone was coughing and suddenly I would get infected, as soon as it was time to give birth, the doctors from the intensive care units came and said that they had mixed up something in the documents and I should not have been there in the (observer)
But they offered to stay because on other floors everything is crowded and in the observatories I was alone in the ward and then with women who have children under flasks
The head of the first floor treated women after childbirth like a veterinarian ,
Upon arrival home, I was able to sit down only 2 months later, because after such doctors, in the hospital of my city I had to pull out the threads and wash everything because the threads were not suitable and there was suppuration, this hellish pain that I still remember and still remember how two girls during childbirth pressed on my stomach with all their might (now I know that it was wrong to do that )
IN general, if possible, I do NOT recommend this maternity hospital) and this is not all the memories))
FREE MEDICINE! Learn to tactfully refuse monetary rewards for your daily work, for which you are already paid a salary, dear HEALTH WORKERS! You have a whole section on your website dedicated to corruption and the fight against it! It applies to the entire gynecological department. And the nursing staff generally leaves much to be desired... It feels like people have been recruited to work from the street without education! They're rude, they can't really help! Gloomy!
Thanks a lot to the gynecology staff. The emotional attitude of these people helps to survive the excitement))

I love the hospital town. A very cozy place. Pine trees, benches. The maternity hospital was restored, it became beautiful. And I and all my friends gave birth there, I can't say anything bad, we all felt good. The staff is good, the attitude is good too. The food is so-so.
Excellent attitude towards patients. I gave birth here via cesarean section, so I stayed in 3 departments, everything is clean everywhere and the medical staff helps with everything. Special thanks to the doctors from the children's intensive care unit, thanks to you my baby is alive and well. P.S.
they say it's cold there in autumn
It is better not to go to the gynecology department. It's easier to go to a paid one!!! And the staff was not taught what it means to " refuse " gifts. I think if you read it you will understand. All the best to you!

This is not a maternity hospital, but a real lottery! If you are lucky, you will give birth without nerves and with good staff, and if you get to the horse dealers, then say goodbye to the baby's health and pray that he survives at all! A pediatric nurse mercilessly tears the unhealed navels of babies and grabs you by the chest so that the bruise goes away for a month. These people do not know about medical secrecy. If you want to collect fresh gossip and find out who and when your friend gave birth, feel free to call and introduce yourself as your next of kin, they will tell you everything! Oh yes, get ready to pay a large sum for a generic kit that you do not need, but you will be told that you must buy it, otherwise how to take delivery. Never set foot there again, either the first or the second time, the nerves were exhausted and the money was milked out.
My wife was doing great. Strict inspection of the products brought, the ban is not nominal, without nerves, without shouting or threats. My wife served her time well enough and without unnecessary nerves.
