I sat for 59 minutes waiting for an answer. Stops for 7 then +-10 minutes on each. It reaches the first place and after 59 minutes of the entire conversation that did not take place, it is reset. "Good" technical support!

There is no service. They did something with the transition of servers and the name, and the clients have to change all the settings themselves. Then we would have finished everything ourselves. They can't remotely. They can't come (even for money). Well, for that price, maybe it really will do.
