Tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office in the cave building. The cost in May 2024 is 700 rubles. At the ticket office, tickets are sold for a time with an interval of 20 minutes. We didn't wait long for our tour, just to have a snack and go to the toilet. Here it is paid - it seems to be 20 rubles. There was also a strange fee in the amount of 50 rubles for shooting on a phone that no one checked.
The male guide, abhaz, was joking very colorfully.

There are not very many people, after buying tickets, it was necessary to wait for half an hour, tickets are taken for a specific time, then the entrance to the subway opened, which goes inside the mountain to the caves, it is desirable to get into the first car, but this is not so important, they will wait for everyone, the main thing is not to stretch on the tour itself, the guide explains everything in detail, there is a point with souvenirs, each hall in the cave is illuminated and opens to musical accompaniment, despite the heat inside the cave it's cool, 14 degrees, but in a normal hoodie and shorts I didn't freeze, the women threw on windbreakers. Blankets and warm jackets can not be taken. Admission per person cost 700r + 50r permission for photo and video shooting. Recommended for viewing!

Impressive!!! Definitely worth a visit to the caves! Everything is equipped for people, closed trailers bring visitors directly into the interior and from there beautiful views open, there are paths throughout the territory, everything is safe!! It's better to see than to read)
There is a small paid Parking, there is a tent with food on the territory. It is better to take outerwear with you, since it is +14 in the cave itself. I definitely recommend it!

An interesting 1.5-hour tour. The cave is huge with lights, musical design and comments from the guide. You definitely haven't seen this before. Definitely worth a trip. It is possible with children, everything is equipped and safe there. I strongly do not recommend having lunch afterwards at the local canteen (the quality of the food is questionable).

The cave is impressive in its size. The journey along it begins with a trip in a few minutes on metrovagons from the ticket office to the entrance itself. The guides tell and show the history and features of this place in a very informative way. It's pretty cool after the heat, blankets are rented at the entrance.
