Good cuisine, but it tastes better in Moscow! Great view and atmosphere. However, the service is intrusive, it's hard to relax when the waiters come up every 2 minutes with questions or try to clear the table when you haven't had time to finish (((
Still, for that kind of money, I want to relax, and not explain that I want meat and don't have to sell me fish! and the bread basket does not need to be cleaned, I will decide for myself whether I will eat another piece of bread or I have enough. All the time there was a fuss on the part of the waiters, but it's good when they do their job unnoticed!

Positive: beautiful sunset view.
I thought people who are used to cheap Turkish street food kebabs are complaining about the high cost here, or comparing this restaurant with the word "Italy" in the name with rustic restaurants in Tuscany with a mountain of delicious Italian food and jugs of homemade wine, but I, who am used to Moscow restaurant quality and Moscow prices, also think that yes - unreasonably expensive for such dishes that do not shine with special sophistication in this establishment, located in the cloaca of the Bodrum Vanity Fair, which bears little resemblance to Novikov's Moscow restaurants.
Ps oh yes, and the waiter's offer to add 50 grams of black caviar on top of all snacks for 7800 lire is so cute.

The kitchen - as always at Novikov's - can not be said that it is not delicious, but there is nothing to praise for, without enthusiasm.
Where was the deception:
The bar menu is not posted on the website.
They don't put it on the table either when you come - there's only a cocktail menu.
They asked for a wine list 2 times - the waiters evaded the answer, said they would accept it from words. Well ok.
The result is an ordinary Prosecco at 950 lira per glass (this is 3.5 thousand rubles, more than $ 35) - this is certainly not a restaurant business, but an ordinary tourist robbery, almost like a divorce in low-grade establishments without menus around the world.
The service is attentive, because only 4 tables were occupied by a full team of staff in the hall.
The view is beautiful.
But this experience was not worth the money, and the trick with prosecco is generally ... bottom line: I do not recommend it.

The worst of the Novikov chain - I visited a restaurant yesterday
In general, they brought me a menu, while I was choosing, the waiter poked at the fish 5 times, although I say I don't want fish
I chose risotto with truffle and asparagus, they brought me snacks first, I just tried it, they took it away right away, well, apparently they brought risotto, so you need to take the snacks away,
5 people participated in the process at the same time, 2 it is clear why, 3 more stood watching as one rubbed the cheese, and the cheese flies in different directions, could not stand it, asked to stop it
While I was trying to eat hot risotto, at that moment they came up to me 10 times and adjusted the tablecloth, the dish has not yet been eaten, they want to take it away
- well, "savages!" in one word
The risotto was salted and dry, the cocktail was 95% made of ice, the bread for the snack was dry and not fresh
