I visited this hotel in December 2024. I was amazed at how the reviews on all the sites do not correspond to reality. It turns out that all this happened, but before the pandemic. There are no Russian-speaking staff at the moment, and they don't understand English at all either. Install the Russian-Vietnamese translator.
The resort is empty, Russians hardly travel, the hotel is empty. So that the hotel is not empty, local trade unions send labor strikers here. They usually come by for a couple of days and then - take out all the saints. They are very noisy, and they turn on the music so that the walls shake. But when they're not there, it's quiet and peaceful.
It is almost impossible to swim in the sea, there are big waves all the time. It's better not to take dinner at the hotel, if you do, you'll understand why. Breakfast is very average, there is nothing of what we usually eat, but here is phobo for breakfast and so on.
The rooms are not bad, the cleaning is strange, the bed linen has not been changed once in 10 days.
Despite all of the above, I liked the hotel, it's very peaceful, secluded, when there are no social workers, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
But it's better to settle closer to Fatient, there are fewer waves, more traffic, there is somewhere to go, and there are people.
Seafood lovers live well in Novela, I walked a hundred meters, and everything is right there.
In general, I am writing to ensure that your expectations match reality, and I will say once again that, no matter what, I liked the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019. It is located closer to the center of Muine. The atmosphere in the hotel is good, I would even say that the hotel is 4 plus. One of the hotel's features is a swimming pool with warm water, good breakfasts, friendly attitude of the staff, the hotel territory is large. In general, the hotel is good, for those who do not want to overpay, but also do not save money. The only drawback is the small balconies. And so everything is very decent. As soon as the borders open, I recommend this hotel, as well as Vietnam in general.

A very excellent hotel, we rested from 02.01.20 to 11.02..20. Take the all-inclusive system. The hotel is not big, on the first coast. The sea is certainly not like in Turkey, raging, it can be calmer in the morning. Room 226 is standard, everything is clean, the Windows overlook the road. But take a remedy for mosquitoes. The restaurant at the hotel is very tasty, there is a very large selection, the food is only five. There is a lot of alcohol, a lot of fruits and a lot of products. Those who took breakfast envied us. There are a lot of coffee shops, but we have a clean and very tasty korimili. The animators Danil, Veronica and Katya are great guys, the photographers are trying, Konstantin's team, the massage is excellent. We really, really liked it!

We had a rest in Mui ne for the third time.We have been since December 13, 2019. We liked the hotel very much!Good location, excellent cuisine (we had breakfast included - very varied and hearty!)Wonderful funny animators Danil, Veronica and Katyusha-RESPECT!The rooms were cleaned every day.The sea is restless, but this is a feature of Mui Ne!The weather is beautiful, the sea is warm, the shrimp are delicious!Relaxing is COOL!I definitely recommend the hotel!

We were with my wife and son in early January (04.01.2020-15.01.2020).The new hotel is located somewhere in the middle of the resort coast, the service is daily, the staff is responsive, there are regular daytime and evening programs for both children and adults (thanks to the animators Veronika, Danil and Ekaterina) . But if the windows overlook the street, it is impossible to fall asleep for a long time in the evening, the movement takes place until one o'clock in the morning. The water in the pool is very cold, I don't understand why.? There are not enough sunbeds on the shore, the sea is not calm for almost the entire period of our vacation, but you could swim until 11:00 in the afternoon, the beach is sandy and the entrance to the sea is gentle. After the sea, there is an opportunity to take a shower. A lifeguard is constantly on duty at the shore and he also gives towels for sun beds. In general, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

One of the most successful options in this area of Vietnam in my opinion for a Russian tourist is an excellent hotel, attentive staff, funny animators, good food, beach and so on in all points. Conveniently located. There is a decent side with fresh seafood nearby, the food is delicious, the portions are large, no one was poisoned! The hotel has its own beach and two swimming pools, especially the pool with a Jacuzzi with warm water. Breakfast lasts until afternoon tea. I recommend it!

We liked it. We were in mid-February 2020 on an all-inclusive basis. There are both traditional and national dishes in terms of nutrition. There are a lot of sauces, there are grilled products for dinner every day. Oysters, scallops, mussels, shrimp, fish, frog legs. The room cleaning is excellent. The sea was without waves before lunch, the beach was completely sandy.
