I asked them to remove the stitches after tooth extraction, I warned them that I had not removed them, they said they could remove them and told them to come over. When I came and lay down on the couch, the doctor asked who had done the strangulation and I said that they didn't have it and eventually refused to remove the stitches. I would have understood everything if I hadn't been told on the phone that there were no problems and everything would be done.

I went to this clinic because of a very severe toothache. I was unpleasantly surprised that the doctor did not even offer to do an X-ray, although he could not visually make an accurate diagnosis. "Let's drill down and see what the problem is" - that's really what I didn't expect to hear. As a result, she left 150 rubles and left without a receipt, and, most importantly, without a guarantee. I do not intend to apply to this clinic anymore.
