I rarely use mail, but when I use it, I am satisfied. The parcels are intact, the cashiers are not rude, everything is prompt.

Attitude towards customers on1. In Poland and Germany, operators are fired for such work organization. Complete impunity. To the question: - the phone number of the boss, the answer: - if you complain, then at least call the hotline, you can go anywhere. They give incorrect information, send it to other branches, which is why the client is wasting time. Etc.
